Sorry if this question was posted elsewhere, but if so, I couldn't find it after searching for "generation" or "gen". I'm somewhat new to the game, and I always see breeders being proud of low generation, or aiming for it. Is there any effect on gameplay, or is there some other reason? Thanks!

It just makes it easier to keep track of clean lined wolves, and clean lined wolves are more popular than IB (inbred) wolves. Though IB doesn't have any negative effects
