So here is the short version as the other version is long:

Every Monday the bins get put out and on Tuesdays the rubbish truck came. I went to bring my bins in on Wednesday (real life) and found that someone stole one of my bins. I brough both my other bin and the neighbours bin then went hunting.

Low and behold I found my bin at a neighbours house tucked around the corner, hidden by a large bush. I took/stole my bin back and gave their one back.

I was annoyed because their bin lid had white sticky tape making numbers on their lid so all they had to do was flip the lid, see no tape and realize that it wasn't their bin. Nope. They took one of my bins.

Luckily though that this was the first time it happened. I'm hoping it won't happen again.
