Arrietty Fern
Wild Mountain Pack - F - Beta - Mentions: Rowan, Others
Arrietty sighed, she had been looking for Rowan again, no luck. She aggrivatedly walked back to the bar, "Please.". The bartender nodded and handed her a glass. Turning around she spotted him, walking toward Rowan she smiled, "Rowan, hello. This is sure exciting." Ari laughed. "I was worried you were not coming." she gave Rowan a questioningly look. He had taken an awfully long time.
Arrietty looked around when waiting for her leaders answer, there was so many Were's here. It was a little overpowering to her, she spent time with her pack but...
Maybe it would be good to talk to other's, socialize... Arrietty tapped her heel on the ground. In her head she groaned annoyed, fine. She would try to reach out more, Ari looked at Rowan, still waiting on an answer.

☾ Elias C. Journigan ☽
The Lunar Falls Pack | Beta | Bisexual | Mentions: A handful of people indirectly, open for interactions!

"Stupid fucking fancy ball and fucking- fuck. Fuck."

The white haired man starting off his time at the ball cursing at himself was Elias Journigan, beta of the Lunar Falls pack. His shaky hands refused to let him properly tie the white tie that was wrapped around his neck. Today, he had chosen a simple outfit. An all black tuxedo with a simple white tie and navy blue undertones. As much as he wanted to possibly run into the one who'd steal his heart, he didn't necessarily want to stick out in the crowd. Besides, the chances of him actually falling face first into the concrete known as love was... laughable. Gods, if he had decided to show off tonight, he'd be even angrier at himself than he was at this present moment.

It wasn't nerves or anxiety that plagued him, making his hands tremble. It was actually the lack of nicotine in his system. In order to try and appear somewhat sane during the ball, Elias had elected to leave behind the cigarettes to try and remain clean. He hated admitting the hold nicotine had on him. It wasn't exactly something he ever saw himself getting hooked on, but somewhere down the road he tried it and couldn't stop himself. Now that Elias stood there, looking at himself in the mirror, he could tell that he was incredibly stupid for completely leaving it all behind. He would've been fine with one or two during the event, it would've kept him from fidgeting and itching for something to calm himself. Thank god there was a bar here. If he could get one of his favorite concoctions whipped up, that should be able to hold down the fort until he's back home where he has access to what was left behind.

After about twenty minutes of cursing at himself and multiple failed attempts, Elias finally got the tie perfect. A relieved sigh escaped his lips as he looked at himself in the mirror, his pale face blessed with a pink blush from the frustration he felt moments ago. Pale blue eyes settled on the scar that ran across his face horizontally over his nose, then to the beauty mark just under his bottom lip on the left side, and finally they landed on the tattoo that crawled up his neck. On any normal day he'd be a-okay with his appearance, giving zero cares in the world if anyone saw him as unattractive- but today? Today he looked at himself and wondered if anyone would consider a scar, beauty mark, or visible tattoos as unattractive. It was silly, yes. He knows that, but something about being around so many people had him mulling over his thoughts.

The soft buzz of his phone pulled him out of those thoughts, making the white haired werewolf turn and stride across his room to pick up his phone and shut the alarm off. Well. It was time. If he spent any more time up here, he'd pretty much be ditching the ball, and he really didn't want to do that. As the beta of the pack, he had to make an appearance. It'd look bad if he never showed, right? Stuffing the phone into his pocket, Elias let himself look into the mirror once more before walking out of his room with a powerful stride, biting down on his tongue to keep his restlessness at bay until he could get a drink and wind down.

Upon entering the large room everyone was in, Elias' heart skipped a beat, "Holy shit." That's a lot of people. Everyone that had dressed up tonight looked absolutely regal, stunning. A snort left the male as his eyes landed on his younger sibling, who had already found the bar and was talking to their cousin. Not far from the two sat a man from another pack, and Elias was not a fan of where his gaze had settled. It took everything in him to not walk over and interrogate the man. The last thing anyone needed was a fight to ruin the night- not that Elias thought it'd cause a fight, but without his normal habits to distract him it was rather easy to work him up; especially if he thought someone had their eyes on Caelan. As much as he loved his sibling and wanted them to find love, there was no way he'd just let anyone be with them. Was it a bit extreme? Perhaps.

Drawing in a deep breath, Elias elected to ignore the situation seeing that the man's attention adverted from Caelan. Walking over to the far end of the bar, the beta flashed a charming smile at the bartender as he took a seat , "Could I get a whisky on the rocks? Thanks, my dear." As the male waited on his drink he ran a hand through his soft hair, his lips pressed in a thin line as he wondered how this event would go. Who would Klotho end up being betrothed to? Would it even go well? Elias couldn't imagine being thrown into a relationship with someone if he didn't actually have feelings for them. As much as he wished that things would go smoothly tonight, he doubted that they would. Why would things ever be that simple?

