Sephtis was in a broken-down laboratory. Anger was in his eyes, and his whole posture was tense. It was clear that he wasn't in a mood - but it wasn't because of the experiments. He was staring down at a chamber, a blanket covering a small figure hiding under it. It was motionless - not alive, but not for long. Hopefully not for long. "Pull the lever! Now!" He spat at one of his creatures does so. Electricity forms within the chamber, Sephtis's eyes filled with hope and were unsettled. The electricity disappears after a couple of minutes, Sephtis edging closer with hope in his eyes. He waits for any motion, something to give him any signs that his plan worked. Nothing - nothing happened, and he rakes his finger through his hair. He was pissed, very pissed. He starts screaming - causing space ripples around him. Grabbing a chair, then throws it against the wall. Watching it shatter - clenching his fist with his nails digging into his flesh. Why won't it work?!? He was panicked - no, he was livid.
He destroys every single one of his creations. He doesn't care about them, and the only thing he's concerned about is whatever is in that chamber. Sephtis walks over to the testing chamber, sitting down beside it with disappointment in his eyes. Opening it up - placing a hand on whatever is hiding underneath the white blanket. He leans forward, then places his head onto the chamber, and closes his eyes. Why is it so easy to create beasts but not humans? He has an idea, so why not do something crazy stupid to make it alive. Setting his hand on the lifeless thing and his eyes glow. Could it transfer his power to it? Maybe. He could feel his energy being drained, his powers leaving his body. His eyes are now a bright blue, with his hair a mousy-brown color. It was strange. . .being human again. Does this mean he could die?
No, he has to be there for the little one. If it was to awaken, of course. His eyes of blue were on the small figure, and his posture falters when he sees no movements still. He gave up - all of this work and nothing, but he couldn't take it back. Now that he was powerless. Placing his head back down onto the chamber, closing his eyes while he rests up. It was until he was woken up by movement, then the wails of a baby. He sits up quickly, removing the blanket from the baby, and tears forms in his eyes. "It worked! All of it worked!" He scoops up the little one, stands up, and sits down in the chamber. Pulling the baby close against his body with tears of joy running down his cheeks. "I will try to be a good father. It's best if you were raised by someone else." The baby squeals, placing a hand on the man's cheek. "I created you so I can have a chance on being a better man. A better father." He falters, pulling the baby close against his body to warm it up.

Elea I M: Zaphara and Ota
Elea gently help the newborn in her arms. She was extremely exhausted and she felt light headed, she didn't feel good at all, quite the contrary. She was still in paib, even though she had her newborn in her arms. She loved it, but she felt very horrible and sick. When Ofha walked in and sat on her bed she smiled weakly at him. She rolled her eyes at his comment, trying and failing to sit up a different way. "I-I'm not dead yet..." She murmured, voice weak and shaky. "H-hold her..." She murmured, meaning the newborn baby, their newborn baby. |

Ota Mentions: Elea and newborn His face wrinkles in disgust, clearly not liking the idea of holding such a disgusting thing. He pushes Elea's arms away from her, shaking his head with displeasure in his eyes of red. "Don't demand me to hold such an ugly thing." Insulting the child, growling when lets out a squeaky coo. Crossing his arms, huffing before turning away from her. "It needs you anyway." |

Elea looked at Ota as he pushed her arms away from him. She looked sadly at him, eyes filled with glistening pain, joy and sadness. She needed him to hold the baby, she was almost too weak to hold the thing. "I-I can't... Ota I can't hold it... I-I don't feel good... please..." She murmured, eyes drifting open and closed. She didn't look good, she looked sickly and badly, which she felt like too. She just needed Ota to hold her and the baby and take care of her. She needed him, she just needed him. |

