Chestnut sabino Irish Draught Horse. She has broad shoulders and muscles of fine strength, developed from years of plowing fields. She carries herself with honesty, humbleness, and the fortitude of a horse who has worked hard every day of her life. A very robust build.

She has a few scrapes from various accidents, but Fiadh thinks they give herself character.

She has a bearing of quiet confidence, of a subtle toughness. She has a deep girth, well-built legs, and powerful hindquarters, giving her an aptitude for jumping. Not something one would expect of a plow horse. Standing at 17hh, she is taller than average for her breed.

Personality

Fiadh is modest, first and foremost. When there's work to be done, you do your job and learn not to expect an ounce of praise. She doesn't believe there's much room for a pat on the back, unless you do something extraordinary.

She has a very "do your job, stay out of trouble" line of thinking.

Despite this philosophy, she's actually quite personable. She'll treat you like an old friend, even if you just met. As far as Fiadh concerned, if you give her a reason not to like you from the start, she'll quickly become your new pal.

Fiadh is quite hardy. She's plowed fields in extreme heat and the bitter cold, she didn't complain once.

However, this can cause her to be insensitive when others can't handle the tough conditions she can.

Fiadh is also very honest. No matter how close you are to her, if she believes you're diving head-first into a potentially disastrous situation, she'll tell you upfront. She doesn't like those who lie to spare others' feelings; she just cannot comprehend why someone would do that.

Fiadh has the resilience of one who knows the difficulty of manual labor - she's got the backbone to face whatever you throw at her.

Voice: Fiadh has a deep, resonant voice that can either carry calm and clearly, or turn into an excited, thunderous roar. There's a distinct drawl to it that hints to her origins on the farm. She has a simple, if not old-fashioned way of speaking.

Strengths

Fortitude: She is both mentally and physically strong. It takes a lot to get her to break.

Sociable: Very friendly. Can get along with just about anyone.

Hardworking: If you assign her a task, she'll give it her all.

Weaknesses

Myopic: Her experiences are limited to working and living on the farm, that has shaped her judgement. This can lead to poor-decision making in fields she is unfamiliar in.

Perspective-blind: She sometimes struggles to understand others' ways of thinking if they conflict with her values.

Pushy: She can push boundaries, even if her intentions are good, she still does it nonetheless.

Age: Twenty-four years old.

Moral alignment: Neutral good.

Appearance: Medium-brown skin with honey-brown hair (dyed - her natural hair color is black). It's naturally curly, but she straightens it, wearing her hair in a french bob. She has deep-set eyes that are the warm color of chestnuts. Her nose is wide and short in length. She has heart-shaped lips of medium thickness.

Selma often wears light makeup, both by choice and because she doesn't have much time to do it.

Selma is slender but not dainty, and is in fact, sturdily built. She has slight curves and subtle muscle tone. She's very sturdy, and stronger than she looks. She stands at a height of 5'6.

As for clothing, Selma prioritizes warmth and movement. When she's in a hurry, she'll thrown on whatever - usually a jacket, jeans, and some form of jacket or coat. Otherwise, you'll find her in various layers - a collared shirt underneath a cardigan. During warm seasons, she dresses in clothing of light material but still tries to incorperate layers, like a linen shirt worn open over a breezy dress. A good chunk of Selma's clothes, she has sewn.

Personality: Selma tries to greet every day with a smile. She's quite chipper, but her energy can occasionally come across as nervous - which, sometimes, she is. She's very much a "look on the bright side" kind of person, but she knows other people aren't, so Selma worries that she might be "too much" for people to handle.

Selma is one who takes charge, but she's not assertive. At least, not in an aggresive way. She usually takes a very gentle approach to leadership, but there are moments where she takes full control and unknowingly shoves everyone else aside. This often happens in situations that are particularly chaotic or she's working with people whose personalities don't jell well.

Selma is always eager to help. Even if you don't know her that well, she will absolutely stress that you can rely on her for anything.

Overall, Selma is someone who tries hard to achieve her definition of success - having lots of friends, doing what she loves, and living life to the fullest. The question is, does she try too hard?

Voice: Cheery and melodic, like a bird's song.

Strengths

Benign: Selma will show kindness to most, if not all living beings.

Leader: Selma isn't afraid to step up where most people won't.

Supportive: This can be taken in two ways. One, is that she will accept everyone no matter how different they are to herself. And two, she will always lend a helping hand when you need it; a very can-do attitude.

Determined: Selma will put every fiber of motivation she has into any task.

Weaknesses

Hero complex: Selma feels the constant itch to fix others problems in order to gain validation.

Overbearing: This goes hand-in-hand with her hero complex. She inserts herself into others' issues, even where she's not wanted, so she can try to help.

Control issues: It's possible that in a group effort, Selma will try to fully manage the whole thing, inadvertently casting aside other leaders.

Socially awkward: Not in the sense that she's shy; she loves to meet new people! It's just that she gets anxious, wondering if the person will like her, and she tends to talk a mile a minute. This has turned people away from her on more than one occasion.