The sound of a glass being set down on the counter captured his attention for just a moment before he went back to his thoughts. Elias held onto the glass firmly, absentmindedly swirling it around before tilting his head back and letting the cold whisky shoot down his throat in one go, "Another one, please?" If the heir being thrown at Klotho was anything other than what she deserved, Elias would have something to say about it. The whole idea of throwing two werewolves together to form "peace" seemed like wishful thinking. Did the packs think about what could happen if the heirs hated each other? Or did they even stop to think that maybe the heirs would find their fated mates and not want to go through with the marriage? To Elias, all of this was incredibly stupid. If, by some miracle, all of this went smoothly, he'd be surprised.

Vivienne Vaux Valentine
Lunar falls pack | F | pack member | Mention: Elowen
Vivienne although unsure at first of the interaction was pleasantly releived at the Woman's reaction. she seemed to open up and become a bit more relaxed at Viv's pressence, This was an effect that Vivienne would tend to have on people but it didn't make her any less happy.
...
Vivienne observed Elowen's silky voice and her regal mannerisms, and beamed when her dress was mentioned. Many hours of work had been put into it's design and construction so the fact that someone complimented it made Vivienne overjoyed, especially a compliment from someone so well dressed as Elowen.
...
With an absent minded twirl, she accepted the compliment with a thrilled "Awe, thankyou, it took some time to get it just right." Practically glowing with pride.
...
Vivienne took her hand gently with her gloved one, and gave a nice shake, smiling widely. "It's so nice to meet you Elowen, I'm Vivienne!"
...
After introducing herself Vivienne gushed over Elowen's own outfit, selecting terms like "Regal and stunning" in her compliments, tapping her feet and talking with her hands. A tad bit overwhelmed with excitement. It was true that Vivienne didn't have many friends, so the exchanged friendliness made her heart glow.
...
"by the way.." Vivienne cut herself short as she remembered the look of searching on Elowen's face earlier. "Were you looking for someone earlier?"
Her head cocked to the side, a natural quirk that she had developed in childhood.

Lucienne Greer
Crescent Moon Pack | M | Alpha | Mentions: Nicanor
Indirectly Mentions: Mostly Everybody

Black, or navy.

It was a question that Lucienne had been pondering since the purchase of his suit. He had settled for nothing short of the best, discovering it from a hidden boutique in the north end of California. Made from the finest cashmere a man could find and tailored to perfection, it was a costly thing for the average person.

Good thing Lucienne was not the average person.

The suit itself was comfortable, a classic one-and-a-half-breasted blazer enriched with a chalk stripe pattern and tapered through the chest with slightly pronounced shoulders. It was an impressive design, the charcoal blue complimenting his features and complexion and beneath it, a soft blue dickey. The outfit was of good quality. The highest quality.

There was but one question that remained: black, or navy.

On each arm was a tie, draped over his wrists in an attempt to select the perfect fit. A suit was not complete without a tie. In Lucienne's situation, he could not choose between the two colours sprawled out before him. The black was classy. One could truly not go wrong with that selection. On the other hand, the navy would match his outfit. Such a delicate matter could not be simply picked on a whim. It was a complex choice, perhaps one of Lucienne's most difficult.

In the end, after a prolonged period of time, he had chosen the navy.

Steady fingers worked hastily, weaving the tie together around his neck as he stared into the mirror. He had stood there at last, admiring his choice as he took a lint roller, brushing away at his shoulders. Lucienne Greer took pride in his appearance. An individual such as he should always look presentable. He was important, and thus should look the part.

His eyes lingered upon his own figure in the mirror, and as he had made his way down the long corridor, gazed at himself in any reflective glass he could find. To say that he took his time approaching the ball was an understatement. Lucienne had lingered around the halls in an attempt to study its layout and the people exiting their rooms. When he would pass an open door, he would glimpse inside, determining if there was anything within worth taking.

He had continued this action until he reached the ballroom doors, patiently awaiting his turn to enter behind a murmuring crowd before him. As he did so, he watched them, picking them apart from one another. And when he brushed up against the back of a gentleman, had lowered his fingers into his pocket and taken his wallet whilst apologizing for bumping into him.

Lucienne was not an entirely cruel character. He would eventually return the wallet later in the evening.

Without the money, of course.

Oh, but people like that wouldn't miss it. They would question where their money had gone, perhaps even claimed that it was stolen, but they wouldn't miss it. Lucienne was good at picking apart individuals of wealth. Individuals such as himself.

He had the opportunity to repeat the action with a woman, but refrained. Too much in such a short time would cause suspicion. He had learned that in the past, and Lucienne always learned from his mistakes. No, instead, he would enter the ball, his eyes fixated upon the bar where he had told Nicanor to meet him. From his observation, the man had not yet arrived at the bar. However, Nicanor was a man difficult to miss, and he would see him making his way towards it, circling the crowd casually as he was instructed to.