Ahmya I M: Dread and Aami
Ahmya smiled as Dread walked in and kissed her on the lips. Maybe she didn't mind being an akward family with Dread. He was okay she supposed, well, more than that. She loved him, and even kinda sorta tolerated their baby. "Mmm alright. I suppose I can go for the baby's sake." She said, deciding that she would go and meet up with him later. She watched him walk out to talk to someone else and she held her baby close to her. She got out of the bed and mounted the horse, holding the baby close to her with one arm, and grabbing the horse's mane with the other hand Ero I M: Jericho and Dread
Ero sighed, just staying and holding onto Jericho while she slowly processed his words and accepted them. She loved him, she loved him so much. She was happy that he wanted to try and take the time to be with her and fix her. Maybe they could be happy, have a family together even. She just needed Dread to help her. But after everything she finally had a dad, which was what she had always wanted,. When she saw Dread walking towards them again she got excited, pulling away from Jericho's hug, but intertwining her fingers with his in one hand. "Dad!" She exclaimed happily, pulling Jericho over closer to him as she skipped over to him. A spitting image of her mother besides for her beautiful eyes that matched her father's. "Jericho's coming! Not that he has a choice, he has to come. But he still wanted to come!" She said happily, not seeing a problem with what she said. |

Jericho: Mentions: Ero and Dread "Jericho's coming! Not that he has a choice, he has to come. But he still wanted to come!" She said happily. Jericho looked at Dread with a smile on his face before turning back to his girlfriend. She sounded really happy, but also full of hope for the fututre, and it wasn't just about him, but him and her father. He smiled at her, but he looked over at Dread, and a question popped up in his head that he should ask him. "Dread, I know that you and I have just met, but I hope that you approve of me being her girlfriend." He leaned his head on her shoulders. "I know that you warned me earlier, but I really want to try to help her. She is really sweet and I know that it isn't going to be an easy road for us, but I'm willing to help her." |

Ava || Mentions: Malaki Holding her head against part of a the ruins, refraining herself from murdering, and setting Malaki aflames. Her nostrils flared, and her eyes were closed. "They weren't treating you as an experiment... they were treating you as a weapon." Ava turned her head towards Malaki, a solemn look on her face, "They did. I was used to kill and track down failed experiments, and runaways. Like you, and your.. friends, I suppose. That is why I was let out, just four years ago, but once they knew I went rogue, they treated me just like their failures," she snarled, mostly to herself. "They twisted a dream or fasicnation of yours into a weapon for them... and a personal hell for you." The dragon nodded slowly, her gaze staring at the drawing for a moment, her breathing became rigid. Malaki had began climbing up on the rubble, to get an actual eye-to-eye view of Ava. "I'm not going to discount the hell you went through during your time here, but we all went through things that we don't ever want to talk about because of Ibex and their psychotic goals. When I was shipped off to Ibex, I was locked in an isolation cell... for years. Not once did I ever see another experiment during that time, and after I broke out, I was homeless up until Ibex rounded us up once again. I was an absolute outcast and they tried their damndest to make me into a submissive soldier for them, but I wouldn't ever break. I don't know how, or if, I or anyone can help you, but this..." Ava glanced around at the ruins as Malaki opened his arms, an ache in her head and heart, "This is your past, but it doesn't have to be your present or future either. You want to get back at Ibex for what they did to you? Destroying them would be a good way to go at it, but another thing you can do is live your life. They want us to feel scared and ostracized from society because of what they did to us, but I'm not going to let them get away with it and I'm not going to let my past determine my future." Live her life? Live her own, personal life? She scoffed, "You don't seem to get it. No one just, lets go of their past. No one! And on the second hand, why do you think I am in this situation now? I had a life, I had a good solid life, and granted it doesn't seem like it, but I was socializing with others. Then I met fucking crazy ass Jericho and that mental patient Ero, and here I am!" Just like Malaki did it, Ava sat back on her hind legs, and opened her arms, "This is where I am trying to live my life." Ava snorted again, and grabbed Malaki with her arm, and growled, "I never should have shown you this place, it was a mistake." With that, she launched herself into the air, more rough, and more faster then usual. She made a bee-line for the mansion, the entire way there, her mouth was fuming with grey smoke and sparks of flame. Landing in front of the mansion, Ava dropped Malaki off, and without saying a word, she climbed up the side of the mansion, shackles, wood, plaster, she ripped out windows, and basically everything in her way as she climbed the roof top, the side of the Mansion looking like hell. The dragon stood there, looking around for anyting or anyone important. "You're all bastards," Ava snarled demonically, and after that, she hopped off of the mansion, making a loud thud, destroying plant life and the ground beneath her feet, she disappeared through the woods, decreasing in size in order to weave through it. |

