The rougue wolf turned tail and ran. Rhyder faced Inka."Where's Damian?" He asked licking the other wolf's blood off his paw. The other wolf had managed to hurt one of Rhyder's front paws but he didn't let Inka know or let his pain show.

Damian stayed where he was waiting for the female wolf to come back.

"Damians in an old shed, where humans used to be, no one ever goes there." She assured him, pressing her muzzle into his fur. "But are you okay?" She asked into him, before licking his cheek warmly and resting back into his fur.

"I'm fine. Come on the poor man pup is probably scared half to death." Rhyder said as he nuzzled Inka back. He licked her head and nuzzled her neck before nudging her to lead the way to Damian.

"Wolf? Hello? Are you back yet?" Damian called through the silent shed into the silent forest. A tear fell from his eye. He didn't want to be left alone again.

She nodded quietly and bounced through the forest rather quickly, then slowed down to stay at Rhyders side. "Do you know why that other wolf was here? He'd obviously been hiding for a while." She asked quietly, her voice smooth as she picked up speed again. She worried slightly for Damian, but knew he'd be alright where he was.

"No idea."Rhyder said as he kept pace with Inka. His paw was starting to hurt but he ignored it not wantint to limp and cause Inka to worry when they should be worried about Damian. "He didn't attack til the wind shifted and blew Damians scent into the strangers nose." He said hoping to keep her attention off of him.

"Huh...Guess I didn't notice that." She noted as they came up to the shed where Damian was sitting. She smiled to herself seeing he was alright and sat next to him quietly. She looked over him to make sure he was okay.

Damian wrapped his arms around Inka. "Thanks for coming back." He said as he buried his face into her coat. He was shaking a little but he brushed it off. He got up and walked over to Rhyder. "Thank you for protecting me." He said as he gave the wolf a hug.

Rhyder gave a startled look when Damian hugged him. "No problem." He said and licked the kids face.

"Of course we came back." She told him, curling her head around him before he passed off to Rhyder. She gave Rhyder a soft smile and padded to his side. "Ready to go? She asked him calmly.

"Ready." He said before smiling at Damian. "Come on Damian lets go." He said to the small boy.

Damian looked at Rhyder and started to get on his back.

"Just this once." Rhyder told Damian. "After this you have to start walking for your self. we wont be able to carry you around all the time."

Damian smiled and climbed onto Rhyders back. He entangled his small fingures into the wolf's fur.

Inka looked at the two affectionately before starting to move again. "Rhyder, you are very cute with him." She noted with a soft chuckle, pressing her side against his.