Lucienne would wait a few moments before following, slipping into the crowd and weaving through the bodies. At one point, he had encountered a woman, purposefully slamming into her and nearly sending her to the floor. When he had caught her by the arm to steady her, he had apologized profusely and introduced himself before leaving her.

She wouldn't miss her bracelet.

At the same time, he continued observing, noting the growing crowd. He had craned his neck at a certain moment when a woman with nearly white hair had been announced. Upon her entrance, Lucienne had watched, clearly intrigued with her presence, and who wouldn't be? She was an attractive woman, that much was clear. If he did not have matters to complete, he would have approached her. Oh, well, perhaps later in the night. He didn't have time to converse at the moment.

Continuing on his path, Lucienne had noted other individuals. There was a blond-haired man alongside of a woman. Not far away, a ginger-haired man lingered. Lucienne didn't pay them much attention, and certainly not their outfits. Did anybody have any sense of style? Truly, it was embarrassing at this point, but to each their own.

The man made his way to the bar, nudging past individuals until the familiar figure of Nicanor came into view. Without a word, he approached, leaning against the bar to mimic the man's action.

"Don't you look dashing," he finally spoke, casting the man a once-over before turning to the bartender. Within moments, two glasses of champagne were in each hand. Offering one to Nicanor, Lucienne took the other for himself.

"Tell me what you've found, Arete."

Nicanor Arete Carvalho
Crescent Moon Pack | M | Beta | Mentions: Lucienne

His blood itched beneath his skin, he scanned the crowd, looked down at his boots, then looked up and scanned the crowd. He bounced one of his legs, heel bumping on and off the ground in a fast, erratic rhythm. Gods, where was he? His muscles twitched, his jaw aching with how hard he was clenching it. He drifted his thumb over his knuckles, cracking each and everyone one in turn.

More people approached the bar, more people filled the room, more people, gods there was so many. Generally, he was alright with crowds. Generally, he was confident, sure of himself, sure of everything.

Generally he had Lucienne beside him, though.

He saw the man, dark skin, blond hair, navy suit, a few seconds before Lucienne seemed to spot him, pushing through the crowd towards the bar. Nicanor straightened, pushed his shoulders back, and did his very best to relax all of his tense muscles, as if he hadn't been curling in on himself while waiting for his Alpha.

"Lucienne," he all-but hissed, even if a lot less venom was in his voice than he would have liked. He wanted to be annoyed, but found it a difficult task if this particular man was the object of his irritation. If it had been anyone else that had kept him waiting in a crowded room, he'd have hit them. Not Lucienne though, never Lucienne. "You took your sweet-ass time getting here."

He glanced down, taking the champagne gingerly, curling large hands around the slim glass. Hands that had seen and committed more violence than many probably knew or could guess, and yet he always found a way to be just gentle enough for Lucienne at the right times, and violent enough at others.

At the order, he grumbled, taking a purposefully slow sip of the champagne, taking the chance to scan the room again.

"Some of our alliances have yet to appear," he said, turning his body to be facing Lucienne, dropping his voice slightly to avoid eavesdroppers. "Wild Mountain Pack and Cassiopeia have arrived, though." He nodded in the vague direction that he'd seen their members, so as not to draw attention by pointing.

One of his hands rose to fiddle with the ring on his choker, a habit he'd picked up since he'd started wearing it more often. Not necessarily a nervous one, but a habit nonetheless.

"Lunar Falls Pack and Blood Moon Pack are out in the full force, though. One of the Lunar Falls members, the one in the pink dress, she's talking to Elowen from Cassiopeia." They might have an alliance, went unsaid.

"There's a couple of white-haired Lunar Falls members at the bar, they're talking to a blond I don't recognize, but fits the description you gave me of that Quincy person. I think they're related, they look similar, the two Lunar Falls memebers definitely are. Siblings, perhaps." He took another sip, as if he wasn't doing a study of certain people in the room. "The jacked ginger is in their pack, too. Interested in at least one of them I'm willing to bet, he watches them too closely otherwise."

He shrugged lightly, dropping the hand fiddling with his choker to glance out across the room again. "There's Blood Moon members at the bar, so both of the main attractions are here, no sign of their heirs anywhere yet, though. I'm assuming they'll be brought out soon, though."

He took a moment, and then huffed, angling his head down a little more. "I don't like this place, Lucienne." He said slowly, voice dropping just a tad more. "I feel like this whole thing is a mess already, and it's barely started. I feel like shit's gonna hit the fan before it's time to go home."

Whether it was anxiety or instincts speaking in that regard, Nica had a tendency to trust when his body and intuition gave him signals. They'd protected him more than 'common sense' had, or optimism. He trusted his instincts like a dog trusted its nose.

But he also knew he would override those and stay if Lucienne asked it of him. He'd do a lot of things if Lucienne asked it of him.

