Amara 23 Female Amara is average height, long blonde hair to her mid back, deep blue eyes. Always in jeans, and a thin long sleeve shirt and black jacket. She has cowgirl boots she wears as well, and her hair is always pulled back in a ponytail. No crush No relationship She has a purebred pitch black German Shephard named Lucifer. ~~~~ James 23 Male James is a little on the taller side with dusty brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a leather jacket he wears, and black jeans along with black boots. No crush/relationship ~~~ Amara and James are cousins, and without knowing this, seeing how close they are, one could assumed they are siblings, or in a relationship. / Iris Female 27 Iris has long red curly hair, deep green eyes, A little on the shorter end, pale skin, lots of freckles on her face, she is usually in black leggings, a green and black plaid skirt, and a black long sleeve shirt. Zavior 21 Male Zavior stands at 5'11", his hair is black just reaching the end of his neck. He has walnut brown eyes. He wears whatever he can find, but prefers long sleeve clothes, tennis shoes, and pants. (He has peircings on both ears) No crush No relationships -
Kine 26 Male Kine stands at 6"ft, he has black hair that comes down past his neck, yet he usually keeps his hair in a man bun. He has brown eyes, and most oftenly wears a brown jacket with a tan fluffy top. (if that makes since) And he wears blue jeans, and dark colored tennis shoes. Noi 23 Male Noi stands at 5'8", he has black hair (I'm sorry they all have black hair.) his hair just reaching the lower base of his neck. He has navy blue eyes. He usually wears any short sleeve outfits and jeans. He also wears boots.

Amara rode quietly with James beside her. The two had been traveling for a week now, hardly letting their horses rest. Amara knew it was too dangerous to stay in one place long, especially with those things after them. She wasnt sure what they were exactly, but she and James called them Flesh Eaters. They were the last surviving of their kin, and stuck close. Sleep started to knock at Amara's door as she sighed and looked at her cousin. "We should stop for a little while. We both need the rest, and if we dont let the horses rest, well..." She didnt finish what she was saying as James nodded and hopped off his horse. He walked over to Amara's horse and helped her dog off the horse before Amara hopped off herself. "We wont rest too long though. We dont know what's around here" James said as Amara agreed. "I have snacks in my bag" he added before he pulled out a few apples to share. Amara looked around after a few minutes and heard something that made her skin crawl. The horses heard it too and took off before they could grab their reins. "Crap" Amara grumbled. "Well, at least they didnt have saddle bags on them that had anything we needed" she said before she stood up. Her dog stood up and growled before she looked at James. "The horses wont last long as their food. We better hurry." Both of them started to head off, Amara's dog following close behind. "Lucifer, scout" she ordered, and as told, the dog took off ahead, though not by much before he stopped and waited. Amara knew the cost was clear with the way he looked back and waited, grateful she trained him as a pup. Amara looked at James before she sighed. "Do you think anyone else survived" she asked before she looked forward again. Her blonde hair was pulled back in a messy braid, dried blood splattered on her face from the past few days. "I dont know. There has to be others out there, but if we find them is another story" he replied. James had always been more on the positive looking side than Amara, and that was fine with her. ~~~ Iris was out scouting the nearby when she heard horses in the distance. Her eyes narrowed a bit before she ran back to the group. "Other's are nearby. I dont know where, but I spotted horses with tack and no riders" she said, not knowing if anyone was paying attention. The horses would be long past them before the Walkers as she called them, started to feast. *Hopefully that keeps them distracted enough to leave us alone* she thought before she spotted Killian working on making spears. While they werent the best or most stable, it worked for the time being to be added defenses around whatever they made their camp of. |

