Two Worlds Collide
Very Rough Plot
In the Town of Dunhurst, humans and supernatural entities live in relative harmony. It's a situation where the humans know, but don't know about the supernaturals exist. They know they do, but they do not know to what extent. However, for the students of the Northern Elms High School, this illusion is about to be shattered when they're forced to transfer to an All Supernatural High School when theirs is burnt down in a freak accident.
With their school no longer being safe to attend, the human students of NAHS must transfer to Dunhurst Prepatory. There they will attend regular classes, but also get a glimpse into what life is like for the young supernaturals that will now be their peers.
With everything changing for all of the students, it's a question of whether or not this transfer will work until the next school year or not. Will the humans be able to adjust to a school that isn't anything like they've ever been to? Will the Supernatural Students be able to adapt to having humans who don't fully understand their world around them constantly? Or will this all go up in flames like Northern Elm High School did.

Roleplay Rules
Follow all of Eve's and Wp's Rules
1. Be Active. This means Discussion and Rp. I want to see Discussion or Rp Posts Every Other Day. Maybe Every Two Days. Any Longer, Please Tell Me.
2. Reservations Only Last 48 Hours. If Forms Aren't Finished by then, you will lose the Reservation. If you don't Finish a Character by the Time the Rp Starts, it's an Instant Denial. If you needed extended time, talk to me.
3. Maximum of Four Characters Per Person. Please Do Not take more than you can Actively Handle.
5. Only use Supernatural Species that "exist", basically you can take something with lore and make it work for this Rp. But you cannot create your own species.
6. Please Read Everything. I know it's a lot, but it needs to be read. If you've read everything put the missing number in your form, but hide it.
7. This is a Semi-Literate Rp at Minimum. This Needs to be Seen in Rp and Sign Ups.
8. No OP Characters, Godmodding, Perfect Characters, etc.
9. Information known OOC is not always known IC, make sure it is before your character "knows" something.
10. I'll create a "Things that Aren't Acceptable" list here soon, so always check there when creating Supernatural Creatures.

Background Information
Brief Information About Dunhurst
For the Supernaturals of Dunhurst, life has been pretty easy. They don't need to necessary hide their identities, and they don't have to worry about being exposed and killed for them either. The humans have accepted that they exist, and decided it was better to not ask questions, figuring it was better to accept them as they are than to delve further and possibly find out more than they want to know. The only thing that is different is that the children go to seperate schools, but this isn't because of prejudice or anything. It was decided that a School entirely for Supernaturals would give them an environment where they can learn how to live as adults. They can learn how to control their powers, what their limitations and strengths are, but also get a regular education in a safe environment too. The humans would go to their regular schools, and get their education without encountering things that might scare them because they don't understand it yet.
With the Human High School being burned down and unable to be used for at least the rest of the school year, this is going to change. The adults are obviously worried this could ruin the harmonious but fragile balance they have, as teenagers aren't always the most accepting or understanding. Still, it's currently the only option they have since there isn't another human high school in the town.
Dunhurst Prepatory
Unlike regular High Schools, Dunhurst Prepatory is a bit of a different experience. More like boarding schools to an extent, the Prep is all inclusive, meaning students live in campus dormatories during the School Year. They can still visit home on weekends and after school, but they're under the care of the school during the school year to better teach them about their abilities and how to control them.
Besides the living on Campus thing, the students have relatively normal lives. They go to school for normal hours, have homework, and also have lives after school. Their parents are still very involved in their education, but them living on campus just gives the school the chance to be more hands on with learning.
There are normal classes at Dunhurst Prep, but also classes to help them learn about Supernatural History, how to use and control their abilities, etc. The humans attending the school will be attending all the same classes as those in their grade, so it'll be a big change for them. However, the school is confident that they can engage the humans and make it plausible for the humans to be there for the rest of the school year.

For the Students
They are Seperated into Grades [or Years] just like any other school. For this one, it's Grade 9 through 12. Each Grade has been assigned a Class Color. This is the color of their Floor in the Boys & Girls Dorm Building. They don't have to wear an item of their Class Color or anything, it's solely to help them be assigned to Dorms.
Each Dorm has Two Students in it. Each Dorm Room is Connected to a Bathroom that they Share with one other Dorm Room. Dorm-Mates are not chosen by the Students, they are assigned by the School at Random. This is to encourage friendships between the Students. Occasionally exceptions can be made, though the Students parents have to bring it to the school board for approval [this is for students who need someone they know for a specific reason like a disability, etc.]. Dorm-mate changes can be applied for through the school, but they don't always get approved.
For the Classes, the core ones for the students are assigned by the school, and at the end of each school year the students can put in their top four electives for the following year, and they'll be put into two of them. If a student fails a class, then it will take up one of their elective slots for the next year. If they've failed too many classes, then the school will reach out to the parents on how to solve it. Students do not graduate until they pass all their core classes with a C or better, and Electives with a D or better.