Quincy Cornelius Bennett
Aurora Pack | M | Beta Heir | Mentions: Caelan, Stellan, Elias, Lucienne

To say the young man looked bored would have been an understatement. It wasn't that he didn't like parties, or drinking, or having fun, oh no he was well versed in all those things, it's that he didn't enjoy doing them alone. So as he waited for company to arrive, someone he could get into more trouble than his parents would like, he remained leaning at the bar with a bored expression taunting his features.

It didn't last long though when a low whistle interrupted his thoughts, bulling his attention the whistler, a large smile breaking out over his pristine features. "Cousin," he practically purred in greeting, lifting off the bar to focus on Caelan, "please Cae, you know I got all the good genes on my side of the family. Don't act so surprised." A soft laugh bubbled from his lips as he swirled the champagne in his gas, pulling it to them after a second.

His eyes lit up as Caelan spoke, mentioning Klotho, the Lunar Falls' heir and their mutual friend, and the whole ordeal she had goten caught up in. "Please", he started, stressing the word as he spoke to his cousin, "if there is anyone who can handle themselves, it's Klotho. I'm not terribly worried about her." He waved his hand to dismiss the issue, knowing that of the three of them Klotho was the least delicate.

His eyes traced over Caelan's form taking in the dress and their hair, his head cocking to the side as he studied them for a moment. "And you're looking like a stunner yourself, Caelan. I dare say you may even be trying to outshine me," he winked at Caelan, but it was obviously a joke, as Quincy never cared about sharing the spotlight with his cousins.

Running a hand through pale blonde hair, Quincy's eye momentarily locked onto a thickly built red head who sat at the other end of the bar. He didn't know who he was, but he knew he was apart of Caelan's pack, making him a Lunar Falls Pack. The man was massive, looking like he was built out of a brick house instead of flesh and blood.

"Tell me, dear cousin," his eyes were still locked on the red-head as he spoke to Caelan, "what are you feeding your wolves over there in the Falls?" He motioned to Stellan, before shifting his gaze to the side as movement at the bar stretching away from him caught his attention. He wasn't sure how that particular movement caught his eye in a sea of it, but it was something about the pale hair, the familiar skin tone, that caught his eye.

Almost immediately his eyes narrowed and his fingers tightened on his glass. "Bloody hell," he murmured underneath his breath, straightening up and stiffening his spine as the realization that his Ex was currently standing in the same room, albeit a very large room, as him. "There is not enough Champagne in the world," his voice had grown thick with a growl as he lifted the glass of champagne he had been sipping and knocked it back like it was water.

"I knew there were no standards to get into this event, but still I thought they'd have some standards," his words had a wistfulness to them spoken loud enough or the target in question to hear. Pushing off the bar, not wanting to cast another glance in the direction of Lucienne and whoever the mammoth he was with was, he nodded towards the dance floor and motioned for Caelan to follow him. "Let us either find a table so we have room to breathe, or get the party actually started and dance, your choice," he offered as he began to put space between himself and the bar.

"Elias, you can come to you if you're done brooding," he called out, having caught sight of his other cousin sitting at the bar once he was a bit away from it.

Trisha Demon

—--------------

Gamma Woman Beta PackMention: Kobeni, everyone at the bar

—-7 years ago—-

Before Kobeni turned into what Trisha thought was a man, this man took the only person she respected; who saw her troubles as weapons.

“ NOOOOOO~~!!”,

Trisha rushed toward Kobeni, Zitkala, and Vohkinne; all three were bleeding but Zitkala and Vohkinne were the most injured. Trisha's heart jumped out of her chest as she came crashing into the ground, tripping over a simple rock to get to them; Kobeni stood there–mumbling something. But Trisha's eyes were staring at Vohkinne who held his wife, the spear that was piercing them both managed to keep them together because what Trisha saw was Kobeni trying to drive the spear into Vohkinne's chest after fighting with him, but suddenly Zitkala shielded the brute with her body–which did nothing. Now they stood there, with one spear that connected them. Trisha crawled toward them,” No, no Kobeni what did you do! What did you do”, Finally getting up, she stumbled toward them, pulling the spear from their cold bodies; Zitkala fell first but Vohkinne stood, staring at Trisha. His eyes were dull, dead even; his expression didn’t show sorrow that he’ll be leaving, and as he leaned against the dame's shoulder to whisper;

“ Don’t….fail..me…child”,

Fail him? Trisha didn’t want him to go, he had yet to teach her more, and she has yet to get her revenge. So as Vohkinne's body fell next to his wife, there stood Kobeni–staring at what he caused. Tears poured down her cheeks, and as Trisha turned to face the monster who took what they both had left of a family; she screamed,” How could you! How could you take him? All you had to do was be strong! That was all!”, She stood up and started hitting his chest; he didn’t even fight back as she screamed and yelled. He just stood there, staring at Zitkala, who dared to die with a smile on her face–as though she left her creation in great hands,” You fatherless bastard! How could! How could you rob me like this! You selfish piece of shit! You fucking bitch!”,

Remember when Trisha thought she had everything? That day she thought she lost everything, Vohkinne taught her how to fight, and how to think not like a Beta but like a lost child. She related to him. People feared greatness, because without Kobeni killing him–Trisha couldn’t become the Gamma she was now, and she couldn’t fight to make the Gamma hunters all females, because bitches get shit done. This was her nightmare, yet this was her arc–her story just began that day.

