I can't crush your hopes and dreams because I'm tired, depressed, apathetic, haven't been on to the point that I no longer exist in the alliance or community, my mom has cancer and that's draining, my boss is a useless waste of oxygen that doesn't understand the basic concept of "If you take care of the trucks and station, people will actually want to hang around and not leave because the trucks are dying/death traps and the station might definitely be haunted." And I'm just tired... so tired...

I mean, it's really just whatever. It happens. Time and unforseen circumstances befell us all at some point.

But, yeah, I mean she'll probably be ok. She's mostly just tired and has very, very little apatite. That and her immune system is shot because this time, unlike the last two times, she's doing full course chemo and that kills literally everything. So she's more prone to getting sick if she's not careful. I, as an EMT, have to watch myself because I interact with sick/gross people every shift so I have to be mindful to not touch or interact with my mom between when I get home and when I take a shower lest I run the risk of contaminating something.

I don't think she's dying. I mean, seeing her as she is, it's easy to think she's dying and I'm kinda, you know, a wee bit attached to my mom so there's always that concern. But I don't think she's dying. I'm pretty sure she's not dying.
