"Food" Emery repeated gently, "I thought you'd like to eat something, I think the others are waiting." She stood and took a step back to give him space. "I'll get out so you can shift and get dressed" she said with a slight smile, figuring he'd be able to get up well enough by now. So once she was sure he was awake, she turned and headed out of his room to join the others. "He should be joining us soon" she told the others as she sat down on a open spot on a couch. Happy to see Wyatt was out aswell. Wyatt nodded in response to Sombra. "That's true." He looked uonwhen Emery joined them. "One more to go!" He exclaimed with a grin, eager to start eating, but even he was respectful of the sort of unspoken rule of not eating until everyone was there. Liri simply sat back and enjoyed the presence of the group, though it was hard to ignore the fact that they were still missing Delta. "He's doing alright?" She asked Emery as she sat down nearby. "Yeah, he's fine" she answered with her usual smile, putting Liri at ease. |

Delta sighed and fully sat up, his legs ached a but but they didn't feel numb like they did earlier. As Emery left and shut the door behind her he got up and shifted back to get changed for dinner. He was feeling a little light headed, which is what happened when he was really hungry. "Dammit..." Delta muttered "how much energy did that take out of me?" He asked while he changed into some sweat pants and a baggy sweater he found on the floor. He opened his door and walked into the living room where everyone was waiting for him.
Sombra looked up when Delta walked into the living room, it was kinda silent when he walked in as there was still some awkward tension in the air. He decided to break the silence first "Hey Delta, glad to see you awake" He offered a smile, wondering if he had been told that he lost control and fought with Liri.
Emerald slightly sighed in relief when Delta walked in, though was surprised to see him in such comfortable clothing. "Nice to see the darts didn't leave you off balace like last time" She said trying to keep the mood lightened. She watched as he sighed and he collpased onto the free couch and held a pillow. "Don't even remind me of last time" He said to her. |

Liri froze up for a second when Delta walked into the room, finding herself slightly unsure of how to act. But then Sombra spoke up and a conversation started, allowing her to relax and and get over the awkwardness that had just taken over the room. She held nothing against Delta, it was simply just an automatic reaction. Luckily one she had learned to brush off quickly. Emery brightened up now that they were all together for the the first time since what had happened earlier in the day. It didn't cross her mind that she had forgotten to tell Delta that he had gotten into a fight with Liri while out of control. "Let's eat, I'm starving" Wyatt stated, deciding to turn the subject to the food as he moved forward to get his portion, bringing a second plate with back with him for the person that was sitting closest to him, which happened to be Sombra. He handed the plate over then took his seat, being somewhat decent for once. He knew they'd be discussing what had happened, and he wanted to eat before that. Needing a full stomach if he was to focus on a more serious discussion. |

Sombra thanked Wyatt for handing him a plate, and leaned back in his seat as he began to eat. He watched as Emerald handed Liri, Emery, and Delta their plates and soon they were all eating and slightly chatting. Sombra also did notice that Delta was eating a little faster than usual, not as fast as Wyatt but close enough.
Once Delta had sat up from his position, Emerald grabbed the rest of the plates and handed the first to Lirs, second to Emery, and then lastly to Delta. "Now lets all eat, I bet we're all very hungry" She commented, as she started with her mash potatos before even touching the steak.
Delta nodded a thank you to Emerald as he was handed his plate. As everyone started eating he did as well but at a somewhat faster pace than normal, he was very hungry after all. Not caring for the slight odd looks he got "Sorry, just hungry" He mumbled as an answer. |

Wyatt was, as usual, one of the first to finish his food and put his plate back on the table. Managing to seat and behave himself while the others finished eating. Emery was starting to feel slightly tired since she hadn't stopped to take a nap like the others, but still involved herself in conversations that were held as they ate. Being as cheerful as always. It was honestly pretty hard to get her down and on her off days she would usually just retreat it read or something. Liri fairly unbother by her arm as she ate, if it had been her right arm she would have been having a harder time. But otherwise it didn't hurt as much anymore as long as she didn't move it wrong or try to use it alot. |

Delta finished his food a few minutes after Wyatt did. He placed his plate on the table neatly and laid back down in a comfortable position on the couch, closing his eyes as he just listened to the conversations. It was a few minutes before things quieted down, he didn't think too much of the silence until Emerald nudged him to open his eyes.
Emerald talked with Emery and Liri mainly as she ate her food. It was nice to have a good chat before a serious talk, She was also glad to see that Liri wasn't too mad at Delta. That and she wasn't glaring at him or anything, though Emerald was still unsure if Delta knew the full story. He did still look tired, especially when he closed his eyes after eating. Once they were all finished eating they all exchanged a few glances before she got up and nudged Delta awake, even though he wasn't sleeping.
Once all the empty plates were on the table, Sombra put them all in a neat pile and carried them to a table that was by the Scientist's door. He always did this, even though he was never asked to by his friends or by the scientists. After that, he sat back down on the couch and silently exchanged a few glances with Liri, Wyatt, Emery, and Emerald. Now it was time for them to discuss the elephant in the room, or in this case...the sleepy Delta in the room. |