—---- Today —-

Trisha's right hook was no joke, the dame had the strength of at least 2 grown men. She did train with Vohkinne after all, even if Zitkala wanted her to be a Shaman; Trisha knew she was built for the battleground. So as she watched Kobeni's lazy fighting style, it pissed her off even more–how could he resemble someone he didn’t even know!? How could he have Vohkinne's appearance yet Baran’s fighting spirit? This bastard knew nothing of his family tree and yet complains about the void of depression, he knew nothing! So as Trisha took another swing at Kobeni, it was personal; she wanted to make him see his mistake in taking Vohkinne too early.

“ Aren’t you a bit serious today “

“ I’ll kill him!”, Trisha thought to herself and went in for quicker, cleaner attacks that Vohkinne taught her. If only the brute was still alive to see her take down his precious warrior, his precious savior. Trisha deserved everything Kobeni had, a family; a loving mother, and a father who would fight battles for her. The very people who were watching were the ones who took her future away from her–these bastards! She’ll kill them all, fuck them! Fuck their family! Noticing Kobeni only playing defense, Trisha growled, stopping her attacks;

“ Kobeni! Pay attention, you idiot”,

With Trisha snapping, Kobeni responded like he always does, with little to no emotion as if he’s so used to her yelling at him. This spoiled brat didn’t even want to train, just in case a pack at the event got out of line, he could be walking into a trap, or an ambush, or some kinky freaky gay shit.

The man yawned,” We have to leave soon Trisha, can’t we fight another day; you’re rather slow today..”,

Slow!? Her attacks were quick and clean, Kobeni had the nerve to call her slow; as if his training with Vohkinne was different from hers. Trisha's eyes flamed with a harsh glare, but she lowered her head and nodded,” Of course “, And with that she stalked away into the crowd, pushing the bystanders out her way so she can go prepare for the event.

When Trisha informed Kobeni of the invitation, they were in between finding her Alpha. And without her, they were left with Kobeni, and that stunt she pulled forcing Kobeni to go berserk for a few months didn’t go as planned. Trisha always wondered if Kobeni had seen the Alpha on her morning patrol and attacked, but that wouldn’t be so; clouded by the recent thoughts Trisha zipped up her red dress, placing her hair in two afro puffs. Trisha considered putting make-up on, nothing much, just eyelashes and some eyeshadow but went against it; soon catching up to Kobeni in his admirable suit. Watching as his mouth opened in her sights, Trisha glared disgusting at the man; how dare he stares at her with such loving eyes–what allowed him to admire her beauty so freely? Trisha just scoffed, moving one hand to her hip,” Pick up your mouth Beta, you’re an Alpha until we find her..”, Trisha fixed her two afro puffs and stared at Kobeni, his eyes matched hers and as they stood there gazing into each other eyes–the limo arrived.

“ Shall we “, As Kobeni offered his hand, Trisha stared at it. Did he really believe she would leap into his manly arms and as they run off into the sunset, live happily together? Fuck that. Trisha shook her head.

Don’t get cocky..you’re only acting Alpha til she returns for us”, Trisha didn’t grab his hand. She stalked past him before being tugged back, this time Kobeni pulled her into his chest; her smaller frame against his chest, and upon hearing his soft heartbeat–Trisha's eyes lifted, trying to find some sort of sign this was true love, that this would change their whole life; instead, Kobeni wasn’t worried about her, no. He’s never worried about her, Trisha almost allowed this act of masculinity to blind her from her true goal. So as she was searching for a sign, Kobeni responded;

” We keep this quiet, even though the Lake didn’t claim my firstborn. We must not fear these other packs because of it”, His voice was a whisper.

Trisha growled at the sudden grabbing, lifting her harsh gaze,” The lake requires a firstborn before you can even claim the Alpha rank! We are disobeying every rule known to your pa-”,

“ Our pack”, He would dare assume Trisha claimed these weaklings. That's when Trisha snapped, her whole life was a lie told by everyone; they thought she didn’t know, they thought she was just some lonely child of the Beta pack. It took Vohkinne dying to wake Trisha up to the whispering, they looked at her as though she took their whole world–they pretended to be her friends, they pretended to care, but in truth, it was all because Kobeni was Vohkinne's son that she mattered. Years! Trisha trained with Vohkinne for years, even being able to show Kobeni some fighting moves that Vohkinne showed her first, she was Vohkinne savior, not Kobeni! So in a fit of agitation, Trisha growled.

