"Oh! I still know how to hunt and all but I guess I am technically wild unless he escapes and comes back..." I said "But I would love to stay with you if that is still fine. I mean I could be a big danger, although I will be killed on spot, you would probably just be knocked out; waking up to find me dead and the thing on my head taken by the other humans,"

"Oh, well im glad you still know how to hunt and all. And my home is always open. Whats mine is yours now." Forest said with a smile before not checking the air as often and also taking a few steps closer again. Forest's smile faded though as Nightmare spoke again. "I know, and i wouldve run in a heart beat if i werent so alone. Being alone makes you do things you wouldnt normally do.... Besides, i wont let them hurt you. I cant lose someone eles too. And if your worried about that we can try to get it off."

"Maybe we could start our own, small, female-only pack," I joked, I turned my head to look at the beginning of a nest then turned back> "Would you mind if we sleep near each other, that way safety in numbers? I'm not exactly used to sleeping without another raptor near me. I don't mind moving I barely started my nest and I presume you probably have a whole set up,"

Forest laughed a bit before nodding. "The thing i miss most about being in a pack is having others to sleep with. Most of my nights are sleepless. Tonight will be a nice change. Oh and yes! follow me! My nest is farther from the humans than this, alot father. So it might take a while to get there." Forest then looked up into the sky and back at Nightmare. "We should be able to get there before dark." Forest then turned to the direction of her nest. She then took a few steps before looking back at Nightmare, making sure she was following before taking off in a sprint.

I followed closely on her heels, trying to take mental notes and remembering where we are going. I would definitely enjoy a new pack, especially full of females. My last pack had 9 Velociraptors in it, 5 were males and I was one of three females. In total, we were one of the largest packs at the facility with a team of 10 when the alpha was included.

After about an 35 minutes of pure runnning, Forest could smell her nest close by. She then slowed down with a huff. Forest wasnt one to have lots of stamina. After catching her breath for a couple seconds Forest began in a fast walk. "We are almost there. Im sure you can smell it though." After a minute more Forest stoped to reveal her home. All around was long grass but there was a big oak tree in which Forests nest was under. The oak provided cover for the nest. There also was a small clearing which was beside the oak and nest. Forest then steped out of the long grass onto the dirt of the clearing. She then made her way over to her nest. "Its size for one but if its alright, we can squeze in and we should be alright. Or if you dont trust me yet we can make another real quick thats right beside mine." She then turned to Nightmare, waiting for her answer.

The run was nothing for me, I noticed it was a bit of a struggle for her

"This will do! Early in the morning though I will start making my own nearby," I said "I'm very grateful you are doing this, I'm glad it was you instead of a male. With my luck I would be given the decision to join their pack or get out of his territory,"

"Awesome! Im glad what i have is okay. And yeah," Forest said with a laugh, "packs can be cruel sometimes, especially with newcomers. But i understand why they are like that but still, if it were up to me i would let anyone who needed help in. Though, that would probably get my pack in trouble, but......"

Forest countinued to ramble as she cleaned her nest before sitting down in the corner of the nest. She then looked up at Nightmare and said, "Sorry if i ramble...Its just a habbit i guess. I also do it in my sleep sometimes so dont worry, but just wake me up if i do." Forest then layed her head down and closed her eyes, hoping to fall asleep.

I laughed "Don't worry I lived in a back with 5 males that were loud and liked to ramble. So sleep talking won't bother me, they used to snore all night," I said laughing even more trying to catch my breath before I squeezed in next to her. It wasn't a tight uncomfortable ft, more of a tight and comfortable one.

Forest lifted her head and laughed. "Your so lucky....to have had a loving pack. Again, im so sorry they died." Forest then moved a bit more to the side and tryed to lay her head down. After a minute of trying to find a place to lay her head down she finally relucktantly gently put her head on Nightmare's back. After a couple minutes Forest fell fast asleep. Every once in a while she would mummble about packs but for the most part she was quiet.
