Amara smiled. "I am sure Ajihad wont mind Nanook joining us" she said as she closed her eyes with a yawn. She felt tired too. She placed her head on Astrid's shoulder before she started to fall asleep. She wondered if she should try to hide from here on until the cubs were born, or if they were better off leaving before Chaos found out.

Chaos let out a quiet chuckle. Nyasi was napping beside his mother. Chaos paused, because he wasn't sure how mad Ivy would be if he woke her up. He mentally shrugged oh well. He went into stalking mode, pressing closely to the ground. He slowly snuck up on Nyasi. He signaled for Indigo to approach from the other side.

Chaos carefully put one paw in front of the other. If they moved, he paused. He pretended like he wasn't trying to stalk Nyasi when he woke up. He kept on sneaking glances waiting for a chance to pounce. His tail swished impatiently. Chaos shortly began stalking Nyasi again. Soon he was near enough to pounce.

Kenya/ Karaz Pride

Kenya listened carefully to the instructions. She began to get impatient, because she thought Ukuta had forgotten about her. Kenya worried that because she was the oldest lion in the pride, that they would treat her like she was feeble and old. Finally, Ukuta gave Kenya instructions too. "I am ready to hunt," she answered. She slunk into the undergrowth quietly to find a good hiding place.

A smirk hid her nervous expression as she neared the young cub. The new lioness gave her, she didn't even know anymore. It was like she had bad intentions but didn't want O believe it because of the cub that was below her. She could help but smile at him. However that changed when he began to awake, she watched Chaos and they both managed to act inocent a he looked around at everyone.

Nyasi yawned again. He spotted Chaos and Indigo nearby, but got distracted by a small bug flying by his nose. He snarled and swiped at it, rolling on his back and playing with it. Then he once again sat upright, swishing his tail. He looked warily at his mum and moved away a bit further. Another bug appeared. He positioned his paw to swipe it.

Ukuta/Age:6/Rank:Karaz Pride, lioness 3/Mentions: Kenya, Zura, Naita

Ukuta followed the eldest lioness and stopped when she did. She positioned herself and looked over at Zura and Naita.

Zura, Karaz pride.

Zura started to make her way behind the scarred antelope. It looked quiet old, they'll have a big chance to catch it! She looked over at Naita to see if she is ready and looked over at Ukuta, to spot the upcoming signal. After a moment, Ukuta flicked her tail.

Zura felt adrenaline fill her body as she sprinted towards the antelope. The antelope made a frightened noise and sprinted away. Zura managed to get to the other side of it, and called out to Naita to sprint on its other side, so they'll be steering the antelope towards Siku.

Astrid thought about it, "Maybe, but it generally isn't good to have two lions of the same age. Besides he may not even want to leave this pride." She sighed. She slowly stopped talking, when Amara lay her head on her shoulder. She lay still and closed her eyes. The warmth soon lulled her to sleep. She let out a happy content rumble. Life was good. At least at the moment.

Chaos

Chaos was happy that Nyasi had gotten distracted by bugs. Now he could launch his attack. He began to creep forward, and wondered if he should pounce on the cub or just his tail. He lay there crouched trying to decide. Finally, he leaped and landed on Nyasi's tail. "Boo!" he yelled like a young cub. Chaos was a little embaressed by his outburst. He hadn't realized that his young juvenile self was still so close to the surface.

Amara gave a small shrug. "Chaos might see Nanook as a threat of the pride. Better he at least have a chance with us than here" she said. She did wonder if it would cause issues to have both Ajihad and Nanook together in a pride without an older lion in charge, but she didnt see how much on an issue it could be.

She gave a soft chuckle had chaos' loud outburst. "I'm going to go get one of the kills for the Cubs and perhaps the hunters if there's any left" her words were almost a question since she didn't want to go against chaos' wishes. She was wueen now. She needed to show it.

Chaos raised a brow, "A fresh kill or one that is at the camp?" He didn't remeber smelling any prey scent on the lionesses when they came to the watering hole. He was hungry, so he hoped they had leftover prey at the den. "You can go get fresh prey or prey that is at the den, but you may want to get someone to help you," he advised.

"there should be a carcass or two left at camp" she stated, her tone more confident this time. She turned to one of the lioness and called her over. "we won't be long" they both bolted of towards camp.

They returned later on with a zebra carcass, should be enough for the Cubs. The lioness and indigo dragged the carcass towards the waterhole. Placing it on the edge and growling to call the Cubs.
