knees are so damageable, it's ridiculous. babys don't have kneecaps, ergo, humans simply shouldn't have knees.
not only is 'knee' a bizarre and unholy word that deserves to be abolished from the dictionary, but it has two many ligaments. Like four. Four ligaments, all easily breakable. Arthritis can ko a knee. falling can ko a knee. literally anything known to humanity can take out a knee. and the ligaments. horrifying, I'm aware.

Agreed. What is the point of knees, anyway? Just to cause pain to ourselves, or to look weird? So ridiculous, why have knees. |

Agreed. We do not need to bend our legs. On a more serious note knees do suck. My hips, knees, and ankles enjoy the fine art of tormenting me on a daily basis. Sorry to hear about your acl :( Id suggest a low inflammation diet (no grains), keto might work if you want some guidelines to follow. My mums knee pulled some shit on her about a year ago, it helped her heal much faster |