Zavior It was his last day of school, for forever. No, he zero plans for collage. He was just waiting for his next class, that’s when the school went into a full lockdown. He watched as his teacher motioned for them all to get along the wall closest to the hallway. Which he watched as everyone else obliged to the comand, which he eventually made his way over to the wall. His dark eyes watched as his teacher locked the class room door. He could feel the tension as some teens started freaking out, while others took this as a joke. He was just curios and hoping this was all a stupid test. That’s when he could hear the decently loud gunshots ringing in his ears, sounding as of just outside the window. [Present] Zavior gave a light hearted nod to Iris, his expression gloomy and steady. Some people never change after the so called end of the world, he was one of those people. Well that is as long as you don’t bring up his sister or relatives of other sorts. His mysterious chocolate brown eyes drifted to the soft surface of the ground, made up of. In a simple matter, dirt, a million plus grains of sand, and of course a grass. Oh a the lovely friend of his weeds. Yep this was life. He never thought he’d end up living in the forest, worrying daily about those around him and who to trust. Killing many almost daily, worrying for his life. Just no. Never could he think this would happen to him, he expected to grow up like any other. Get a job, have a family maybe even a pet. Who knows, just normal for a change. That life seems almost impossible to ever accomplish these days. Kine Hearing a loud bang turned the man’s oak brown eyes out the relevantly clean window. It was horrifying, he was currently in New York City, well on the outskirts of it. Did that really matter though? Yes. He wasn’t in the most safe space. He had just been woken up from his deep sleep, and dude it’s hard to awake him. His eyes soon drifted to his bedroom door, he could hear gunfire that sounded to be just outside his apartment. Maybe even on his floor. This was definitely not his day.. [Present] The sound of leaves crackling filled the young masculine’s ears. Each agonizing step he took was just the same thing, leaves crunching, twigs snapping underneath his gray tennis shoes. And somewhere in the distance lurkers groaning, moaning.. Lurkers? Why of course he chose that name for the flesh eating monsters that lurk at every passing turn. It wasn’t unusual running into lurkers and having to kill a few nowadays. Having to use to make sure one of his friends didn’t kill people with his spouts of anger. Now the tables have turned he was doing the killing. Did he want to be known as a killer? No. Would anyone even know him anymore? Probably not. Would he want to be known as a survivor? Hell yes, if nothing more. Now to his thoughts.. "How are you?" A question he always hated being asked. A question he’d always answer with a simple answer on the lines of. I’m good, I’m fine. What would- no, could he say now? Even if he answered with a simple all good wouldn’t be believable.. well unless your a full psychopath. Which as much as he wanted to say he isn’t, well he might as well be. How would he not? Killing former people everyday, trailing alone in the middle of no where. Being a psychopath seemed to be the only way to stay alive. Noi & Elloise Elloise awoke to multiple shots being fired, she was almost petrified. That is if she wasn’t getting shaked. "Ell! Wake up! Get up!" She almost instantly knew who was shaking her. Her rich brown eyes flicked open, as her eyes adjusted to the new found light she noticed her Bestfriend, Noi standing above her, his electric blue eyes peering down at her. Worry cursing through his veins. [Present] Noi’s head did a slight nod in Iris’s direction. She was the eldest of the group, which she was still quite young. However Noi respected her the most for that reason, sure he respected most quite a lot. But he trusted her, not just for her age, but just because he knew her well enough. His steady blue eyes trailing to his dog who was just laying beside a tree. Elloise did a slight smile, worry beeming through her eyes. She was still very well on edge, No she wasn’t the bravest, but she sure is stubborn making it quite hard to get her to agree to being in a group. |

Iris looked at the group before she shook her head. "Come on. At least one of you needs to go with me to check it out" she said. While Iris might have been the eldest in the group, she certainly didnt feel like she was the best leader of them. "We need to make sure they are either no threat, or they arent being followed." Her red curly hair fell around her face in a bit of a mess. She pulled it back into a hair tie, though it didnt help as much as she wished it did. Her hair was still a mess, and she could never tame the curls. "Killian, you stay here and keep cooking. I know your leg is still not the best" she said. The day before Killian had managed to have a rather nasty fall on a rock, and nearly broke his leg. To help him heal, Iris convinced the others to allow him to just cook and walk until he was able to help defend them again. ~~~ Amara kept walking with James, smelling something in the distance. "Whatever that is, it smells good" James commented as Lucifer ran ahead barking. "Lucifer! Hush!" Amara called to her hound. While she did agree with James, they both knew that whoever was making the meal, might not be the friendliest. It worried them as Amara pulled her bow from her back. Amara remembered the first time she used her bow. Her father took her out camping when she just turned 13, and taught her how to hunt. While her father had wanted a son, Amara ended up being their only child, but even then, she was taught to hunt, fish, and cook. "Basic sruvival" he had told her. James went through the same thing as her with his own father, their family being big on not needing a huge city to live in. |

