Night | M: Arlin, Ghost Lily "Oh, hello Night. Something you need?" Arlin asked, pulling down a giggling Lily. Night blinked, smiling slightly at the girl before saying, "Maybe once she calms down, she could have a 'playdate' with a girl who needs a friend. Falcon's daughter, I don't believe she got any powers from her father so a human." He watched Ghost Lily for a moment before saying, "If you are alright with the two girls socializing of course. I know Kestrel needs it right now, she hasn't talked to anyone not even her father and I believe its the lack of socialization with other kids her age." |

Nakao Mentions: Open Nakao storms out of the room, annoyed by his clingy girlfriend and child. Ugh, he wishes he has powers so he can kill them all. It would be so much peaceful than this. He left the manor, collapsing onto the ground when he was a good distance away from the manor. Closing his eyes, trying to calm down. Ankoku Mentions: Cero Ankoku was exploring the place a bit more, his mind curious yet cautious. Not trusting anyone around him, not even his own shadow. He closes his eyes, trying to remember the layout of the mansion. When he opened them again, be was in another part, er, world. Ankoku wraps his arms around himself, not liking the creeping darkness clinging onto him. He watches the scenes in silence, getting startled at the light one - the bloodiest one out of them all. Ko cautiously approaches Cero, standing beside him. "You alright?" His English breaking a bit. |

Cero | M: Ankoku "You alright?" A voice startled him and he jumped before a hand reached to his forehead. Ouch, he would have to lock the door next time. "Honestly? No. Who are you?" Cero asked, his merged powers already going to the next scene. A standoff between himself and Night, only about 9 years before when they made amends in the group. Not that they would be 'friends' more like allies at this point. The memory faded into an image, detail coming to life. An older, maybe 3-4 years ago Cero stood in the center, brandishing the gang's new symbol. A viper striking. Rocky stood beside him, grinning as his own stretched around his collarbone. Frosty looked. . .frosty to the side, his own tattoo seeming to slither down his arm like Cero's. Cero looked down at his sleever, a small part of it was showing at the moment, but he knew what was close underneath the sleeve. As his eyes travelled back up to his old him, his eyes locked onto the symbol on the head of the viper. His sign, a leader's sign, the twisted cursive L that trailed along the snake.
The memory disappeared, starting another one where Cero turned away. He knew this one too well. A girl dying. Zaphara, who shouldn't have died. He refocused on Ankoku, ignoring the scene beside him as he slowly sat up. His familiar appeared around his neck, circled loosely, being released from emotion. The viper, another reason he changed the gang sign, looked over at Ankoku before relaxing. Cero tilted his head at Ankoku, "Are you part of a gang boy? My familiar usually doesn't like people." He said, his voice light with a hint of curiousity. |

Ankoku Mentions: Cero Ko watches the scenes one by one, taking it all in with utter silence. He doesn't like this one a bit, his own mind going into a dark place. He jumps a bit when Cero asked such a question, shaking his head, and his eyes glows behind his sunglasses. Grabbing his glasses to take them off, clasping the arm of his glasses to his shirt. His eyes glowing, frowning slightly. "No. No gang. Lone wanderer." He tilts his head to have a better look at the snake, then sets his eyes back to Cero. "Apprentice of Nakao. Ankoku Bushida." Giving him a bow in greetings, a shy smile on his face. Ko was shy around Cero, and he's unsure why. Normally, he's nervous around people, but not to this extent. It must be his aura, and he could tell. The aura of a leader, a fearsome one, in fact. He stares at another scene, clasping his hands together and a small ball of light appears. He unfolds his hands, creating a small rainbow archway with his two hands. "Rainbow. My speciality. Ah," he turns back to Cero, making the rainbow disappear, "you can already tell by my eyes." |

Cero | M: Ankoku "No. No gang. Lone wanderer. Apprentice of Nakao. Ankoku Bushida." He said and Cero nodded, understanding. He's the apprentice that he had seen in a few minds lately, and something about a katana. The man was a bit nervous and after a moment, a ball of light appeared in his hands. "Rainbow. My speciality. Ah, you can already tell by my eyes." Ankoku said, and Cero could definitely see by the man's eyes the rainbow glittering in them. Cero gave Ankoku a nod, about to say something when he hissed, pain shooting through his body. He shut his eyes, trying to contain his merged power to no success. His illusions started as a spark before flames rose up around them. Cero got up, pushing Ankoku into a corner of the room before the pain illusions switched on. Heat surged through the room, creating the illusion of pain and fire. Cero staggered as he could see a figure walking through the flames. A replication called out, the figure being disintegrated into ash, "Cero! Help me!" The flames suddenly disappeared and Cero coughed, collapsing before leaning up against the wall.
The pain illusion was still there but dimmer now. Where was a healer when you needed them? Cero coughed again, breathing hard before saying to Ankoku, "I am sorry about that. You caught me at a merge breaker point." The room was now back to normal, his powers sizzling inside of him but thankfully not merging back together. His viper had disappeared back into a tattoo around his collarbone, his emotion and pain pushing it back in. Every time. Every single time, that same memory came up. He didn't understand, that was so long ago. |

