Mercy "If you judged her to be good and need the comfort and solace of others.. then of course we will accept her with howls of welcome my love". He nuzzles the red fur of his mate and sighs. Taking comfort in her scent. Knowing she is alright... dangers have been creeping ever closer in seemed .. and to have Aluralyn back at his side was a relief. . "Do you feel like you would need others to come and find her? To help let her know she has no need to fear us if all she seeks is sanctuary?" |

Mercy Aluralyn will wave a tail tip, signaling her happiness at his answer. "I have yet to find them, but I would like to try. Another able bodied wolf would strengthen the pack." She will turn and looks back to him. "Do you want to come with me? If not, I will seek out the new wolf on my own." She will look around before barking to Cypress. "Do you wish to go with me toi find the new female?" . She will start to head out, knowing her mate would follow if he wanted to and she really didn't want to lose the scent of the outsider. She will head back to the area where she found the scent and sniffs, nose raised and twitching. Catching the faint scent again, she will head off in the direction of the smell, seeking its source. |

Mercy Rafael huffs once in his agreement. Padding off silently after her on the trail as he watches Aluralyn track. Eyes scanning the forest for signs of either another wolf or something more dangerous. "Follow her... find her Aluralyn.. I know your nose is keener than mine in that aspect". With a flick of an ear he listens to the soft noises of their small pack disappear.. their distance from home widening. "I just hope she made it through the Between in one piece... you smelled no blood right?" |

Mercy - M: Rafael, Aluralyn, pack (ind) Cypress peeked her head out of her den at Aluralyn's bark. "Da, chert voz'mi! As beautiful as the Ruin is, Alpha, I need some space away from these debily make me go orekhi." Shaking out her fur, which was beginning to harden, Cypress slid out of her den and trotted to her Alpha's mate's side. "Poydem, please, Milady. The only way I'm staying at the Ruin for more than a day at a time is if I'm pupped, and that hasn't happened." Cy dipped her head to her Alphas and second, then smirked at the rest of the pack before rolling her eyes. She couldn't wait to have pups. The brown female followed quickly as Aluralyn raced out of the Ruin. ~ Da, chert voz'mi - Hell yes

Mercy The white wolf sighed and shook out his ruff. Moving to trot along and follow the ladies of his pack out into the borderlands nearing the Between. "As long as you don't expect me to be doing the siring, as I think you know Aluralyn would take offense to that" . He chuffed a little laugh, "if you find a male one of these days out and about on your expeditions, you know we would not turn you away.... many would... but we are grateful for all of the help you have been this last year especially Cypress". The ground grew darker and the grass started to die....as the light of the softly glimmering flowers began to began to no longer reach out to the earth, the twisted structures of the between started to loom ahead. |

Mercy- Aluralyn- Cypress, Raefael, Pack "Not when I scented her, Rafael... But you have forbid me from going Between when I am on my own, so I did not persue her..." She replies a bit exasperatedly. The restricts her mate placed on her were out of an abundance of caution and a few near death experiences they have had before coming here, but they still rubbed the bold wolf the wrong way sometimes. But out of respect for her mate, she obeyed them...usually... . After a little while, they come to an open clearing along the border with Between. "This is where I caught her scent... Wait..." Aluralyn's nose starts to go crazy as she puts her head to the ground and hustles across the border into the expanse of Between. In the distance, all of them smell blood and the distinct smell of ozone. |

Mercy- Rafael - Aluralyn, cypress, pack At the strange scent his hackles raise. Slinking lower as they start to smell blood. . . "Aluralyn... take Cypress and two others to the south.. I will move with the remainder to the west ... we'll circle around to see what truly is here" . With a soft low boof he orders his 4 to follow and he will take off for the underbrush. Moving down the treeline and towards the sources of the scent. Keeping himself downwind along with the other hunters. |

Mercy Tae'oma M: Pack Tae'oma's paws thudded silently on the packed dirt as he padded back into the Ruin, arriving back into the main area just in time to see his packmate's tails disappear into the underbrush. He paused mid-step, head quirking curiosly to the side. I wonder where they are off to? He mused silently to himself, looking around. Well, I figure I'll stay here and keep watch over the Ruin until the alphas get back. He hadn't been gone long, Tae was just stretching his legs on a short walk when he had scented a small animal and had pursued it a short ways hoping to catch a quick snack. However luck hadn't been on his side and he had returned with nothing to show. After sniffing the air and a quick glance around to assure everything was alright, Tae'oma padded over to an old, crumbling tower of stone on the edge of the Ruin. With practiced ease he lept from boulder to boulder of the pile of debris that hugged the side of the tower until he landed silently on the flat stone platform on top. This was Tae's favorite lookout point. He could easily see what was going on in the Ruin below, and had a good view of some of the land beyond. He sat back on his haunches, tail curled at his side and ears pricked forward, settling in to watch and wait. |

Mercy- Aluralyn- Cypress, Rafael, Pack- Between Aluralyn will woof once to her chosen three. "Cypress, I want you on my flank. You other two are going to hang back if things get nasty and surprise whatever this is... got it?" She will nod once and starts slinking toward the smell. . Going through a bit of underbrush, the pack comes upon a horrific sight. A great skaley beast the size of a horse with wings for forearms is feasting on what could be assumed was a wolf at one time. The smell of ozone is harsher here and the creature seems intent on eating its kill, not paying attention to its surroundings. . Aluralyn will raise her tail a little to signal for her few to hold position until the beast has his head in the carcass again before leaping forward. Her supernatural strength will kick on as adrenaline rushes through her. She leaps and scrabbles to sink her teeth into the back of the neck of the wyrm. . Prosperity- Jsy'thryn- Oryxxz and Ashkylnn- Dens Jys'thryn will gently lick his mate's muzzle. "Your gift is not a hindrance. You will give me pups when you are good and ready to. Until then, I need to make the pack as safe and strong as it can be to make sure that the pups will have a safe home..." . He will then tip his nose toward Ashkylnn again. " I will let her choose her force. Ashkylnn is a worthy second and I can trust her to make the best choices when it comes to hunting parties for the pack." He will turn his head again and noses his mate's cheek. "Do not worry, Oryxxz... The flying lizard is long gone. I chased him off and left him with a bloody snout to make sure he doesn't come this way again." He will try to ease his mate's fears by cleaning his face, knowing that the motion will only partially help calm him down. |