About the Students
The Supernatural Students
For the Regular Students of the Dunhurst Prepatory, which are the Supernatural Students, they can be any existing Supernatural. Meaning, you cannot come up with your own supernatural, but you can take a supernatural that already exists and make it so it works for this Rp. Like if you want your character to be a Dragon, they can now be Dragon Shifters. If you can take any mythological creature and make it work for the rp, then I say go for it. If I think it's OP or doesn't apply, I will say something though. If you have questions, want to know if a species is accepted, then just ask. For these students, they are young, they don't have full control or use of their abiities. They are still teenagers, please keep that in mind.

These are just your normal, run of the mill humans that come in a variety of different options. Have fun. lol

________________________________________ The Dorm Set Up Credit Goes to Me, I created this.Each Dorm Room is Shared by Two Students. Every Two Rooms share a Bathroom. For knowing who you share a bathroom with, it's in numerical order. So Rooms 1 and 2, Rooms 3 and 4, and so on and so forth. Students are sorted into Dorm Floors based on their Grade, with the Flooring of each floor being carpeted in their class Color. Grade 9's Class Color is Green, their Dorm Floor is Green.
Every room comes with: Two Beds, Two Desks, Two Dressers, 1 Shared Night Stand and One Shared Kitchen Counter. The Kitchen Counter comes equipped with a Mircrowave, Mini Fridge, and a Sink. However, any other small applicances such as coffee machines, air fryers, etc. will need to be brought by students.
In every bathroom there is: a Counter with Two Sinks, a Soaking Pool or Tub big enough for most aquatic species, and then two rooms [walled and doored for privacy] that each hold a toilet, shower, and trash can. There is several different shelving areas throughout the bathroom to hold toiletries and what not.

The School & Dorm Buildings
There are Two Dorm Buildings. One Girls, One Boys [Boys to the West, Girls to the East]. They Lay on either side of the Main office, and, combined with the classroom buildings, gymnasium, etc. The campus forms a circle. with two main entrances on the East and West Side. There are two parkinglots that these Entrances Open up to that is for staff, student, and guest parking. To the North is the Front Office Parking, a small lot for visitors and a few high officials. To the south is all of the Sports fields, including baseball, tennis, football, etc. On the Outside, it looks like a normal school. I may eventually create a Vague Map. But I'm lazy.
The Dorm Buldings themselves have a total of 5 floors. The Bottom Floor holds a small cafeteria for the students, as well as launge and study areas. There are even small rooms for those who prefer to study in peace and quiet. They can be booked online through the School's portal, or, if they aren't booked, you can walk in and use them. If they are booked, a reserved sign is placed on the door. There are 6 of these small rooms available in each dorm. The four other floors are all the dorm rooms.
There are two main classroom buldings that form like an L shape [or reversed L shape] the tall end starting next to the dorm buildings. These are three stories total, however the third floor on each bulding is still being renovated, so they aren't in use.
Next to the Westtern Class Bulding is a large Library, plus a couple of classrooms solely used for clubs. There is also a large garden & Greenhouse outback of the Library. Between the Library and the Eastern Class building is the Gymnasium [2], Indoor Pool, and Auditorium, where all the sports and theatre like classes and events are held. It's a very large building and takes up most of the Southern side.
The Football Field is on the Western side of the Southside, with the Tennis Courts being on the East. Everything else is in between them.
In the center of all these buildings, encircled by them, is the courtyard. It's been well designed and landscaped, with several places to sit and eat, covered and not. Plus several water features included for the aquatics type.

For the First Posts
It's a Monday in late October, let's say: October 17th to be Exact. So it's mid to late fall, so the temperatures are starting to get chilly, but not as cold as Dunhurst Winters are [which are snowy, cold, "winter wonderland" vibes"]. It's about a month or so until the Winter Formal, which is going to be on Saturday, November 19th.
The Human Students were sent their instructions for their first day at the school, which is to report to the main office, be given their dorm assignment, schedule, etc. They are to get settled in, and then everyone is to meet in the Main Gym [the larger of the two] at 12 pm.
Instead of having a day of classes greet the new students, the staff elected to push classes off for one day to welcome them. There will be a Pep Rally at 12 Pm, and then the students will be released to explore campus, get to know each other, etc. Starting at 6 Pm the Courtyard will be set up with a Carnival. This is in hopes to help the humans and supernatural students mingle so that when classes start at 7 Am on Tuesday, they are more familiar with one another.
The Rp will start with it being about 8 Am, when the Humans start trickling in to get their paperwork and head to their dorm rooms. The Supernaturals, who now have an extra day off, can do as they please until 12 Pm.