Ankoku Mentions: Cero Ankoku was startled when the man pushed him back, blinking a couple of times with a mixture of confusion and worry in his eyes of rainbow. He relaxes when he sees Cero again, then rushes over to check up on him. He summons a bigger rainbow, watching it coil around the man, and sighs as it starts to heal him. "Not good with rainbow." He bows apologetically, then says something in Japanese; an apology, maybe. He straightens his posture, and he makes the rainbow disappear. "What's a gang?" He grew curious, which was strange. Nakao was part of a gang, but the older man kept Ankoku a good distance away from all of their activities. Kept in the dark about most stuff - Nakao wanting to preserve such innocence. He sits down on the edge of the bed, rubbing the back of his hand. |

Ero I M: Jericho Ero stayed there for a few minutes, enjoying the silence. She finally pulled back and sat up though, setting a hand on his chest. She loved him, she loved everything about him. So, what she now wanted was his shirt to wear. She had heard it was soemthing people in relationships would do and she wanted to try it. "Can I wear your shirt?" She asked him out of the blue, looking at him with her eyes dancing with her excitement, but also some slight mischievous nature. "I don't want to sleep in what I'm wearing, I want to sleep in just your shirt." She added as an explanation, although she just wanted to wear his shirt regardless. |

Cero | M: Ankoku Cero exhales sharply as Ankoku's rainbow starts...healing him. He hadn't been healed for a while. "Not good with rainbow." Ankoku bowed before muttering an apology in Japanese. No wonder his English wasn't that good. Cero had learned a little bit of Japanese but not too much. "What's a gang?" Ankoku asked, sitting down. Cero blinked, odd, Nakao would have told him correct? Hmm...quite odd indeed. "A gang is a group of people working towards the same goal." Cero said, looking over at Ankoku with slight curiousity. "Didn't your mentor ever tell you or show you his gang?" Cero asked, not quite understanding how Nakao's apprentince wouldn't be informed of this. His own gang had veered from several of the gang ways, like killing humans for money and such. It was simply useless and not worth their time. They got enough money in some of the races that the younger members did, and what they found doing on the streets. "It simply depends on what that leader is like. The more hateful the leader, the more death there will be. Anger, hate, disrespect to life, all will lead to death. Knowledge is your ally as a gang member." He said quietly, remembering what his own mentor had said. A small smile appeared on his face, now he was quoting Rocky again. Zaphara would be pleased. |

Ankoku Mentions: Cero Ko takes in the bit of knowledge the best way he can, frowning here and there when some of the English got jumbled up inside his brain. Getting the basics for the definition, he falls a bit. "Nakao never tells." Shaking his head, seeming a bit curious and sadden on why Nakao kept such a thing hidden. Hearing the word kill triggered something in Ko: fight or flight. "No death. Please." Clenching the back of his hand tighter, his breathing intensifies. Shaking his head, raking his fingers through his hair - grabbing a strand and begins to toy with it. "Had enough of it." He stares down at his lap, his heart racing deep in his chest. "Bad past. Don't like to share it much." Biting his lips, keeping his eyes away from man; searching for anything that'll help protect him in case he gets attacked. |

Cero | M: Ankoku "No death. Please. Had enough of it. Bad past. Don't like to share it much." Ankoku said, Cero gaining a reaction. Cero bowed his head, "Understood." He looked back at the man before saying, "Nakao was right to hide it from you. Some gangs will kill without hesitation, you must be wary of those in the city. Do not worry though," Cero stood up before looking at Ankoku, his normal protective glint entering his eyes, "These surrounding areas, parts of Nevada, California and New Mexico belong to the me and my gang. The Sly Vipers do not kill, even if it seems like it in our name. Come, let's take a walk. Get out of this stuffy room." He said before turning to the door. He walked in a slight circle around the center of the room, the figure still burning in his mind. He waited at the doorway for Ankoku, his posture relaxed. A walk around the mansion would be nice. And would clear both of their minds. |
