Ryder smiled before laying down in the den. His tail lightlybrushed the ground.

Damian followed rhyder. When he saw the wolf laydown, he pounced on the wolfs back. Damian nibbled rhyders ear playfully and let out a small growl.

Jasper followed close behind inka. He kept his head and tail in a beta position as he followed her through the forest.

Inkas paw steps were light and small, almost like she was hunting, though she wasn't moving quite so quickly. She paused to sniff the air, catching a small scent of wolf blood. "You smell that?" She asked, turning her head towards Jasper.

Rhyder nipped at Damian gently, playing with him.

Damian laughed and rolled off of rhyders back. He growled and got in a playbow.

Jasper lifted his head to sniff the air. His nose twitched as he searched for a scent and caught the smell of wolf blood. He gave a nod. "yep. Thats wolf blood." He confirmed.

Inka nodded and padded on towards the smell with her ears back. What is someone needed help? As they moved on, the smell grew stronger, and she managed to hear the whimpering of a she-wolf, then caught the faint smell of a male. She growled a little, placing herself in the bushes, looking around until she caught sight of a younger looking female laying on the ground with a large gash on her front leg, and a similar looking male sitting with his head on her side, looking rather lost. She looked at Jasper for a moment before turning her head back and walking back out, towards the two. "Excuse me?" She asked with her ears back, "Do you two need any help?"

Rhyder and Damian played. They wrestled and rolled around on the floor laughing.

Jasper slowly followed behind inka. He looked at the female and male wondering what had happened.

The male who seemed to be a little more fearsome than she had expected had jumped up swiftly, ears back and a growl managed to storm through his throat. He was clearly protecting the slightly smaller female, but the reaction had made Inka jump, but only the slightest bit. "Hey, hey! Calm down, we're not here to hurt your friend!" Inka promised, taking a few step forward before getting corrected, "Sister." The male growled coldly, not moving, not even a little. "If you let us through, we can he-" She was cut of by a loud and rather cruel "NO! Don't you dare come any closer!" The male growled, but the she wolf looked up at him with a small whimper. It was clear she was in a lot of pain. "Inny!" The female cut her brother off, pleading with her eyes for help. "Fine." The male grumbled, stepping to the side to let them get to his sister. Inka looked at the small female curiously before padding towards her, "Hello" Inka started offering a small smile, "I'm Inka, what might your name be?" Inka asked softly. "Coelum. And that over there's Infernum." The young looking female murmured quietly as if she didn't want him to hear

Jasper stayed where he was. His slightly larger ears picked up the exchange of names. He didn't move forward. He was waiting directions from Inka and at the same time ready to take on the male if he needed to. Jasper kept glancing from the male to the two females watching all three at the same time.

Just by looking at the two, Inka could tell she was rather young. Well, at least two years younger than her at least. "Do you mind te-" She was cut off. "Coyotes." The female rushed to reply. "You were going to ask what happened to us. Well, it was Coyotes." Coelum replied, her ears flickering. "How long ago was this?" Inka asked her head tilted slightly to the side. "Last night. They'll be long gone by now." Was her reply. "I'm sorry to ask you this, but do you know anywhere that might be able to help us... A pack near by or anything like that?" Coelum asked, looking for ger bothers gaze who gave her a nod of approval. It seemed as though the she wolf needed validation to do anything. "Well... We happen to have a pack, but tell me, how do you feel about humans?"

Jasper narrowed his eyes at the male. He looked to inka when she mentioned them being a pack and chuckled when she asked how they felt about humans. Jasper had been a little weary at first but he had already warmed up to the boy and wouldn't let anything happen to him.

The female looked back to her brother once again, looking a little confused, "Why?" She questioned Inka, looking a little concerned. "Well, you see, there is a young human boy staying with us for the time being, he really is fine with us," She promised, trying to convince them to come with them. "Only if you promise to help us," The male started, turning away from Jasper. "If either of us get hur-" Inka cut him off, nodding, "I promise. We are quite protected where we are." She said finally, looking to Jasper with a small smile, "Do you mind helping her up?" She questioned, gesturing to the female on the ground, her brother already starting to help her, but it was clear he needed help. Once she was up, Inka started to pad back towards the den swiftly, the quicker they got back, the quicker they could help this female. Inka got back a few moments before the others, so had time to talk to Rhyder. "Rhyder?" She breathed as soon as they got to the little cave, she padded up to him and pressed her muzzle against his chest, "I have two wolves coming, but one of them is injured," She stated softly, taking a step or so back, "I should be able to help her, but she wont be able to do very much for the time being." She whispered softly, just to warn at the she wolf wouldn't be very helpful for a short while.
