I can't do personality or backstory unless they have names. I'm also on my old computer so if I swear then I am sorry in advance

Canine - Scout (she has a vest type black marking on her back)

Feline - Hex (dunno it just came to mind because I'm tired and thought I saw hexagons on her fur... TwT) Also I love Turkish Angoras! <3

For the German : Schindler, I had a German Shepherd named Schidler once... My Grandpa is a history fanatic

For th Kitty : Filidea, means wild cat, also Latin for "one of fur" or "cat"