“ No, you fatherless bastard. Your pack! This is your pack, I am just a guest remember….a prisoner in your home”, And with that final statement, Trisha snatched herself from Kobeni's grasp. Walking to the limo with her suitcase and while Kobeni followed behind her, he placed both their suitcases in the back.

--–Hours later—-

In the limo, Trisha stared at Kobeni. How could he just sit there, like he didn’t just assume they shared the same pack of blood like his whole family didn’t kidnap her, keep her hostage, and made her believe she was crazy for feeling lonely?

“ Do you care?”, Kobeni asked.

Shocked by this question, Trisha gripped the sides of her dress, clenching her jaw shut. There he does again, thinking it was all about him–thinking he had it the worst, leaning forward; Trisha tried her best to keep calm and not rip Kobeni apart. Does she care? Care about what? Always lost in her own thoughts, Trisha lifted her head to stare directly at Kobeni who awaited an answer,” Care about what my love?”, She diverted the query. But with no luck, Kobeni just crossed his legs over the other and frowned,” About me….”,

“ About me….?”

“ About me…??”

Even more, caught off guard Trisha blinked twice. What was this? This had to be a set-up, she stared around for anyone else but reminded herself she was trapped in a limo with someone who killed her world, who took her revenge away from her; instead of sharing their loneliness, both Kobeni and Trisha hid it from each other. Caused by the same man, yet Trisha thought Kobeni was selfish. The fact Kobeni decided without her to attack Vohkinne before even Trisha could be done using him to be strongest, Kobeni decided that–then acted like nothing happened the next day. He lied to the pack.

“ They slipped and fell”

On a fucking spear!? Be for real, Trisha called the bullshit when they were alone, but all Kobeni gave was an arrogant furious stare. As if she was weak, and fragile without Kobeni coming to save her. Once! He saved her once and now he sits here asking the questions. No more.

“ Do….I care about you. “, Determinating the question, Trisha started laughing. It wasn’t a joyful laugh, nor a sad one. Moreso a confused, wanting to burn the world laugh. She held her sides as she laughed,” Care about you? Why would I care about a powerless fatherless bastard like you, Kob…eni”, Her voice got swarthy, her eyes grimaced and her expression was that of depravity. Trisha wasn’t done though;

“ Caring about you would be as pointless as waking up in the morning beside you, what a pathetic piece of shit you are, someone whose father was unique; yet he sired a piece of crap for a son. You fucking make me laugh!”, She watched as Kobeni took the hits, like always he never tried to defend himself; sliding forward to face him closely, Trisha frowned,” You fight like you have to take a shit, the way you present yourself aswell is insufficient…”,

Leaning back, finally finished. Trisha grinned at him,” You will never be Vohkinne, you’ll never be a real man “, That got a response, right when the limo stopped, Kobeni lifted his glaring eyes and snapped;

It sounds to me like you are in love with someone who didn’t save you from that fire, you ungrateful spoiled little prick! My father is dead, I killed that motherless bastard! “,

Watching Kobeni leave the limo before Trisha could snap his neck, she sat there for a while as he unloaded. Thinking about what he just said, of course, Trisha valued Vohkinne. He saw her as a weapon against his own pack, he trained her with the notion of revenge, not forgiveness. Of course, she also adored Zitkala, the sweetness of a mother she never got a chance to have, Zitkala helped Trisha find her feminine side. And although she would watch Zitkala cuddle against Vohkinne, Trisha felt jealousy penetrate her every time they were together, she was blinded by Vohkinne goals to see that he and she were never going to be much more. But surprisingly, Trisha never loathed Zitkala, sure she was jealous but only because whenever Zitkala came along to offer snacks when Vohkinne would train her, they could see their connection–she could almost touch their love with her two bare hands and hold it. It was there. No matter what Vohkinne said, no matter what he did; Trisha knew he loved Zitkala til his last breath. Fuck, they even died together–what kind of love story was that!? She wanted what Zitkala had! Zitkala was the stunning Alpha’s daughter, and Vohkinne was the great man with strong goals, together they were so damn powerful! Their love story was told every time Kobeni was put to bed, and as Trisha recalled looking at Kobeni as he enjoyed the joyful side of a love story, Vohkinne told her the truth. Vohkinne's son was their savior,

Trisha blinked, getting out of the limo but kept her thoughts running. Savior? Kobeni murdered his parents. How was he their savior? No, Eric must’ve been drinking. But the Shaman predicted Vohkinne son, so if Kobeni is their savior, and Vohkinne knew what was coming—Trisha quickly caught up to Kobeni and stared at his back, this man…this monster saved the pack from Vohkinne? That was the recent thought from before, so was Trisha being selfish because she kept Vohkinne in her heart?

Kobeni dropped her off at her room and sighed,” You’ll stay here?”