Age: Twenty-two years old.
Moral alignment: True neutral.

Appearance: Palid skin that is sensitive to the sun. Sharp, dark, almond-shaped eyes. An angular jawline and pointed chin. High cheekbones. A long nose that is somewhat rounded at the end. Thin lips that look as if they're always slightly pursed.

She has long, unruly hair in a shade of dark brown with a red tint. Depending on the light, it can look near-black or mahogany; sometimes it will be in-between, like its true color.

Rowan's upper body, broad shoulders, and well-muscled arms are a bit disproportionate to the rest of her body. The rest of her is, more or less, pretty lithe. She stands at a height of 5'8.

For clothing, Rowan opts for garments with movement and flexibility. She spends long hours riding a horse and hunting, so those two factors are essential.

Her usual attire is as follows: A simple collared shirt or shirtwaist, pale and subtle in color, sometimes with an unassuming pattern. Over her top she'll throw on a vest if there's a chill in the air, a jacket lined with rabbit's fur if the weather is particularly cold. For bottoms, it depends on the weather and the type of work she'll do. Either trousers, a split riding skirt, or a light linen skirt. She usually wears riding gloves.
Personality: Rowan has the quiet, but determined resolve of someone who has face hardship and survived - not to tell the tale - but to move on with her life. An unshakable force of nature born out of necessity.

You'll hardly get a word out of her; she only speaks when she must. She's learned that silence equals safety. She often communicates through body language.

Rowan is concerned with her survival, and her survival only. Laws don't apply to her. Rowan follows her own moral code that she, herself, knows, and nobody else does.

Rowan's emotions are locked tightly away in the pits of her soul - the only people who could access them, are long gone. She comes across to many as unfriendly, and maybe she likes it that way, because then she'll get left alone.

But sometimes, being disliked can limit you.

Does Rowan care? Who knows. Probably not; she's stubborn as a mule and won't change for anybody.

Rowan is a tight-lipped hunter of opportunity who looks out for herself above all.

Voice: Light, succint, and crisp, like a cold autumn day.

Strengths

Endurance: Both mental and physical. She can withstand almost anything you throw at her.

Precision: She will only accept being accurate in any skill she wants to be proficient in.

Occupation: Knight. He guards the members of the royal family while they are in the kingdom, and escorts them when they travel.

Appearance: Alden has the hardened face of someone who's had to persevere, with sharp features all-around. A diamond-shaped face that's both parts strong and structured with a pinch of elegance, the face is overall long. A narrow, yet sharp jawline and prominent cheekbones. He has the eyes of a person who has something to prove - determined and just a tad bit uncertain. They are a light, muted green in color, like the grass of the countryside. In shape, they are slightly hooded, sometimes giving him a drowsy or constantly exasperated appearance. He's fair-skinned and burns easily in the sun; luckily he's always wearing his armor. Alden has pale, dusky-brown hair that is cut to his chin. Styled neatly, without much care.
His physique is important to maintain, as it helps him in his job. Broad-shoulders is something he's always had, but through intensive training, has developed muscle tone around the arms and legs. His upper body is built for strength, tapering off into a narrow waist for agility. He stands at a height of 6'1.
His attire is armor - clean, gleaming silver. Worn over padded garments and chain mail. Decorated in regalia with the royal family's house crest. He seemed to pointedly avoid putting his own family's crest on his armor.

Personality: A true working man. Quick, precise, and hardly complains. He hardly lets out a word unless you start the conversation. His one priority is the royal family; he serves them first and foremost, even putting them above himself.

He is very solemn on the surface. He almost seems to be impenetrable wall. However, if you're close to him in the right moment, you will see that silent yet intense eagerness to show his loyalty to the royal family. It manifests as a tiny spark - a flicker of light in his eyes.

Another thing you'll find when dealing with him, he's quick-witted. When you least expect it, he'll surprise you with a sardonic quip and an airy chuckle. You won't be able to tell if he's laughing at you or with you.

Overall, Alden is a man with a steadfast commitment, pledging all of his loyalty to people who most likely consider him a disposable body.

Voice: Clear and sharp, like a forceful gust of wind.

Strengths

Assidious: Careful, methodical, and persistent.

Rock-steady: Calm and reliable under pressure, to a certain degree.

Focused: When he sets his mind to a task, he won't allow himself to be distracted.

Principled: Acts in accordance with strong moral principles.

Weaknesses

Unreliable: This might be contradictory to his established traits. However, he is unreliable in the sense that he would throw anyone - no matter how close they are to him - under the bus if that meant getting a sliver of attention from the royal family.

Attention-seeking: He seems unbothered on the outside, like he doesn't pay attention to others' opinions. But he does. He needs validation from his peers and authority figures.

Overcompensating: An overachiever. He'll take on too much at a time to show his dedication.

Blunt: If you are not someone he respects, he will be brutally honest towards you.
