Hannah rolled her eyes at him. It seemed pretty obvious to her what they had asked, now because of the fact she was unable to provide a believable alibi, she knew she’d be seeing them again real soon. It was almost laughable, the fact that he showed up here tonight the same night the police came knocking on her door, somebody else might have thought that maybe he knew it was going to happen. But Hannah knew better, she knew there was no way that moron had enough braincells to pull something like that off on his own at least. “What do you fucking think?” She asked him, rather irritated. Hannah glared at him, before huffing in annoyance. She knew she was acting like a spoiled child who didn’t get something they wanted but the whole situation was really getting on her nerves. Despite her clear dislike for Sergio, he seemed to know quite a lot about this break in, which could be of use. But it also wouldn’t be that hard to convince Bailey to help her figure it all out, figure out a way to keep her out of prison would be rather ideal to her right now. |

Sergio glared at her. That calmer state not lasting very long. He felt like doing one of two things either drinking until he blacked out, or fighting until his knuckles bleed. She was clearly of no use to him. He was quickly regretting even coming here, seeing as he only wasted time, that could have been used in a much useful way. Like getting in touch with his old contact, that he used exactly for this kind of situations. "Fuck. Can you ever be civil for once?" He snapped. She was only going to piss him off more. There was no way they could work together on this, with her foul attitude. At first he didn't mind her standoffish attitude, but now it was just getting on his nerves. He'd only asked that to see if maybe more information was given to her, that he hadn't known about. With the amount of run ins with the law, he found cops tended to approach people differently. In hopes they could get something out of the person, that they couldn't with the other. As much as he wanted to storm out now, he knew they needed to come up with something. If they had any holes in their alibi's they would be found out and look guilty. He knew for a fact he couldn't mention the Ring, even though that was where he was when it happened. Either Hannah was in the same boat, or she really did have a strong case. But seeing as she most likely was out doing activities at night as well, she was out of luck. |

Hannah rolled her eyes, before stepping away from him. She knew there had been multiple nicer ways for her to say it but it didn’t really matter anymore seeing as though he was already pissed. This wasn’t how Hannah had wanted her night to go, clearly. It was pretty clear but both of their attitudes that neither of them particularly wanted to be in this situation right now but it was too late for that. It was too late to continue ignoring each other for no apparent reason as they had done for quite a number until a week ago. Hannah sighed, rubbing the back of her neck. What she needed was to figure out an air-tight alibi, what she wanted was sleep. Hannah knew she likely wouldn’t be getting much sleep tonight, the stress about upcoming races and this whole situation now would prevent that, might as well make the most of that time and get a head-start on figuring everything out. Hannah thought for a moment before walking over to the cool wooden floor of the staircase. She sat, resting her feet on the first stair before lying back down onto her back, looking up at the ceiling. |

Sergio watched her, for a second he thought she was going to walk away from him again, but seeing her sit down he relaxed. His eyes trained on the floor, trying to think of something. Anything was better than nothing. Many ideas he had, he quickly checked off, as they wouldn't work. All except one. Pushing away from the counter he walked over to Hannah. Leaning against the railing of the staircase. His gaze flickered to her for a moment. This could work, he just wasn't sure if Hannah would be willing to go through with it. Seeing as she didn't seem to have a good alibi, she would have think about it. That was partly why he didn't bother questioning her on that aspect, or else why was she so pissed when she finished up speaking to the police. Whatever she was doing at the time, would probably incriminate her, for other reasons. "We could just say we were with each other the night of the break in." He shrugged his shoulders, nonchalantly. It could work, they just needed to make it believable. If the kids they went to school with could believe it so easily, it wouldn't be to hard to fool the cops. They would just need proof. That was where he was stuck. |

Hannah sighed, staring up at the ceiling, the cool wood floor underneath her. They really needed to figure something out now, she knew they would likely show up at school the next morning and avoiding them wasn’t really an option anymore. Hannah may have dodged the bullet of having to give her alibi to the police, but now she really needed to figure one out before they came and asked again. They weren’t going to give her time to remember her alibi for the second time, they’d likely just take her in for further questioning, which wasn’t good for anybody. Hannah sat up frowning. It could work, if they did it right. The students out and in school had believed it once, so it wouldn’t be much of a surprised if they heard about it again. Hesitating for a moment, she scooted back and leaned against the wall, crossing her legs in front of her. “You know, that could work. But it’s not really something you can prove” she told him. Hannah knew if they didn’t have good alibi’s, they were both going down which would be detrimental for their out-of-school activities. |