“ Are you not staying? “, She tried to offer a smile but before she could, Kobeni turned her down. As expected, feeling slightly hurt; Trisha put back up her walls and scoffed,” Oh...I see, you think I'm in love with your father because of what? Because you lack the man balls to do what's needed!? What a way to go Kobeni, jealous of someone you killed! Jealous of the fact you'll never be as strong, dependable, or what a true woman needs in your whole life", She slammed the door, growling to herself as she paced about.

How dare he reject her, that man is unbearable to live with. Trisha paused to stare around the room and blinked,” Nice place though, ugh I need a drink”, She fixed her dress and wondered if they had a bar somewhere close, hopefully, her direction skills didn’t get her lost. Sighing, Trisha peeked outside the door keyhole to see if Kobeni was still there, finally noticing he wasn’t–

Trisha made her way to the bar where most people were already talking.

“ What a bore…”,

Caelan Kamari-Jericho Journigan
Lunar Falls Pack | The Delta | Genderfluid | Mentions: People At The Bar [ind.], Quincy, Elias, Luicenne, Nicanor

Current Pronouns Usage: She / They

Caelan had given a small giggle at his cousin's reaction to seeing them. It was quite nice to see Quincy again, she had finally chosen a, peach champagne, was it, to begin to calm their nerves. And taking the glass to their lips, they took a small sip. Letting the warmth of the liquor blossom in her chest and the absolute delightful bubbles fizz against her tongue. "Oh really, I'm pretty sure Auntie blessed you with those lovely genes, my dear." she said with an uncommonly cheeky grin, her lavender eyes flickering with amusement.

As her cousin mentioned Klotho, she huffed a bit, " Of course Klotho can handle herself, I have no doubt in that. I'm just upset, how in the goddess's name could they think it would be proper to marry her to a man." And she hissed the last word out like venom, and her nose scrunched up, " granted, I have preference for men myself, but our darling Klotho, doesn't. What the hell do they want this to be, a lavender marriage?" they ranted whilst rolling their eyes at the notion. " It's my duty as her Delta, and best friend to keep her safe and I am going to do such, and I certainly don't approve of this wedding, had they took into consideration her interests, then it would be a different conversation. Hell , everything doesn't have to be about making crotch gremlins, they could adopt." And she took an aggressive sip of her drink.

But her growing mood was cooled just a bit a their cousin mentioned their looks, "Why, thank you." She said in a delicate tone of voice, as she gave a small movement, reminiscent of a twirl to show off the dress, " I do try, but alas, you have me beat with that gorgeous lavender suit. Where on earth did you get it? It's absolutely stunning on you, and everything fits together." she said, practically gushing over her cousin. The two were always close growing up, and she definitely didn't mind sharing anything with him. Her cousin was the second person they told about their orientation, the first being their brother, and she was fortunate to have the two in her corner. And she gave a small frown at Quincy, when he began asking a question.

She then followed his train of sight to Stellan, and a false polite smile graced her face as she then turned back to face Quincy, "Oh, Stellan."she said a bit bitterly, but it held some fondness, "Remember, in school, when I was going through my . . . unfortunate, goth phase, albeit, I did look good doing it." she then gave a soft hum at that, " that's Stellan, one of the ones that associated with the kids that would pick on me, but he wasn't as bad as them. He mostly was in the background and didn't stop them, but it was more or less that he was trying to convince himself of something. But anyway, he's the Delta of my pack, and helps me sharpen my combat skills, so he's sort of a gym junkie, no idea of his diet though. " she answered her cousin.

That's when her grin turned teasing and chesire like, she caught sight of her cousin's ex. And my, was his reaction priceless. Oh, he was being a petty and stubborn bastard, as usual. A muffled giggle coming from her, as she gave a knowing look to Lucienne. By now more people had arrived and it was getting to her and she tried to keep it cool, and at the mention of her brother brooding she snorted at her cousin saying, " If anyone is brooding it's you, dear cousin." She said, a definite teasing in her tone, " that was quite a dramatic exit. Soooo much tension, you two should just get a room already." they said with a snicker, and she placed a hand on her hips saying, " maybe if you two had a civil conversation and weren't both stubborn bastards, you guys could get back together. If anything, what you did is gonna get you pinned to a wall Quincy, but if it was by Lucienne, I'd imagine you'd like that." She practically crooned, and jested, and she added a coy giggle at the last statement, a small smirk painted upon her lips.

She had been following Quincy, when she noticed the sea of people that she had gotten turned around in. Fuck, they cursed inwardly, they were good with social interactions and such. But standing amongst this amount of people got to them. And they felt like a fish out of water. And they tried to weave through the people with elegance and grace, painting a calm expression on their face, but they were inwardly panicking. They didn't want to call for their cousin or brother, they were a grown person, they could handle getting tuned around in a room . . . full of strangers, besides her pack. And she then felt herself stumble backwards a bit into something . . . rather, someone. And turning, she had to look up to see that somehow, by the grace of the Goddess, she had ran into the stranger that was with Lucienne. What in the fresh hell, how did I manage to do a roundabout and circle back to the bar? They inwardly wondered.

