She kept her head down trying not to look at anyone what if someone tried to talk to her. She found the hallway leading to her dorm room. She kept mental note of those she saw; people that looked shy, people that looked nice, people that made her... nervous. She had been trying to stop this habit for a while, and thus far had failed. She couldn't help doing it, everywhere she went. |

Tyler 20 l Male l Straight l Super Strength l Freshmen . Soon enough the boy Tyler assumed was Hayden came in and started unpacking his things. "Hey. I'm Ty..." He started, before he realized the boy wasnt listening to him. He just sat in silence until Hayden had fully unpacked, then did he realize he was there. "No, your in the right room, and by the way I'm Tyler." He said, offering to shake hands. Tyler thought for a second. "You like Pizza?" Tyler asked. "I was thinking we could order some, and chat, I we can get to know each other." He suggested, "Unless you dont want to. Either is fine by me." He quickly added. Not wanting to get on his bad side on the first day. "And we should probably tour the school and get our schedules sometime. We might even have some classes together." He said, but then one thought came to him. Probably one thing his roommate needed for them to be good friends. "You play football?" |

Hayden | Male | Bi| Dark Magic | Hayden firmly shook the other guy's hand, plopping down on his bed. He was a bit nervous to talk to the other guy. It wasn't always fun when he started talking, because his French accent became pretty obvious, and people *always* commented on it. He was also still slightly distracted by having just unpacked, but also not caring that much. "I actually already toured the campus when I was here a while ago, but I'd walk with you for part of your tour. I want to find the guy that's the head of the football team this year, some senior. I also gotta check out the ladies and gents here, and start picking who I need to dial up the charm for." The young man kept his demeanor friendly, but still slightly reserved, not wanting to actually decide to like Tyler before he learned more about him, but still wanting to be polite. "God, yeah. I live for football. I hear that the team here is super good, and that we could get really far this year. I can't wait for tryouts. I bet they'll be pretty soon. I hope so at least. Hey, we could walk around together if you want. Start checking everything out." Hayden stood up, dropping his hoodie on his bed. "Come on. I bet they're already putting up posters for tryouts and all the clubs and stuff here." As he spoke, his phone buzzed, and he rolled his eyes. "It's just my mum. She thinks it's great that I'm finally out of the house, and she can throw charity galas or whatever." |

They certainly weren't tying their hair up in a ponytail while grabbing their suitcase and making a mad dash to their assigned room. No, they were usually on time - but now they were cursing the bus and shitty car they had. It was not about to make them late for their second to last year at this school. They noticed that other students had already arrived and slowed their pace ; they had made it to campus - somehow. Gods, their parents wouldn't let them hear the end of this - and they made their way to the front desk and they took a look at the desk clerk. The woman looked at them with a unamused glance and then gave his own eyebrow raise at her for the subtle snark at them. "Listen, lady," he said stressing the word, " I've had a hard morning, and all I would like is my room number, so I can place my things down. I'm cold, I'm tired, and I'm hungry - my car broke down and now you're giving me snark for running in here - at least I'm not late. " they said with their hands on their hip as they raked their nails against the desk impatiently. The clerk placidly typed on the computer and then gave them a slip of paper containing the details of their room and they gave a sigh as they looked at the room number. And then began their way to the elevators, as they waited for the doors - they pulled their luggage closer to them. The doors opened and they walked in - it seems they were on the what was again? Fifth floor. And they gave a soft grumble at that, and leaned on the bars of the elevator for support as they weee exhausted. They totally did not spend the past half hour running down the side of the highway and through the backwoods and taking a ride from that weird dude from a while back. They soon arrived to their floor and then made way to their room. They used the key to open to the door and find their roommate on their bed and on the phone. Apparently it was some girl - huh, guess the college didn't think their ambiguous gender was that weird after all. And they have a polite wave to them and they made their way to the empt y bed and just splayed themselves out on it. "God this bed feels so good right now." They sighed out in relief and they have a second glance at their roommate. " Good morning roomie, you ready for another year of hell here? " |

~Enika~ 20 + Female + Bi + Telepathy + Second year - Mentions: Tiras (Directly) - Enika let out a breath as she put her hands on her hips, looking at herself in the mirror. She guessed she’d need to change from her sweaty cropped workout top soon. What kind of first impression would that set on her roommate? Hopefully one that shows I’m a hard worker. It’ll be fine. Whomever it is will just have to deal with it. The young woman could still hear other students rummaging through the busy hallways. She didn’t quite care to look, but she hoped Talon hadn’t already gotten drunk on the move in day like the year prior. She didn’t really know much about the guy other than he was a thorn in the side. Enika also guessed since she was a sophomore, she’d need to know more people, but she had only come from last year with very few key points about others. Another thing she supposed she’d need to work on. Especially now as she stood alone in the quiet room. Should let some light in I suppose. Enika slipped away a drift of stray hair from her face and strode to the window, opening the curtains and wincing a bit at the sudden strong beam of light that lightened the once dark room. She looked down at the people below, scurrying about, seeing many students in groups and laughing all the while. For a moment, she felt a twinge for not getting out and meeting new people, but the twinge didn’t last for long, or at least it was interrupted when the door to her room swung open. Nearly defensively, Enika turned, her body tense and eyes narrowed, but she relaxed when she saw it was a student holding the keycard to enter the room. Slowly, she let her shoulders fall, assuming well enough this was her roommate. About time I suppose. Cautiously, as if the roommate would attempt anything, Enika watched as they waved and began to sit down their things before sprawling out on the bed. She then gently tilted her head to the side and studied the person closely before adjusting her posture and body language to at least try and appeal more friendly. At the question, Enika answered in an even and nearly monotone voice. “Technically it's noon,” She replied,” And sure. What's two more years?" Enika glanced back at the window again, catching a few more glimpses of the people passing by beneath, then stretched a bit and let out a short breath. "I'm Enika. Your roommate... obviously," She hesitated, a bit awkwardly," You're a sohpmore, right?" - (Sorry, a bit short >.<) |