Sergio rubbed his jaw. She had a point. It would tough to prove it. He thought for a moment. The clock was ticking. Before they know it they would need to present something to the cops. Pulling his phone out, he scrolled through a few contacts. Picking one he began texting them. Hitting send, he put his phone away. His gaze flickered to the front door, then back to Hannah. He raised an eyebrow, "You got security cameras out front?" He questioned. Now feeling more confident that they could pull this off. An elaborate plan already forming in his head. He could see it playing out perfectly. As long as Hannah was willing to contribute. All they had to do was a bit of acting and rehearsing, then they would be set. Plus, him sending a few things over to his contact and they would be set. If the cops felt persistent enough, they would have back up proof as well. |

Hannah frowned, not quite sure where he was going with this. “yeah, why?” There wouldn’t have been any footage of it, seeing as though it never happened. Other than altering footage, there wouldn’t be any prove of them being together on that night. She got up, the staircase had been digging into her back. Rubbing her temples, Hannah sighed, there was almost no way they’d be able to pull this off correctly. It was growing late and they both needed to be present at school for when the police came inevitably knocking to validate the alibis’ that they didn’t have. “How does that fit into any of this, by the way. There’s no footage, you know, since it never happened. I don’t get how you think this is going to work” Hannah told him, flicking her hair out of her face. All she wanted to do right now was go to sleep and forget about everything, especially this. But Hannah knew she wasn’t going to be getting any sleep until this was all sorted and a plan was in motion. |

A knowing smile pulled onto Sergio's lips. He pushed away from the railing. Ignoring her questions, he asked another of his own. "Did you come home after school that day?" He questioned. Seeing the amount of time they had, they couldn't pulled off the altered security footage, if everything else in the day didn't align. If it already showed on the footage that she did come home in the day, they'd be found out. He had a few other ideas for proof, but the security footage was the most promising. The minute the cops were to come in and check it out, they would be crossed off as suspects. As soon as Hannah confirmed, he would let her in on the plan. Of course, he would seeing as she would be the other half to this. Half of this plan counted on them and the rest he would hand off to his friend, Mark. A highly tech savvy man. He was the guy to got for this sort of thing. There were plenty of times in the past where Mark saved Sergio's ass. Seeing as a break in at the school wasn't a big deal, the cops would simply think it's legit and move on. Cops were lazy when it came to these minor crimes. This would be a easy to get away with. |

Hannah rolled her eyes, huffing slightly. She didn’t really expect him to tell her but it would have been nice. But he seemed to have a plan on what to do, so she’d just have to trust him. Despite everything he’d done to point her in the other direction, it was her only choice really. Hannah didn’t have many other options and Sergio seemed to have a good one by the way he was acting. She didn’t have an awful lot of faith in his plan, whatever it might be, but it was her best option when everything was considered. Hannah tilted her head slightly, still frowning. “Uh no, I don’t think so. I think I went out from school over to a friend’s place for something, I didn’t get home until late, before my race” She told him, carefully deciding to leave out what she had been doing. Just because she was trusting him enough to go along with his plan, she wasn’t about to go and tell him what she had been doing. Hannah knew it was likely that everything had blown over, they’d go back into ignoring each other and avoiding eye contact despite everything that happened. |

Sergio nodded his head. He didn't care much for the extra details, all he needed to know was that she didn't come back home. This was looking to be much more promising as the time went by. His eyes traveled down to her attire, before meeting her gaze again. "Change into what you were wearing that day. Then meet me in my car." He said quickly, while walking over to the front door. Grabbing the knob he glanced back. A smug look on his features, "I hope you're good at acting." With that he stepped outside. He glanced at the cameras. He half wondered if her family was paying for her to live here. It was a decent sized house for only one person. He was assuming she had it to herself, since he's never seen anyone else here. As soon as they finished this stunt, which would only take a few moments, he could let Mark into the security system and leave the rest the man. It seemed at times, when his livelihood was at stake of incarceration, he paid a lot more to details. |
