Chaos
Chaos leaned into her, enjoying her presence beside him. He wondered what she was thinking. He began the grooming ritual. After a while he thought he had a pretty good asumption. After all he knew her very well. He leaned his mouth near her ear, "Indigo. I know what you're thinking. Do not try to walk while you have a broken leg. You may not walk normally again if you do. I know you want to help the pride, but we can manage without you injuring yourself further. I'm sure Nagasi would be delighted to lead the hunt, and of course we'll still ask your advice."

Indigo
She let out a soft purr as he began to groom her, her parents used to do this when she was little. A childish groan escaped her lips as she pulled away slightly so she could speak "but" she protested, she pouted as she playfully glared at him.

Chaos rubbed his head against her cheek. He expressionlessly didn't respond to her glare, but he began to chuckle again at her protests. "It will be better in the long term. I'm not being overprotective. If you promise not to walk on that leg, when you are unsupervised, I'll even let you be by yourself sometimes," he said.

Indigo
She let out a childish huff and a groan as she stared at him with puppy eyes. She realised it was giving no affect so she just gave up "fineeee" she groaned. A smirk replaced her childish demeaner as she leaned up and affectionately nibbled his ear with a flirtatious glint in hfr eyes.

Chaos
Chaos had an amused expresssion as he watched her pout, and complain until she realized that it wouldn't change his decision He noticed her mood change to flirtatious quite quickly. "Trying to change my mind this way? Hmm?" he teased, being half serious. "Why am I not surprised by your low tactics?" he looked into her eyes his eyes still half amused, but the mood was changing.

"whatever you say" she responded in a flirty tone. She grinned showing of her sharp canines as she picked his jawline before nuzzling his cheek once more. "who's better at flirting now" she smirked at him and cuddled into. His large mane. His fur was soft as she cuddled into it, a soft, content sigh escaped her lips as she glanced up at Chaos once more with a smirk tied to her face.

Jaytone | male | Damu
He purred a little as he was scolded. Then he brightened. “Well, Kesi or one of the other cubs, of course!” He cast a humored glance at Kesi. “Although females aren’t as strong as us men!” He gave a bark of laughter. Jaytone puffed his chest up. “And I’m sure my dad would be fine. He’s the greatest, strongest king I know!” Of course he was. Jay never knew another king.
Jackal | male | Damu
Jackal flicked his tail over Amra, then looked to Kesi. “You guys all right?” He heard snippets of Jaytone’s conversation with Siku, and almost stormed over there himself to nip him. Jay was so stupid sometimes. And reckless. Who else would be king? Jackal thought it over. Alias, or maybe Jackal. Maybe another male. But he couldn’t think of any. Then a thought struck him. What about Siku? He was pretty old and experienced. He was lost in thought and didn’t notice when Naita slunk up to Jackal and Amra. She covered their ears in licks, and exclaimed, “are you three alright?!” Referring to them two and Kesi. “That was a dangerous herd.” She turned to the direction of Siku and Jaytone. “That reckless cub. We’re lucky Siku was there to save him. Something filtered into her mind. Yes, Jaytone should be very grateful for Siku. In fact, Jaytone should have a punishment anyways for leaping in front of the zebra, but he could always do tasks and orders so petty nobody likes to do them, for Siku. Like clean up dung, or if Siku wants to sleep on a bed of comftorable grass or something, gather it up. Naita glanced back at Jackal. “Good idea, to find cover, Jackal.”

NagasiThe female padded back into camp and straight to the dominants. She winced in disgust seeing their intimacy. "Chaos, we were unable to find the nomad male." She refused to acknowledge Indigo as she addressed the ruler of the Pride.

Chaos
Chaos wasn't really embaressed. It wasn't a secret, that he and Indigo would be mates, since she was the dominant lioness. He was a little annoyed that she had ruined the moment. He gave a sigh, "Do I need to go with you and search?"

KesiThe small cub was curled up in the corner of the large cave, trembling fiercely. She didn't know what to do or think about how nearly her father and brother could have been killed.
