That comment about shephard / shepherd wasn't even meant to be a sneaky diss. Just ironic timing and now I feel like a dick. LOL. I see it so much, it's awful.

I have a "It's a shepHERD not a shepARD" bumper sticker.

Robert || 16 || Student || M: Samira

Any and every swear word escaped his mouth as Samira yanke-... Led him down the halls in their escape from the hallway. Time seemed to leave them as they ran and everything went on autopilot. At some point during the ordeal one of the Dead Ones got lucky and ripped his shield from his hands. He paid it back by a sharp kick to the knee, which sent the damned thing to the ground.

It was a familiar feeling, being hunted. Not something he was himself familiar with, but something deeper than that. It was a primal feeling, the adrenaline pumping and his body seemingly knowing exactly what it needed to do to survive. The ringing in his ears as tunnel vision took hold. The light burning of his muscles from running. The unbridled fear. It was sickening. It was a feeling he never thought he would experience and yet-

His thoughts shut off when he heard a door shut. As if holding in an unknown breath, he exhaled sharply and began to take deep breaths in a half successful attempt to calm himself. He could feel his legs trembling. Robert rested his head against a wall, feeling sweat drip from his face. All he could do was reflect on the experience, reveling in the sheer fact he was still alive.

"That was close", he muttered to no one in particular. He felt Samira's gaze on him, and heard her speak.

He turned to her, his coppery hair once rather orderly now wild and unkempt from the days activities of running and fighting for his life. He eyed her for a silent moment, before the faintest bit of a chuckle escaped his mouth. Maybe it was the adrenaline, the insanity of the situation or maybe he really did find her comment funny, but he did offer a small laugh. It was a sullen one, a laugh that didn't hold any true joy but still found humor in something.

"Rough? To hell with rough, you saved my ass back there. Thank you", he said sincerely. He nodded to himself, he was rather sold on not dying. Not until he was sure his family was okay.

The creatures outside began to grow louder. More determined to finally catch their prey, there was bangs on the door and the faint sound of scratching as the Dead clawed at the door. The brief joy left as Robert grimaced.

It was high time they thought about a way to leave the building.

Felicity || 17 & ⅝ || Student || M: Robert, Samira

Having her fill of the sight in front of her, the black haired girl lightly jogs down the stairs. Her steps were virtually impossible to hear, and her form blended almost perfectly with the shadows - with only the slightest hint of camouflage green sticking out. Thank goodness I wore dark clothing today.

At even the slightest hint of danger, Felicity would press herself against a wall and wait. Most of what she encountered were the freaks that were running rampant in the street and school. They were seemingly easy to take out, with her sneaking up on stragglers from the shadows. Others were unlucky students that had caught the attention of the bloodthirsty monsters. She did nothing to aid them - blocking out the screams and pretending that she hadn’t seen anything.

Soon, the girl had reached an area filled with the undead. They flooded the entire hallway, aiming for one door in particular like a swarm of ants after their prey. Felicity watched in horrified amazement as a multitude of them started to pound on the door together, working like an odd team to reach their intended goal. The room in particular, was one she knew all too well, and one that would prove rather useful.

Now, if spending time on that roof - spying on their kind - had taught her anything, it was their lack of focus and lack of memory. If she could draw their attention away from the door, she could slink her way in and have a looksee. Now, what to focus their nonexistent brains on?

Her ocean blue eyes scan the hallway for anything useful. They eventually land on a tin can - one that many teachers kept their pencils in - and an open classroom across the opening she was in. The can laid at the very bottom of the staircase she was coached on. Perfect.

The black haired girl glances to the hoard once more - waiting for the nearest freak to stumble away - before stealthily making her way to the can. She reaches it quickly - taking a peak at the hoard once more to observe for any changes in their behavior. They had not noticed her presence. That was to be expected though, very few could even notice her when she wished to remain anonymous.

Slowly, Felicity backs up while raising the hand holding the can. She chucks it into the open classroom - albeit not very far (it only landed an inch into the doorway. Curse her lack of strength). The hoard is quick to snap their attention to the new sound - rushing into the classroom like a stampede.
The blue eyed girl acts quickly, silently slipping into the classroom they had previously been trying to enter. She breathes heavily for a second, turning to walk further into the room.

However, she stops. Two fellow humans - both being former students of the school (she remembered seeing them around before, despite avoiding them like the plague) - stood before her. One was a tall male with tanned olive skin and dark eyes. His face was long and his nose sharp. His soft and straight copper hair curled at the ends like gentle waves - though it looked to be a tad bit unkempt due to its shaggy nature. His outfit was similar to hers, though with lighter colorings.

Beside him stood an athletically built girl with medium tan skin. She was about five inches taller than Felicity - something the girl was not uncustom to. Freckles framed the girl’s nose - going across its bridge. Her hair was a long and curly brown that parts down the middle, and her eyes were a shade of light brown. Her clothes were tight fitting and could be considered fancy - something that the girl hated. Much jewelry covered the girl's figure, too much for her to consider okay. The most notable, however, were the six ear piercings - three in each ear.

The black haired girl takes a step back from the two humans, unsure of what to do. She speaks not a word and waits for their next move.

Levi Voege || 17 || M: Pax, JJ, Elizabeth, the Noodle

There was no sink in the classroom.

Levi wryly wished he'd have thought of that before entering a prison cell in the first place, as he was now stuck cleaning his stick off by hand with an old, sweatstained jersey from the closet that the room did have. The dirty blonde male lapsed into a concentrated silence as he worked, switching to his knife after a while to remove the blood-softened wood on the outside. The creamy white center showed through once more and he held it up to the light, studying the edges.

An insistent tapping on the window caught his attention and his evergreen eyes turned to find JJ there with a... She'd gone back for a snake? Well, to each their own. His raised eyebrows were lowered into a furrowed position as he got up to let her in. He threw open the window and grumbled, "We ought to make something to cover up the window without blocking ourselves inside."

If the glass broke, they would all be in very, very big trouble. Maybe they would get lucky and there would be tools inside the cabinets or the closet, but Levi suspected that the real handy objects would be in the janitors' closet or in the mechanical room. He wasn't even sure where the latter was. He'd never needed it, nor had he ever thought there would come a time when a screwdriver was necessary for survival.

Elizabeth let out a small giggle at JJ. "At least my snake will have a friend," She said as a rainbow snakehead popped out of the collar of her hoodie. The snake flickered its tongue. "This is my snake nightmare. He is a rainbow python. He is 4 feet and still growing. Sadly he is the reason I wear baggy clothes to school. t's better than him following me to school and scaring everyone. He did that at my old school." Elizabeth looked over at Levi. "You are right. I can get Nightmare to get some tools for us. Yes, he is trained."

"Nice" Jesssica let out a smile to Elizabeth, Stealth was just sitting around her neck looking lifeless. Jessica looked at Pax and Levi she then just looked straight at the door. "Sooo...What do we do now?" Jessica just tilted her head and walked to the window. She sat upon a seat and then she gazed outside.
Jessica had a few options 1) Look for more survivors 2)idk 3)Listen to someone else's plan.
