Flame followed Kai who seemed nervous but with an air of excitement. She couldn't blame him, it was their second day of school and they already made one friend. Yep, they were doing well. Flame looked back at Nyko as they walked. He seemed okay but normally he took the lead so today was a bit odd. |

Addy-Human-Female Addy was on her way to school humming softly. She spotted Akira up ahead and quietly snuck up on her. Reaching out her hands she grabbed Akira's waist. "BAH!!" She yelled loudly. Unable to control her laughter at Akira's reaction. Giggling too much to completely block the hit Akira gave her. "What has got you so lost in thought anyway? No matter how hard I try I can never scare you." She asked as her giggling finally began to subside. Akira-Human-Female Akira was walking towards the school. Thoughts of last night and the dream tugging at her mind. She nearly jumped out of her skin when Addy had approached her from behind. "ADDY!! DON'T DO THAT TO ME!! I ALMOST HAD A HEART ATTACK!!" She yelled playfully swinging and hitting Addy on the arm. Holding a hand to her chest she swung a couple more times at Addy. Allowing her heart beat to return to normal she kicked a pebble across the sidewalk. "Last night I found a stray dog just laying in the sidewalk. I brought it home." She stopped at this moment when Addy started chastising her and asking her what she was thinking. When Addy stopped talking long enough Akira continued. "I dressed it's wounds. They looked like burns Addy. The new girl Flame showed up with three more and said she'd been out looking for him. But... something about the story doesn't add up Addy.... The burns were recent." Addy asked her what she was gonna do now. "I don't know yet.... I'll figure that out eventually." She said thoughtfully. She debated on whether she was gonna tell her friend about the dream or not. Jacob-Male-Werewolf-Beta Jacob followed the rest of his packmates out of the house. Falling back to walk alongside his Alpha. "Hey Alpha is everything alright?" He asked. He was probably gonna catch hell for not being with the search party last night, but he was tired. Pretending to be a human all day and make friends with humans was exhausting. But he had to see if his Alpha was okay.
((SO SORRY LIFE HAPPENED AND THEN BLAH SORRY SORRY SORRY Also totally forgot about Jacob so I'm just gonna throw him in right now saying he went to bed early and slept through the search party xD feel free to give him crap after all he is the beta)) |

Nyko nodded to the beta. He continued on to the school. "Come on guys we dont want to be late to our second day of school." He said lively with a little bounce in his step. He made his way to the front of the group leading the rest of the way checking back every now and then for stragglers. Dad used to stay at the back of the pack with mom checking for stragglers while I lead the pack as a pup. I'm gonna have to learn to do that. He thought to himself. . Kai picked up his pace a little bit to keep up with the others. only ourbsecond day. Man it feels like we've been her for forever. he said looking down at the poster boards. Atleast it seems we are fitting in well. Besides last night. |

Flame | Female | Beta | M: Group Flame kept pace with Jacob as he joined them. He had missed the search party last night for some reason but she didn't note on it. Not when they were going to school. When Nyko took the lead, she looked behind them to make sure everyone was with them. Turning back, she picked up her pace to stay near Nyko as he led them to school.

Shadow trotted through the forest, finally making it to the town. Amber was by his side, sniffing for any danger. Circling the edge of town, they started towards the cabin. A connection opened up in his mind to Nyko and the pack but disappeared a moment later. The kids were probably on their way to school. He took the lead as they came to a river before they made it to camp. "Not bad," Amber said looking around before shifting. Shadow shifted before unlocking the door and heading inside. "You can rest until the kids come back from school and we can talk later." Shadow said, heading for the kitchen. "Actually, I want you to teach me about the pack before I go take a nap. Is there anything that I should know about this territory or the pack itself?" Amber said, seating herself on the sofa in the living room. Shadow made some tea before bringing a cup to her. "We currently do not have a healer and the pack is quite small...." Shadow began explaining the pack and the basics of the territory that they had come upon. |

As they entered the school yard, Nyko notice that other students were already there. He looked back at his pack then looked around for Akira. Not seeing her, he headed to his locker wondering if she was inside already. . Kai looked around at all the other students and began to get nervous. He dropped his stuff off at his locker before heading to the art room to drop off the poster. Once the poster had been dropped off, he went to his home room and sat down in the back. |

Flame Flame entered the school yard and paused, noticing that Nyko also scanned the clearing. Most likely for Akira as she was doing. The others headed for their lockers and Flame took one last look around before following. Dropping her stuff in at her locker, she headed for her homeroom, finding Kai in the back. From the looks of it, he had dropped off the poster. Good, he didn't need to be lugging that around all day. Flame sat down nearby, her eyes scanning the room in what seemed like a lazy look. The humans didn't notice the sharpness in her eyes that meant she was wary, but that was normal. |

Nyko sat at the back of the class with the rest of his pavkmates. All the seats around them remained empty as he watched the door. He was looking for one person in particular. He passed his bag in the seat next to him to prevent anyone from sitting there as he watched the door looking for Akira . . Kai glanced over at Nyko and followed his alpha gaze to the door. No doubt waiting for the human girl to enter the room. Kai went back to looking out the window waiting for the class to start. |

Flame settled down as she waited for class to start, noting that Nyko was watching the door. Most likely waiting for Akira to enter. Flame pulled out a book before starting to read the last chapter that was needed for english.

Shadow finished his tea before getting up. Lily had fallen asleep on the couch so he covered her with a blanket before going outside. Maybe he would scrounge up some herbs for her while she slept and the kids were at school. Shifting, he headed into the woods smelling for any sweet or bitter herbs that he used to collect for Lily. |

After a moment, nyko stopped watching the door and focused on the teacher. He took notes as the teacher lectured and got his drawing finished. He sighed as he looked back at the door hoping to see Akira standing there. . Kai tried to focus on the teacher but found his mind and eyes wondering as usual. He pulled out his note book and began to doodle allowing his mind to refocus on the teacher. |

Kathleen shoved the door of her class open, out of breath. It slammed against its doorstop. "Am I late?" she panted. She panicked when she saw class had already started. Frazzled, she sat down at a desk and pushed her forehead into her hands. I'm so embarrassed, she thought miserably. Her hair was sticking out everywhere, and her too-big shirt she had snatched from her mother's closet while hurrying hung loosely around her shoulders. She sighed as she realized it was on backwards. The kitten sitting in a coffee mug was on her back. Kathleen nearly wanted to cry. |