[Sorry for the short reply, I do not feel well in the least. Also how do the characters kill the zombies?] Zavior, Noi & Elloise Elloise’s blacks pupils travel to where Killian sat, her eyes soon traveling back to meet Iris’s deep green ones. "Shall I stay behind with Killian, you know in case someone or something finds the camp?" Elloise asked, her voice soft and dried out. Zavior reaches into the back pocket of his jeans, pulling out a knife before putting the sharp object away once again. "I’ll go." Was all that he said, he wasn’t one to think things through. Neverless he didn’t try to do anything to stupid, but if it came down to a life or death situation. He’d try to make sure he had a plan or some kind of idea of the current situation and then take action. His gloomy gaze returned to the group. "Do you have any idea how many people there are?" He asked, his tone steady and unfazed. Noi nodded to Elloise’s suggestion, before looking to Iris, and Zavior. "I’ll come in case there is a group, we may just be greater in numbers then them." He gave a small reassuring smile. He rarely let on that he had no actual idea of what he was doing. He never got a chance to think ahead of time, he was always just going with what life had instore for him. Kine His eyelids flutter closed, his head pounding. He hadn’t been able to find a lake or any animals in about a day or more. In his dehydrated self he found himself owning many headaches, and the lack of food didn’t seem to be helping. How he wished to have just found prey. How could he not? It was a forest with nothing, but lurkers. No humans, no prey. Just lurkers His eyes snapped open, he could hear footsteps running in his direction at a quite alarming rate. He soon noticed it was a lurker, and it was running after him. He yanked out a knife out of his pocket, just after being found lying back on the ground wrestling a lurker. It’s nasty teeth biting at him. |

Iris looked at the two who volunteered to go with and nodded. "Thank you" she said before she looked at Elloise. "Yell for us if something happens please" she said as she looked at Killian as well who agreed. "Ready" she asked Zavior and Noi. Iris grabbed her knife along with a rock she could use to attack someone if needed. *For one, I am grateful my dad was in the army* she thought as she took a deep breath. Her father had taught her hand to hand combat after she had a run-in with a bad boyfriend. While it ended up nasty, the training she had helped save her life that time, and planned to keep practicing, even on her own. She glanced back at Zavior and Noi as she walked towards where she saw the horses running from and wondered what kind of training they had. Killian gave a small smile to Eloise when she offered to stay behind. "Well, you can be my taste tester then" he said with a chuckle as he offered her a spoon with a bit of soup in it. "Not sure what else I could add into it. I didnt exactly pack a bunch of herbs and spices for this event." He tried to make a half-hearted joke, but that wasnt easy for him to do. He looked down at his feet before he stirred the soup a bit more, trying to keep it from burning or getting any chunks formed from the heat. Killian sighed slightly as he listened to the world outside their camp. He heard the breeze through the distant trees, but didnt hear any screaming or Walkers that could be around. *Hopefully they wont be around much longer* he thought. He wished his mother was around to try and help find a cure, but she had been one of the first to get lost in his neighborhood when this, whatever it was, broke out. Amara looked at James as they walked. "Do you think anyone is even around here" she asked. While she had her bow in her hands, she didnt see or hear any Flesh Eaters, nor did she hear humans either. "I dont know" he replied as he paced her. James was on edge like herself, but she knew he was better at hiding it. She called it his Poker Face. A small smile formed as she remembered when they were kids and he would try to think of lies to throw her off. As kids, he wasnt the best at it, always giving it away, but once they were teens, man, James could tell lies through his teeth and you could never tell. Amara stopped in her tracks when she heard Lucifer give a low growl. "James?" She moved closer to her cousin as he looked around. "I heard him" he replied as he let his eyes scan the area. A smell hit his nose and he looked at Amara. "I think there are humans around here" he said. "I smell food." Amara took a sniff through the air before she nodded. "I think your right." (As for the killing, chopped off head, bullet or arrow through the head? Otherwise, no clue. XD) |