Pixie Female | Grade 12 | Eighteen | Mentions: Rhea, Vasuki [Ind.]
The morning sun wasn't even in the sky when Mira awoke, and while she wasn't necessarily a morning person, she always seemed to wake at about 5 am. She didn't necessarily like it, but it seemed her internal clock insisted the Pixie be up to absorb the first rays of morning sun. So, this morning, she obliged.
Unsure if the her roommate, Rhea, was still asleep or not, the pixie flitted about in her human form, trying to be as quiet as possible. Her side of the room, or, more so, the things she had claimed, were decorated with different fish bowls, tanks, and any sort of container she could put a little biome in, some living, some faux. These were what Mira called her 'little vacations', often shrinking down to her pixie form to relax within them. As usual, her morning started with watering the living biomes, and cleaning all of them, making sure they were in pristine condition before she took to making her own self presentable.
She paused in front of her dresser, lifting onto her tippy toes as she scour through the drawers. She inwardly complained about not even having a small closet to hang some things up in, but it wasn't that she needed to hang things up. It just made it easier for her to find things. Eventually she found what she was looking for, a pair of black leggings and an oversized concert shirt that was faded from it's age and use. Collecting her things she tip toed into the bathroom, and closed the door painfully slowly, trying to keep from disturbing the raventte she shared the room with. Once she was sure of the all clear she hopped into the shower to get ready for the day.

After about thirty minutes, the long side of thirty minutes, Mira practically fluttered out of the bathroom. The worn tshirt dipped down to mid thigh on her, while the leggings hugged her comfortable. Her hair was still damp, having forgone blow drying it so that she didn't wake her sleeping neighbors.
Quietly moving, she scooped up an oversized hoodily that obviously belongs to her boyfriend, Vasuki, and glanced at for a moment. It, unlike the clothing she wore, was not enchanted to conform to her size. Quietly she laid it on her bed and held her hands out in front of it. She whispered an encantation, her hands glowing faintly as she did, sparkly dust falling from the glow to shower the hoodie. Once she finished speaking, her hands ceased glowing, and she watched as the Pixie dust seemed to absorb into the fabric of the hoodie before disappearing completely.
Grinning she pulled it on before slipping on her shoes and padded over to the window of their room. She gently pushed it up, opening it a few inches, before closing her eyes and shifting down and into her pixie form. Butterfly wings fluttered from her back, catching bits and pieces of light, causing them to shimmer through different shades of color.
With a soft hum Mira stooped through the open window and jumped off it completely, her wings fluttering to propel her towards the dorm building across the way. She knew where Vasuki's room was by heart. He might not be up yet, but that had never stopped her before.

Dragon Shifter | Grade 12 | Eighteen | Mentions: Briar, Mira He had to admit, he slept in. The sun had already casted itself through the window, and only when it reached Vasuki did he begin to stir. He had attempted swatting it, as if it could be shooed away like a fly. When it lingered upon him, that's when he awoke, the sun heating him up to the point where he flung his covers away. With downcasted eyes, he turned groggily to his clock. It read 7:30am, the time flashing at him in a mocking manner. Alright, perhaps it wasn't sleeping in, but it was sleeping in for Vasuki, who typically awoke at 5:30am. He had a routine; a schedule. He would wake at 5:30am, prepare a coffee by 5:40am, and work until 6:50am. By then, he would prepare to head out for a quick breakfast before attending classes. Today, however, he had stayed up late reading a new novel, evidence upon his chest, where the book Ulysses lay. It seemed as if he had dozed off, the words of the book lulling him to sleep. He had managed to get halfway through the pages before sleep overcame him, but no matter, he would finish it later. Today, he figured, he would take a break from his routine. So, sitting up, Vasuki's hand reached to his face, rubbing his eyes as he stood. His gaze had swept upon Briar, his roomate, who was still asleep, and then onto the window. He had left it slightly open, just enough to allow Mira, his girlfriend, to enter in her pixie form had she wished. Sometimes she took up the offer, other times she didn't. However, he left it open nonetheless, just in case. With a lazy form, he headed towards Briar's kitchen counter, his hand reaching for a simple gray sweater in the process. Throwing it upon him, he began to quietly scoop up some coffee, placing it into a French press he had brought from his own side of the room. It was the perfect size, offering a single cup of coffee for himself and Briar. By the time he had boiled water, poured it into the press, and waited for it to steep, several minutes had gone by. Still silent, he had picked out two mugs, pouring the dark liquid into them. He had begun to carry one of the two towards Briar before pausing, gyrating back to the kitchen counter. Shuffling around, he searched for a creamer. Specifically, a vanilla one. When he had obtained it, Vasuki poured a good amount into Briar's cup, ensuring that it was sweet enough for him before nodding to himself at his handiwork. Still silent, he padded over to his slumbering roomate, placing the cup upon the desk near him. "Alright, up we get," he croaked out, hand flying to Briar's shoulder and shaking him slightly. "Your coffee is going to get cold." Without a further word, he shuffled to his own mug, choosing to take his coffee black today. With a deep sign, he leaned against Briar's side of the wall, preparing to take a sip. Just as the coffee reached his lips, he paused, eyes snapping onto the window he had left slightly open. Without another word, he headed towards it, peeking outside at the window sill, where Mira's miniature pixie form sat. "How long were you sitting there for?" He asked, a smile creeping up on his lips hidden behind his mug of coffee. |

