yep sometimes I fear spiders, depending on the species mostly fear tight spaces or crowds (claustrophobia) I found out about the crowds when I was 5 and I was getting a really bad anxiety attack from it, tight spaces was when I was a bit older I think I was 7? me and my sister were playing hide and seek and I hid under the bed, my dog got in front of me and my bed was on the corner of my bedroom so I couldn't get out and my dog tried to calm me down but couldn't, he got my mom and she had to pull me out because of how bad I was panicking ^^" |
