"If you see yourself as a monster, you can be one. But just remember this; in our eyes, you are a hero. Don't forget it...or what River said." Ava said sternly, walking outside of the gate. She sighed, sitting just outside the gate, waiting for the humans that Adria called "the police". Ava had seen them once. They had bright lights and loud sirens. Ava shivered at the thought. It hurt her ears as a pup. She looked at Adria every once in a while, checking to make sure that she was fine. |
