Malaki: Mentions: Sky and Flame

If Malaki wasn't embarrassed before, he certainly was after Flame's particular choice of words. Intentional or not Malaki's face was as red as an apple, and he looked up for several seconds to clear his mind of everything that it wandered to before looking back at Flame. "I mean... I am still afraid to fly, however Sky has earned my trust, somewhat, about her flying me places, so I think I should be fine as long as nothing goes wrong."

Malaki: Mentions: Flame and Sky

Malaki was completely flatfooted when Flame nabbed him, taking him through the tunnel back and up into the air, with Sky screeching after them angrily. "Hold on tight." Was all the warning she gave him when Malaki was thrown onto her saddle before she dived, and Malaki did just that, his fear of heights now going into overdrive. After another minute of franctic flying from Flame, she turned her head back and looked at him. " 'Nothing goes wrong.' You do realize how many things go wrong with that statement right?" Flame said, with a raised eyebrow. Malaki looked at her with a moment of confusion before rolling his eyes dramatically. "Yeah, yeah, yeah... Look. I've never been good when it comes to heights or flying or anything like that, however Sky's earned some measure of my trust when she takes me places. Because first of all she doesn't pulled what you just did..." He caught his breath and regulated it before continuing. "And second of all she's been really..." He stopped to try to find the words to say to Flame, but they never came to him. "I don't know, to be honest. But as they say, 'Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.'"

Elea I M: Ota and their baby

Elea barely heard Ota's words, but she managed to pull herself back out of the void. Her eyes fluttered open and closed, unable to still keep them straight open from her weakened state. Ota was wrong, she didn't want to die, and she wasn't unhappy because of him. She just could barelt cling to life, it was so painful and exhausting and she had nothing left to fight with, no energy, just pain.

"I-I d-don't want t-to d-die... I-I love y-you O-O-Ota...." she murmured. She needed help or healing, she needed it badly. She wouldn't give up, or would try her very best not to. She just had to hold on until someone helped her.

Ero I M: Jericho

Ero called her eyes as he stroked her hair. She trusted him, she trusted in his words completely, yet, she almost didn't. All her trauma with Ibex had made her naturally fearful and unsure, and even though Jericho was promising safety, she couldn't believe him fully, despite her wanting to with all her being.
"You'll really do that? For me? What if... what if I can't get over the Ibex trauma, or my obsession.... how will you keep that promise..." She asked him, but she wasn't looking up at him, she was looking to the side as she rested her head on him.

Jackson I M: Zaphara and baby

Jackson looked at Zaphara. He felt horrible she was so saddened about Dia, he warned to make it right, but didn't know how. He could at least help with the horrendous evil Sephtis spawn in her arms. He would've saved it too though, the baby was adorable and Jackson had a soft spot for kids.
"What if we said the kid wasn't Sephtis'. You could say it's my kid, or yours. I was separated from Glory for awhile... although I don't want to hurt her." He said, his expression changing from one of confidence to one with uncertainty and sadness. Only you and I know it's his kid, right? It shouldn't be that hard to hide. And it'll explain the powers if an experimental is its parents." He said, smiling at her once again. He reached a hand gently toward the baby, intending to gently stroke the child's cheek.

Blade I M: Nakao, Dread and Goddess (ind.)

Blade hadn't been able to find his mom and he was in full fledged panic mode. He had beaten down doors, searched everywhere and found nothing upon nothing. It was too big of a mansion, he was panicking too much to actually pay attention to where he was going. He couldn't find his mom, he needed his mom.
He burst the door open to one room, finding two men drinking some alcohol inside. His eyes glowed, he seemed to radiate his anger, hatred and fear. One of these men had to know where his mom was, if they didn't he's kill them both.
"Freeze!" He ordered, powers backing him up on his command. "Where the hell is Goddess? If you don't give her to me I'll kill both you scumbags." He spat, glaring towards Dread. "And don't use your powers." His eyes glowed again at that, but they changed color to a bright gold.

Lucille I M: Karasu and Nakao (Ind.)

Lucille sighed, looking at Karasu. The boy was very upset and was throwing a fit now that his father wasn't there. The poor thing had barely had his father and now Nakap was gone. Granted Lucille was sure he would come back, it still didn't help the crying child at the moment. She decided that going to look for Nakao wasn't that bad of an idea, for Karasu's sake anyway.
"Come on Karasu, we can look for your dad I suppose." She said, stretching her wings and getting up before heading to the door. Karasu burst out the door, so fast that Lucille lost track of him in a heartbeat. "Karasu wait! Come back!"

Malaki: Mentions: Sky and Flame

"You had better not break her heart or you will be answering to me, you got that? And you better not die on her now that your bonded. If you die, she loses her memories, meaning that she will not remember anything and will be a wild creature. In that phoenix form..which means trouble. You hear me?" She said quietly, still staring at him. Malaki was at a loss for words. Bonded? Does it mean that... Malaki's face was flushed red once again, but his emotions didn't betray his embarrassment. He looked up at the sky and took in a deep breath before looking back down at her with serious eyes. "I promise I will not break her heart Flame. If I did, I feel like I would become a human torch before I could even get out of the room." A faint smile crossed his lips for a moment before it disappeared and his serious tone returned. "This... this is a lot. I could never imagine that her form relied on me so much... but why? It's not like we're... an item."