Need to know my offensive teammates when we make the team." He said confidently. "Yeah I'll help you find the head of the team. I can tour camous later." He looked at his watch, "Pizza will get here in about 30 minutes, so we got some time to spare." He nodded, "I heard that football tryouts start next week. Gotta work out in the gym to imprive these babies" he said, flexing his muscles. Tyler put on his Nike hoodie, and went to open the door for Hayden. "Lets go," he said smiling, "We got thirty minutes." He allowed Hayden through the door then shut it behind him, hearing the lock click. His phone started ringing, his ringtone blaring. He looked at the Caller ID, "Ah, just a spam call." Then turned his phone off, slipped it in his pocket, and started to walk down the hallway with Hayden. |

Still no word on roommate assignment. Frowning more deeply, she tucked her phone back into her pocket, carefully making sure that the pocket was then zipped closed. She sat for a moment, debating with herself whether it was worth it to continue reading, or if she ought to just head inside. 'I could get some food...' she thought, finally noticing that she was slightly hungry. Finally making up her mind, she stood, slipping the book into her backpack and heading inside to the dining hall. |

Katerina flicked her multi colored orbs towards the noise and caught sight of a fellow woman. The girl standing before Katerina was awfully short, mouse sized, if you will. Katerina could practically stomp on her if she wanted to. But Kat didn't feel like spending the rest of her days locked in a cell. Her eyebrows furrowed as the woman began to shoot out questions at her like they were bullets firing at a rapid speed. The 5 foot 8 woman got up from her bed, standing to her full height, towering over the other woman. Being her first instinct, she placed her hand out to hopefully shut the girl up. "Please. Stop talking. You're giving me a headache." Kat said before rubbing her temples, showing off the sarcastic asshole she can be. Kat wasn't thrilled that this person was to be her new roommate, but yet she didn't feel like going through all the trouble to hopefully get assigned a new one. Once the woman asked to confirm Katerina's identity, she let out a sly grin. "Ding ding ding, little mouse. You must be...the other Kat." What moron decided to put two females of the same name in one room. This was going to be exhausting. . Without further hesitation, Katerina flashed Kat one last look before speaking. "If you don't mind, I'll be going for a walk." To get away from you. "Hopefully it will be more entertaining than sitting here and hearing you talk." Katerina shot a wink before exiting the dorm. Immediate profanities spilled from her mouth as she walked down the stairs and towards the door. This school year has already gone to shit before it even started. And as much as Kat liked to spend alone time in her room, she knew she wouldn't be gifted with that luxury any time soon. Her arms crossed as she made her way out of the complex of dorms. She was strolling through the campus, observing the sight of all the posters already put up. "Pssh. You couldn't convince me to have this much school spirit if I was threatened with death itself." Kat muttered to herself. It was just at that moment that she had felt a pattern of buzzes emerging from her pocket. She took out her cell phone and instantly groaned at the name that flashed across the bright screen. 'Dad.' What does this idiot want now? Kat noticed she had missed a couple of calls from him followed by text messages shortly after. The messages were quite predictable. 'Did you get settled in?' 'How are you liking it so far?' 'Have you met anyone yet?' Kat couldn't care less about his interest in her stay at the school. In fact, she decided to give him a piece of her own mind. She unlocked her phone and began intently typing rapidly, telling him to leave her alone, to put it simple. . Before she had a chance to look up from her phone, she instantly felt a brute force run straight into her, sending her straight to the ground. Katerina was beyond pissed. She watched as her phone had flew out of her hand and to the side of her. Her heterochromatic orbs scanned to the two figures standing above her. It was two ignorant males. "Hey! Watch where you're going, assholes." Kat said to them through gritted teeth, still sitting firmly on the ground. She knew that this incident happened because she was on her phone. But she found it more intriguing to piss men off. Kat reached over and grabbed her phone, examining it and hoping to god it wasn't cracked. The last thing to show on the screen was the vulgar text she had sent her father. Katerina clicked her phone off, the black screen crossing immediately, before she shot a glare up at the two boys. |