But now that they looked at the man, they realized he was tall, tall as fuck. Why was he a goddamn tree? She had to look up a bit, her lavender eyes widening in shock, and blinking rapidly because she was getting out of the shock of bumping into someone. And his hair was dark and a bit messy, but it suited him, not to mention the emerald eyes and scar across their nose. Oh god, she was staring. And she quickly adverted her gaze, god, they weren't good with meeting people in the first place, but a hot person? They damn well lost the ability to speak.

" Excuse me for bumping into you sir. " she said a bit nervous, fiddling with a strand of her hair, " I don't do to well with crowds. Small groups are nice, but big crowds like this are too much. So I got a bit turned around." She said with a smile, " OH, I'm Caelan Journington, Delta of the Lunar Falls Pack. And may I ask who you are?" And she extended her hand in greeting.

Clarissa Jefferson

Gealach Pack | F | Pack Member | Mentions: Fergus (Ind), Tori (Ind), Open

The woman’s silver eyes took in the room once she was within the doorway. A small sigh left her figure as she put her bags on the spare bed within the room and moved to lay on the other bed. Her thoughts kept her eyes following the lines along the ceiling tiles.

Why did I let Katelynne talk me into this? At least I will have a room to myself but I can't stand being around these creatures for longer than what is necessary. This whole spectacle is ridiculous and just a poor excuse for the mutts to feed into each other's egos.

Clarissa hated the fact that her cousin had thought it was a good idea to tag along with her step daughter and sabotage the pack that was currently supporting their family as well. A snort left the female at the thought of mutts keeping her family fed and within housing. Her eyes closed as the exhaustion began to take over her.

She had just finished putting in a silver hoop earring and adjusted the silver necklace that she was wearing before looking over herself once more in the mirror. Her dirty blonde waves were pulled back into a half up and half down hairstyle and her makeup was on the simpler side. She didn’t want to draw attention to herself, let alone catch the attention of one of the hounds that would think there would even be a hint of a chance with her. Her dress was a dark gray, that hit just above the lace of the heel that she was wearing. It was a mermaid style dress with gray lace long sleeves.

Once she deemed she was ready to leave, instead of waiting for her Alpha or Beta and took the elevator down to the main floor. She stepped out and looked around letting a smug smile form on her lips. This way she would be within the party before the target of her ill intentions and she quietly made her way to the massive room. She stepped within the door and looked around the room taking in who all was around and began trying to sort out who anyone of power would be to tuck away in her mind.

Of course she would have as much fun as she could surrounded by dogs but she had a mission in mind and this was the best place to bring down the young female Alpha before she would have a chance to get her own legs under herself to be able to easily brush away the accusations and rumors. Clarissa worked her way over to a group of what she assumed were pack members of various packs in a corner of the room and struck up simple conversation with them as she waited.

Gealach Pack | F | Alpha | Mentions: Fergus, Kobeni.

The smile on her lips grew larger at the jest from her beta and friend before he spun her around. An eyebrow raised in question when he pulled his hand away and was stuffed into his pockets. Her two colored hues watched his movements as he moved over and sat on the pullout couch. “Didn’t you get any sleep Gus?” Concern latched onto the nickname that she didn’t use lightly with her Beta. She walked over to the male and sat down next to him with an audible exaggerated sigh.

“You know I am not one to turn down a good party or even the idea to stay inside but you and I both know that attending this ball is important. It is to show that I have stepped up as Alpha but to also an attempt to get ahead of the rumors that are circling about Katelynne and how I became the Alpha.” She put a hand on his knee and gave it a gentle squeeze before she stood up and ran her hands down the dress as she looked back at the male.

“You can come down a little later if you want to get some more sleep. I am sure that there are going to be wagging tongues no matter how tonight goes, but sadly I should make my way downstairs and hopefully the coffee kicks in for you. I wouldn’t want to keep you locked in here all alone.” She gave a playful wink to her friend before heading to the door. She looked back over her shoulder, concern within her features before being covered with her practiced mask as she stepped within the hall.

~~~~
The young woman walked down the hall playing with one of the bracelets around her wrist when she noticed a male come out their room in what looked to be a slight daze. She looked towards a clock on the wall and debated stepping away from the elevator and ended up walking over to the frazzled male. “Is everything alright? Do you need any help?” Something about the male was familiar and her eyes narrowed as she searched her memories until the name flew to the front of her mind. “Kobeni is that you? Geeze, how many years has it been? When did we get so old?”
Seeing an old friend that she had spent time with when visiting different packs at her father’s side brought a bit of relief to the female knowing she would at least know a couple of people. A wave of worry moved through the female when she realized that the man in front of her may not remember her as they have now become adults and tattoos now covered both of her arms and her neck, which was covered.
“Are you here for the ball because I am headed down there now if you want to head down with me?”