Jericho: Mentions: Ero

"You'll really do that? For me? What if... what if I can't get over the Ibex trauma, or my obsession.... how will you keep that promise..." Ero said to him, and Jericho had to pause for thought. Would he really be able to keep his promise if they couldn't make any headway concerning her obsessive tendencies? He wasn't sure at that moment, but he had faith in her and her father, so he felt confident. "I'll be honest Ero; I'm not sure how or if I can keep that promise to you, but what I do know is that I will try everything I can to keep my word with you. All I know is right now... you're too sweet and beautiful to give up on." He accentuated this statement with a few passoinate kisses on the lips.

Dakota || Mentions: Goddess, Mansion

"Lev always loved Nyx, he never truly loved me. He just wanted to make me feel better... and himself better I think." That spiked Dakota's curiousity. Did Lev actually only seem to love Goddess to make himself feel better, or is she exaggerating? Who knows. "He hurt me too... I just feel like he used me and hurt me, whether or not Ripper showed back up. Then Blade... he was torn from me and he they made him a monster... and I can't even be a mother to my other child that well ... it's just all my fault and I don't know best to do..." Wow. This poor woman, been through many more hardships then she ever imagined. Toyed with, and when she was no use, she was thrown away? And she even had a kid, another coming soon. From before, Dakota always thought that Goddess was spoiled, dramatic, and always looking for attention. However, it seemed she really was in pain, both physically and mentally. This poor woman..

"If you are in pain, and your hurting.. then why do you continue to let others push you around? Just because a few assholes used you, and left you in the dust, doesn't mean you give up. Life is full of obstacles, unfortunately for us, we have more obstacles then the average human, but that is what makes us stronger, smarter, and better overrall. You simply can't give up, you need to push forward, no matter the pain no matter the obstacle, you push through." Dakota sighed quietly, "I didn't help you back there when Nyx held you by the throat because, honestly, I truly thought you would fight back. Yes, I would be on Nyx's side no matter what, but that doesnt mean you simply stop fighting and giving up. You're not a coward for running Goddess, sometimes, running away is the only choice. But not always. You understand, right? There are times when you run away, then there are times you stand your ground and you fight."

Hoping Goddess would at least think about what she said, Dakota lifted her head, to see the Mansion and smiled faintly. She landed softly onto the ground, hesitating to put Goddess down as she looked left and right. She looked Goddess in the eyes, "There are times when you gotta run, but then there are times when you fight. Unfortunately, I won't be there to tell you when to run or fight, you must figure that out yourself. Your not weak Goddess, you simply need to believe in yourself." With that, Dakota set the woman down, holding her shoulders, so she wouldnt trip over herself.

Nyx || Mentions: Goddess (ind.), Levushka

Huffing quietly, Nyx rubbed her forehead, agitated. She understood why Dakota left her, so she wouldnt rip Goddess apart in half, and leave her in the woods to rot. Plus, her sister was always the empathetic one, which, she didn't blame her. It made her feel a bit better about their relationship. Good cop, bad cop. Nyx didn't find any faults in being bad cop, heh.

Placing her hands on her waist, the woman sighed quietly, hoping Dakota would hurry back already. These woods werent the most welcoming, to say in the least. She moved her heel to turn around, only to have warm arms wrapping around her, and the feeling was all too familiar. Levushka. He rested his chin on her shoulder, with his gorgeous smiling staring at her. She couldn't help but smile faintly. "Nyxy," he pulled away, looking quite embarrassed, shuffling about. "I'm not an expert at, you know, stuff as mushy as this. All I want to say is I'm sorry for being shitty at being your husband." Lev grew red, and Nyx could certainly see how embarrassed he was. "I'm truly am sorry and I'm in love with you. Deeply. So what I'm offering is a chance for it to be us three. You, me, and Dakota." She walked over, and placed her hands on his shoulders, "Thank you." That is what she had been looking for, a sincere apology. She kissed his lips lightly, before wrapping her arms around him, her head resting against his chest, "Thank you... I really wanted to hear that," she whispered, closing her eyes gently, refraining herself from tearing up.

After a few moments of embracing Lev, Nyx pulled away, and wiped her face quickly, attempting to hide the fact she was getting emotional. God, she was never this emotional, both the baby and Lev are making her emotional, little shitheads. "You truly mean it? For the past few days, weeks, or whatever it has been, you've always been pulled away from me, whether its saving your friends, the world from batshit crazies, or anything else. Can you, stop saving everyone just for a day? They can survive without your presence, however, I don't know if I can." She glanced at her stomach, and rubbed it in circular patterns for a few moments, and looked back at Lev.