Briar Solanine Tinuviel Witch | Male | Seventeen | Grade Twelve | Mentions: Vasuki , Mira , Kyros [ind.] , Human Students [ind.] The young witch wasn't a morning person in the slightest. He preferred to stay curled up in his bed most of the time, but of course he couldn't be late to class. However, classes were pushed back for a few days due to the humans coming to school today. He pulled the covers over him more, annoyed at his brain for being in overdrive this early in the morning. He had hissed forlorned as the sun had crept into the room. He could hear the movement of his roommate who seemed to be displeased by the sun as well. And he closed his eyes again to try and sleep some more. You see, he had been up late completing some classwork that was due until a bit later, but he wanted to have it done and not procrastinate. After all, he had excellent grades for a reason. And could hear the shuffling of Vasuki moving around, and the heavenly sound of coffee being made. Thank the Gods he was blessed with such an awesome roommate. He wouldn't know what to do without his friend. He felt the older male shake him slightly and he grumbled groggy as he showed his face. His hair was a wild and disheveled mess of curls and puffiness. He blinked his golden eyes and rubbed them to wake himself up a bit more, and he leaned over to grab his cup of coffee and he took a long sip. A satisfied hum, coming from his mouth as he partook of the coffee. He was eternally grateful. "Thanks 'Suki " he said a bit groggy, a yawn escaping his lips. He quirked a brow at the male talking to the window sill. "Morning to you too Mira." He said greeting the pixie as he finally got out from his bed. The male wore a rather warm pajama set. It was an over sized white sweater like top with some black sweats. And he slipped his feet into his dinosaur house slippers. And keeping his mug close he finished the rest of the coffee before heading to his dresser and picking out his outfit for the day. He was gonna keep it simple, an long sleeved black turtleneck with a long pleated black and white skirt with black buttons and some black socks and a pair of platforms. He made his way to the shared restroom and went to the one on their side, and he closed and locked the door behind him, and taking a shower cap he covered his hair up. And placed the clothes neatly on a rack. He took a nice shower, and dried himself off, and then he put on the shirt and he was content that the sleeves were a bit longer than expected. And afterwards the skirt and then the socks and his platforms. He took the shower cap off and finding his brush - he wrestled with his unruly hair before finally calming it down. He put the whiter section of his hair in an messy updo knot mixed with the more raven color of his hair and he checked to make sure his hair was alright . It falling neatly at his elbows and the slight curl and wave was satisfying to him. He put up his comb and the other products he had used , namly the edge brush and shine and jam edge control in the cabinet. He then proceeds to fold his pajamas up neatly, and finally he brushed his teeth and used a mouth wash. He checked his face, and it seems no new ache graced it. He opened the restroom door and looked on the other side. It seems Kyros hadnt graced the world with his presence this morning . He hummed to himself as he made his way back to the dorm he shared with Vasuki. "Are we planning to go down for breakfast soon or are we just gonna hang until the assembly this afternoon?" He said as he made his way to his desk. A jewlery box in one of the drawers. He put on some simple gold hoops and a golden necklace. And he decided to put on his golden ring for his septum piercing, and some onyx and gold rings. His nails were already painted black. He then grabbed his mahogany messenger bag and put his laptop in it and grabbed his phone out of the bag. He then proceeded to make his bed up, and afterwards sit on in and drink his coffee as he looked at his classmates for a response to his question from earlier. |

