"Are we living in an apartment like you said? Do you have to work?" She asked him, not moving from her hug against him. "I actually have a house right outside of the city I work in. It's a bit on the smaller side but it should serve two people rather nicely. It's a good neighborhood and I don't have to drive far to get to work." He wrapped one arm against her back and one arm onto her shoulders, trying to warm her up as much as he could. "I want to be someplace warm, I'm cold from the water." She murmured, realizing she had been very lightly shivering as they were in the air. "If only we had Ava here with us. She could use her fire power to dry you off in a second." He chuckled light-heartedly for a moment before resting his head on top of hers. "I'm excited Ero. Excited that we don't have to worry about Ibex... hopefully, and I'm excited that we can live together in peace." He carefully interlaced his fingers with hers. "I guess we have some things to figure out if we're going to live together once we get out of here." He raised her chin with his free hand and looked into her eyes with warmth and determination. After locking eyes for a moment, he kissed her on the forehead before resting once again. "How are you feeling right now? I noticed that her scales turned green when she knew that you were injured, but I just wanted to make sure that you were okay."

Jericho: Mentions: Ero and Malaki

"I'm scared, I don't want them to take you again... What if they come back?" She said, gripping him tightly. Jericho looked down at her before running his fingers through her hair once again. "That's why there was water in the building when we made our escape. Ava punched a hole to make sure that the building will stay underwater and that Ibex doesn't have a chance to come back and seperate us again." He began to hum like she did just before. "I want to be home with you just as much... and don't worry about Ibex my love; even if they do come back, they don't have a chance against us." He grinned before looking up at Malaki, who was looking forward, but it was obvious to Jericho that he could hear their conversation. If he has any questions I'm sure that he'll ask them, otherwise I should leave him be and focus on Ero.

Malaki: Mentions: Sky and Flame

Malaki overheard Ero and Jericho talking to one another and he knew that they could go the distance and stay happy together. He turned back and looked at them for a brief moment before saying. "If you two are getting married in the future, I wouldn't object to being invited." He said, a grin on his face. Malaki could tell that they were happy with one another, so he wouldn't say anything about it beyond what he already said, but as usual, Benny had his own thoughts. "Look at those two, being all lovey-dovey with one another... it makes me sick. They are such a cheesy-ass couple and no one has told them the truth. Speak up Malaki and tell them the truth!" Malaki bit his lower lip and stared forward, looking at Sky. "Not trying to rush you Sky, but I'm starting to feel nervous staying here for so long. I'm not saying that we should ditch Flame, but do you know where we should go once we get moving?"

Jericho: Mentions: Ero

"I'm falling asleep... is that okay? I want to stay awake but everything exhausted me... maybe when I wake up we'll be safe...." Ero said, slowly falling asleep against him. "You're fine Ero. If you need some rest to recover from your injuries, then rest. Besides..." He renewed his hug to further comfort her. "We have the rest of our lives to spend with one another, so what's a few hours of sleep going to cost in the long run?" He whispered, kissing her on the cheek with a warm smile on his face. "I'll be here to make sure that you sleep soundly and comfortably." Hearing what Malaki said to him, Jericho looked up and chuckled at him. "I would definitely give you an invitation."

Nyx || Mentions: Blade, Goddess

"I wouldn't leave without my mom, without you." "You fool. Its every person for themselves basically in this world Blade.. when you get a chance to get out alive, you do it." As she became nearly overwhelmed with the water, Blade spoke again, this time, his words did affect her in an odd way. "I'm scared, I don't want to drown. I don't know how to swim." Gritting her teeth, she reached over, and grabbed Goddess from his arms, holding her arms under her legs and just below her armpits, holding her just above the water. "You aren't going to be able to swim with someone in your arms," she mumbled.

In the distance behind them, Nyx could hear echoes of loud bangs, the foundation of this facility was crippling faste rthen expected, and the walls were collapsing in. She wasn't a great swimmer, but if Blade didn't know how to swim, that was most certainly going to be a problem, as well as the lifeless human asshat in her arms. Why did she even take her? She doesn't care about Blade like a son or Goddess as a friend, if anything, she wouldn't care if Goddess died. Blade? Depends.

They came up upon a closed door that led to the lobby, and had a sick feeling. The only way they could get out now was swimming. But they were hundreds, even thousands of deep under water. There was no way- then, a lightbulb appeared.

Looking at Blade, "Blade. I need you to use your persuasion right now, ok?" As Nyx spoke, large, feathered wings shot out of her back, moving back and forth stretching. "I need you to tell me to get us out of here as fast as I can. I would do it whether or not you used your abilities, but right now I am not taking any chances." Wrapping an arm around Blade's shoulder, bringing him close to her side, she had to clutch him in order to get him and Goddess out and alive. "Do you trust me?"
