I am the dealer, I will use a spinning wheel to decide who gets what's cards and what is placed. All cards given and placed are un-biased. I don't tolerate cheating.

As the dealer, I will not play, I will not show/tell others your cards. This will be fair.

I distribute chips and keep track of your chip count, and yes. Gambling with your apples/mush is allowed but only in tournaments.