Grayson/Daisuke Kitsune | Grade 12 | 17 | Mentions: Aidan, open The room was pitch black, with loud snoring filling the silent room. Rolling around restless on Grayson's bed was a pissed-off fox, with the fox being Daisuke. He tossed and tumbled around on the blankets that kept Grayson warm, his eyes of gold darker than a demon's soul. "That's it." He quietly hissed, getting pretty annoyed by Grayson's snoring. The young man didn't start snoring until he came to this school. Daisuke is going to strangle this man with his paws. The fox huffs and he stands up on the bed. His eyes are on the man still asleep, and he proceeds to jump down from the bed with a soft thump. His head turns to the bed, checking on Grayson's status. "Good. He's still asleep." Daisuke hovers up to the door handle, his paws touching it. Then, he twisted them in an attempt to open the door. Only for them to glide against the handle, with the handle remaining stationary. His lips curled. "Curse these non-grippers. Wait." He glares down at his paws, with a devious smirk forming on his muzzle. Closing his eyes, Daisuke takes a deep breath. Red mist swarms him-devouring him in a matter of seconds. As the mist fades away, another Grayson stands in Daisuke's location. "Finally, you're being useful for once." Judgingly staring at the man sleeping on the bed and turns the door handle to leave. He steps out quietly as possible. He closed the door behind him. Daisuke shuffles down the hall to the culinary classroom, dodging and weaving to hide from staff and the small number of students in the hallways. Such a mission is a dangerous task, and Daisuke is all ready for it. He has to be mindful of the distance he's causing between him and Grayson. If he were to wander too far away, Grayson would be alerted of his disappearance. He doesn't need Grayson to wake up-not yet, at least. Not until Daisuke messes with him a bit. Finally, after countless, boring minutes of wandering the halls, Daisuke has reached his destination. He stares at the culinary room with a prideful gleam in his eyes of gold. Wait. Gold? Ah crap, his eye color wasn't Grayson's. Let's hope nobody notices the error and carries on with their day. He grabs onto the knob of the door and twists it. Jiggle. Jiggle. It's locked. Of course it was. Daisuke takes a step back, closely observing the door for any weaknesses. The brows on his fake face lower, "Another situation." The fox spirit wasn't pleased. He didn't enjoy the restless sleep thanks to Grayson's snoring. He didn't enjoy Grayson's presence in general. He doesn't like the fact that he has no opposable thumbs. Now, he's not enjoying the fact the room he's trying to get into was locked. A stupid idea came into his little fox's mind-one that can end in many ways. BANG Did he kick the door? Yes, he did. Now his leg hurts. Bad. "Gah, fuc-" Before the cussword came out fully, Daisuke let out an irritated and painful groan. "Curse you, Grayson! You useless human!" Daisuke was upset at Grayson despite his idea being his little creation. He could feel his eyes start to water. Now, he wasn't enjoying the fact his leg was in pain. The relationship between human and fox is a toxic one. The main toxic one is Daisuke. "Daisuke. What on Earth are you doing, and why do you look like me?" A familiar voice spoke to him, and the fox in disguise tensed up. The fake Grayson turns his head to face the real one, and the two awkwardly locked eyes. "I'm the real Grayson. You imposter. What are you talking about?" Grayson's brows raise, and he suppresses a smile. "I'm sure Grayson never had a set of golden eyes. Let alone," Grayson approaches Daisuke, "has a voice that sounds just like the pesky fox." With him caught, the illusion wears off. The fox hovers in front of him, and he snarls. "I just wanted an omelet damn it!" Grayson doesn't believe him, "You did all of that for an omelet?"
Daisuke's eyes drift to the side. He cannot bear to look Grayson in the eye. "Uh...yes. An omelet." He sheepishly muttered, with Grayson's only response a sigh. He grabs Daisuke by the scruff, swinging him side to side. "Come on. Tell me what you were going to do." The fox snorts, curling up in a ball. "I was going to get some eggs and put them in your shoes." He did all of that for a childish prank. Goodness gracious. Grayson sets Daisuke on his shoulder, "Stay put, or else I won't give you any more omelets for breakfast." For once, Daisuke did what Grayson said. "I didn't do this for you, airhead. I don't want my omelet privileges to get revoked." His tone was snarky, but Grayson was unfazed. The man and fox head to the cafeteria to get some breakfast, the two silent as they wander down the hall together. "Also, you snore loud. You blasted pig." Mimicking his snores but purposely made it ten times worse. "That's a nice compliment, Daisuke. Thank you." Well, it's a tamed insult compared to the other words that leave Daisuke's annoying lips. |
