Rosekit wasn't expecting the other kitten to suddenly push her off the rock. She went over the edge, not having time to stop herself of right back. She let out a little squeal before she hit the ground hard. The whole world went black for a few moments, but she came out of it to feel immense pain. She made a distressed noise, trying to get someone's attention to help her. She was in pain and terrrified, what had she injured? Was she going to be okay? why the the other kit pushed her? She had saved her. |

SparrowFrost turned his head from EchoKit when he heard a distress call. SparrowFrost ran over to the kit on the ground "DewWhisker! SweetBerry!" SparrowFrost called to the two medicine cats. EchoKit rolled her eyes, the drop wasn't even that bad. EchoKit had fallen from the rock plenty of times all she had to do was brush dust off of her pelt, RoseKit was a weak cat. SweetBerry ran over with DewWhisker right beh her, DewWhisker held herbs in bethis jaws, DewWhisker set them on the ground next to RoseKit "thyme... and poppyseeds..." SweetBerry whispering DewWhisker and he pushed two herbs towards SweetBerry "I need you to eat these okay?" SweetBerry said in a calming voice to the kit laying on the ground.

Rosekit pushed the herbs away, trying to get up. She had done something weird, when she moved her back leg it caused her a lot of pain. She assumed she landed weird in the fall. She was doing her best to get up, but even her side hurt. She saw Echokit though and she tried not to be weak like everyone thought she was. "No! I'm not weak, it's just a scratch." She said, still struggling to move. "Why does everyone hate me?" She asked the older cats around her,pinning her ears at the other kit near them. They hated her too, everyone hated her. |

He said, glaring up at Thistlekit and Redkit and then over at Echokit. "Your perfectly fine from my point of view!" Bluekit said, turning back to Rosekit. |

MinnowKit ran over to RoseKit, MinnowKit sat next to RoseKit and BlueKit "yah, I like you too, I think it is cool how you chased that badger away... I think you are brave." MinnowKit said in her calming voice. SweetBerry turned to BlueKit "you are getting poppyseeds confused with juniper berries... poppyseeds can be given to kits." SweetBerry said to BlueKit. DewWhisker sighed "her back leg may be broken..." DewWhisker said "On no! I haven't felt with a broken leg since... since... it was when BreezePaw and SparrowPaw fell of that one cliff, BreezePaw broke her leg but that was so long ago..." SweetBerry said, DewWhisker walked over to her "just breathe... it is okay." DewWhisker said.

I remember specifically that you can not give Poppy Seeds to kits. Nor is it recommended for nursing queens. I'm pretty sure you can give Juniper Berries to kits though. Juniper Berries are also used for bellyaches and loss of breath but we can find different ways to handle shock and such. Such as the fact that Bramble Twigs can help cats to fall asleep and Huckleberry relieves muscle pain. Dandelion Leaves are another way to help with shock as well." Bluekit purred, recollecting all the knowledge he had gained in his time in the Medicine Den. Whenever he had nothing else to do he would sit in the Medicine Den with Sweetberry, Dewwhisker, and Leafpaw and learn all about herbs. Knowing so many made him feel special too and he liked feeling different from the others. |

Rosekit looked at both of them, brightening up as they said that they liked her. She was horrified though when they mentioned a broken leg, she couldn't have a broken leg, that would mean she'd have to wait to be an apprentice. Not like any cat wanted to mentor her weak sorry self. "Why do they hate me so much? I helped her and she pushed me off, why?" She mumbled, mostly to herself but audible to those around her. "Now I can't be an apprentice, they ruined everything." She said, forcing herself not to start crying at the pain or the disappointment. |

DewWhisker's eyes scanned SweetBerry "you should know that poppyseeds are not for kits... that was the first thing that you taught me." DewWhisker said to SweetBerry, SweetBerry's eyes widened "how could I forget such a thing..." SweetBerry muttered. "I need a long thick stick!" SweetBerry said to the cats gathered around RoseKit "RoseKit, you are going to feel some pain but you have to stay still, okay?" SweetBerry said to the kit. MinnowKit sighed "it will be okay, RoseKit." MinnowKit said.

As for me," the fur on his chest puffs up, "I've been training since I could walk." A proud purr rumbling in his throat, and of course, ignoring Rosekit's desperate call for help which she got.