Malaki: Mentions: Ava and Sky Ava unceremoniously dropped off Malaki in front of the mansion and proceeded to wreck one side of it, much to his horror and imfaling the idea that he only made things worse once again, only for her to hop off and disappear through the woods, decreasing in size in order to weave through it. He started taking a few steps to chase after her, but he stopped and looked at the mansion again before turning back to where Ava ran off to. Did I just make things worse for everyone else? I actually thought that I was getting to her, but now... Dejectedly, he walked back over to a door to the mansion and sat down beside it, head resting on his knees while he tried to figure out where it all went wrong. He was this close, but he somehow clutched defeat from the jaws of victory and possibly made Ava even angrier. For once, Benny had no words to say to him, but Malaki felt only worse that he wasn't bashing him for that screw up. He began replaying it in his head, trying desparately to figure out where it all went wrong, but the other part of him just wanted Sky there; Malaki wasn't completely sure why, but he simply wanted her there. |

Sky & Cero | M: Malaki, Ava, Lev(ind) Sky used her strength, keeping up with the dragon before fanning her wings as it flew down and landed. "Circle only." Cero told her and she did just that, circling the area before hovering in one place as she felt Cero move on her back. No doubt listening in on the conversation below. Cero could hear the full conversation and was filing it for later. He could make sense of it but didn't know exactly who Jericho or Ero was. As the dragon grabbed Malaki and beelined it into the sky, Cero moved Sky out of the way before lingering. Ava would go back to the mansion, he could see it in her mind. Then she would leave for now. "Why aren't we following?" Sky asked, her head reaching out as if to grasp the scent. "She's going back to the mansion. At this point, we know that she doesn't want to harm Malaki. I want to check something out first though," Cero said before moving Sky down into the ruins.
The crippled building was not the prettiest sight. As Cero slid off of Sky, he noticed the bad drawing of a red dragon on the ground with the broken foundation. Walking through the rubble, he traced a hand over one of the rocks before releasing his familiar. The panther shook his head, sneezing at the dust being stirred up before trotting inside. A moment later, it called for him. Following the call, Cero found a half broken computer, completely dead. He activated his power, touching the device before information streamed into his mind.
The red dragon, killing, experiments. Survival. A dragonet. Growth. Hatred. Anger. A mind torn apart by pain. Cero pulled his hand back as the information locked into his brain. He sighed before calling his familiar back, his curiousity filled. His panther disappeared in a small flash before Cero made his way back outside. "Find what you were looking for?" Sky asked, looking at him curiously. "A bit more than what I was asking. Stay away from Ava for now Sky," Cero said, giving the warning. Until he figured this out and got the pieces in the right order, it would be best if the griffin stayed away. Sky nodded before dropping a wing so he could climb on.
Tapping her side, he urged her into the sky before they got back to the mansion. Circling it once, Cero dropped the illusion as he spotted the mansion, or at least the side that was damaged. Bringing Sky into a hover, he weaved an illusion around the side making it look like it had been when they had left. Sky chuckled, "Who's going to tell Lev?" Cero rubbed his forehead, "I suppose I will find him once Flame gets back." He said before spotting the man watching the mansion. Sky dipped down, making a spiral before hovering over the ground and dropped gently. "Thank you for the ride. I believe Malaki needs you now." Cero said, dismounting before Sky barreled over to Malaki. She shifted, throwing herself into a bear hug, "Don't you do that again! I was afraid she was going to eat you." She growled at him before stepping back to look him over. Cero walked inside, chuckling to himself as he let the two figure themselves out. |

Night | M: Phantom, Kestrel "I miss her too. I didn't realize it was possible to miss someone, yet, I can understand the void feeling left behind. I still have a piece of her, I have Kestrel." Phantom said and Night smiled sadly. Night settled back, pulling up two chairs before sitting down in one. "I never knew much of sadness until I met my love Kage and had my own son Eclipse. I'm glad to know that Falcon had a family before she passed." Night said, his voice breaking slightly at the name before he sighed. "How long has the girl been without her mother?" He asked, wanting to know more about Falcon's family. |
