As a returning player from nearly the start of the game I'm going to give a highly detailed value report with my logic applied to it.
all common is the starting point of value for any wolf in my possession.
it doesn't matter if it's got a legendary coat if it doesn't hit a minimum of 40R AC without it then I know that wolf is not going to give me good pups. There are a handful of wolves in my pack that don't meet my AC requirements and they are not breeders often for that reason. The likelihood of me getting bad pups is actually increased 10 fold by those odds. This has been proven to me countless times that the lower the AC the less likely the pups will be worth anything. With that in mind this is how I value wolves based on AC alone
0-30R AC - Kill
30-39R AC - worth 25 to 50 mush (more with defect/boost)
40-49R AC - this is the section worth keeping for breeding this is the baseline I start out with when I've rejoined the game. Prices should be 100-500 mush. Females are worth more.
50+ R AC - again these are in the keep for breeding section, they have a even better chance at giving good pups. Selling should be anywhere from
500-1500 mush if not more for females.
what makes or breaks these prices is generation. If I can't see the wolves full generation on the first panel of it then the wolf is not worth my time to keep at all. 1-3G females are my keepers anything past 5G the price is cut by more than half it drops the worth that much to me. If it's inbred I don't mess with it at all and if I accidental inbreed my wolves I kill them.
Now onto the boosts and defects
any of the color changing boosts/ defects should cost more than 200 mush if not apples
the defects that do nothing and the boosts that don't benefit as much as SV, MB, DH, those ones are worth like an additional 15 mush on the total
SV,MB,DH these increase the price a minimum of 100 mush but it should be more than that.
All positive vitals - 15-30 mush increase on price
negative vitals - doesn't effect price unless all are negative if all are negative decreases price by 15
talents anything below 200 isnt worth keeping alive unless it's high rarity AC. 200-300 talents - 100-300 mush
300-400 talents - 300-500 mush
400+ T - 500 mush to apple prices
BE trained pricing
less than 100 BE - 25-50 mush increase
anything above 100 BE -
100-2000 mush if not more, depending on age and total BE.
Age
1-8 years old, in this age range priced at full value
9+ price should be reduced anywhere from 25-50% the older they get the lower the price
ExH,ExW- price increase 100-500 mush
i would like for others to do what I have done above because I'm pretty sure us older players think around the same as me. I would like to know the current logic behind pricing because I do not understand still. ^^