Liri always became a little tense before one of these discussions. She had always survived by simply moving on and never talking about stuff, but here she was having to grow into the habit of actually bringing things up and knew it was for the safety of the group. "We should probably talk about what happened today" she said gently to get the subjected started as Emerald went over to get Delta up. If she could, she would be trying to avoid talking about the fact that he has bitten her, it did not matter, they needed to figure out why he had lost control and what could be done so it could he prevented in the future. Emery curled up once she was done eating, though made sure not to get completely comfortable or she was likely to dose off. "We should" she agreed quietly, giving a small smile. Wyatt stilled as the subjected turned towards the more serious matter. He didn't like being serious and would much rather be treasing the others or making jokes, but losing control was something that needed to be handled with some seriousness. Even if didn't add anything to the conversation, he had to behave. |

Since this was Emerald's idea or well, her suggestion. She decided to take the lead in this discussion when she sat back down next to Liri. "Delta, I'm sure Emery told you about what happened earlier that led you to be darted by the guards" She started, doing her best to keep a gentle but concern. "Do you remember anything from either before losing control or while you were in that state?" Emerald asked.
Dust sat up and sighed. He rubbed his head and watched as everyone watched him awaiting his answer to the start of this discussion. "Mmm, not too much during but...I think I remember what happened before I blacked out" He said, breaking the small silence. "I remember Wyatt knocked into me cause he lost his balance, but then I think Sombra fell on me and I hit my head on the ground. Then one of the 'explosions' went off right by my ears and that's when everything gets fuzzy."
Delta said as he thought back to the incident. "I had already had a headache that was getting worse and I remember my head hurting painfully before it all went fuzzy." Delta thought back again, but this time trying to think back to when he blackout "I think I heard voices? but, they were very distant and I couldn't make it out. I just wanted to sleep out the headache... that's what I remember" He finished "Then I woke up with a muzzle and my paws tied. Oh and Emery in my room" |

"Sounds like it could have been the headache that made you lose control with the added stress" Emery suggested gently, headaches could make even her a little cranky if they were bad enough. Wyatt winced subtly at the mention of his name, he had indeed lost his balance and crashed into Delta. Something he still felt a little guilty about, but had managed to get over it mostly by simply not thinking about it. Liri listened quietly as Delta spoke, remembering what had happened from her point of view. It fit. She glanced over at Emery when she suggested something and nodded a little in agreemant. It would make sense with the way Delta described whag had been going on. |

Sombra gave Wyatt a sypathetic glance when he saw him wince slightly when Delta mentioned him. Sombra himself just looked away when his name was mentioned, as he hated at being a slight cause for the accident. He listened to Delta as he finsihed up his explantion about what happened on his end, he also agreed with what Emery said after he was finished.
"Well, I'm not the only one who probably noticed the evasion training was much more intense than it usually was...and it probably stressed us all out the longer it went on" Sombra started to say, "But we should find a way to deal with it while on the field, because who knows if the actual battle is just like that or worse. We should try and find a way to calm down while in a battle so that it doesn't happen again." He finished saying, feeling that it was the best idea he could come up with.
They also got to add stress to the list of things that could cause any of them to lose control. While stress by itself wasn't the main cause of Delta losing control, it still could be put on the list as to helping someone lose control. They had learned from the incident before today's that someone could lose control if they got a serious injury when in an attack, and also learned that you could lose control when you defended yourself if your body thought your life was in danger. That incident, funny enough did include Delta but also included Sombra.
Emerald listened closey as Delta told everyone what had remembered before blacking out. After hearing everything she gave a gentle smile, it all matched up from what she had witnessed. She then agreed with what Emery and Sombra said, if stress was part of the cause then they could find a way to deal with it. "Lets ask they scientists if we can train without them watching us for morning and afternoon. We know we're not going to get sent out tomorrow so lets work on ways to deal with stress and everyone can practice working on evading. Emerald worded it so that Wyatt didn't feel called out, she didn't want it to feel that way.
Delta nodded what the rest were saying, though as he was listening he glanced at Liri as he noticed the bandage on her arm. The others probably wouldn't tell her but he could assume that she was the one he hurt when he was out of control. Delta turned his attention back to Emerald who was speaking, he'd apologize to Liri later "Sure. That sounds fine" |
