Nyko realized that he had ran into the town. This was a dangerous place for him while he was in his wolf form. Effects from the run caught up with him and his chest wahs heaving. He was struggling to get some air and his side where his burn was hurt. His legs wobbled as the pain in his side intensified and he fell to the ground. No worries. He thought to himself. It was late in the day and the sun had begun to fall so he assumed that no one would be out. . Once in his room, Kai sat down. They had all been going through a rough time with the attack and the fire that killed a lot of their pack. They all had lost loved ones. Kai knew that Nyko had been close to a lot of the wolves. "He must still be in huge pain about what had happened that night and when Shadow brought up his mother.... That must have been the breaking point for him."Kai muttered to himself. |

Shadow Shadow stopped at the edge of town. This wasn't good. The trail led straight into the town. Shaking out his fur, he looked back at the forest once before venturing into the town. This was a dangerous place to be for a wolf. He needed to find his alpha and get out of there. Thankfully, it was later in the day so most of the humans would be relaxing inside. However, with the sun starting its fall, dogs would be coming out and that could be bad. Even for a wolf. A dog pack vs a wolf was never an advantage for either side. Shadow was halfway through the town when he ran into a fence. Ack, this was why he hated the town. And tracking at the same time. His eyesight wasn't what it used to be. Shaking his head, he started around it when he came to a road. He coughed at the scent, losing Nyko's scent. He backed up, trying to retrace his steps to find the scent again. |

Akira and Addy-female-human-M:each other Akira will Mention Nyko and Shadow. Akira had arrived at Addy's house and happily accepted the egg sitting with Addy at the counter. The two talked and laughed about their day. Akira told Addy of her drawing in art class. Addy was intrigued and wanted to see it. Akira showed Addy the drawing, exclaiming softly at how good it was. "The sketches of the trees are amazing I'm glad to see my teaching skill have been of use. These wolves have so much detail, although they don't look like ordinary wolves. You always did have a fondness of the supernatural. The details in the fighting the wounds the teeth and looks in their eyes everything. Good job Akira." She smiled looking up to Akira watching as she ate her egg sandwich. Akira giggled as she complimented the sandwich which Addy simply said duh. The two gossiped and chatted until it was nearly dark, and Akira parted ways heading home. She was walking through through the streets when she noticed a big lump of fur laying ahead. 'What is that?' She wondered and began to move closer to investigate. |

Nyko's ears swiveled. He could hear someone getting closer but was too weak to move. He heaved trying to breathe. He tried lifting his head to turn it but it fell back to the pavement. . Kai could feel something was off. He headed to Flames room and knocked on the door |

Shadow Shadow felt something off but couldn't pinpoint exactly where it was coming from. He finally managed to cross the road before picking up the scent on the other side. He trotted through the alleyways quickly, following the scent. He had to get to his alpha now.
Flame
Flame was studying when she felt something slightly off. A moment later, someone knocked on the door. Kai. She got up and opened the door before saying quietly, "You feel it too? We need to find Nyko and Shadow. It's almost dark, they should have been home sooner." She moved, placing a hand on Kai's shoulder before starting downstairs. She picked up a couple things they might need before locking the door, "Come on Kai!" She called before shifting, waiting right outside for her packmate. She could smell her alpha and elder in the clearing but was unsure how far the trail would go. |

Kai followed flame outside. He shifted as soon as the door closed and started forward waiting for flame to take the lead. He felt like panicking but knew he should stay calm. It was probably nothing and they were both probably fine. . Nyko started to panic his lungs felt heavy and his side was in flames. His eyes rolled to the back of his head and moments of that night flashed before his eyes. How the rival pack attacked and the forest burst into flames. There house was engulfed in a matter of seconds. There were few who hadn't managed to escape and their scream filled the air. The rival pack snarled and all around him, Nykos pack transformed to meet the rivals head on. |

Flame As soon as Kai was out the door, she took the lead sprinting through the forest. It was probably nothing but better safe than sorry. This was their alpha they were talking about after all. And after that picture he showed them. . .better to make sure they were okay. She weaved the trees, knowing that Kai could keep up with her. She backed off from her sprint a little bit as she realized that the trail was faint as if it had started to fade with time. Meaning that no one doubled back and kept heading forward. This might take a while, best to save strength for now. |

Kai sniffed the air and noticed that the trail had been growing faint as well. He breathed in all the different smells trying to see if there were any other trails made by his alpha. There were none. Kai stayed close behind Flame. He flicked his tail in question of what to do. Keep following the faint trail or double back and make sure there isn't a stronger trail. She was in charge at the moment after all. |

Flame Flame looked over at Kai as she saw his tail flick in question. She came gently to a halt before sniffing around. No other scents made by their alpha. This was the only trail they had which meant they follow it quickly before it fades. She looked over to Kai before pushing her ears forward and then flattening them. Keep going. This might be the only trail they had. Flame started into a fast lope again, making sure to keep up a good pace where she wouldn't tire and Kai wouldn't tire easily. |

Kai's ears swiveled forward a little. Okay. He started after her keeping up easily. He knew that they wouldn't want to tire themselves out just incase they had to fend something off. The trail seemed to be growing faint fast which was odd. Usually they could smell 2 or 3 day old trails. |
