Yes, you can breed a wolf with the Infatuation boost anytime. You have to wait until the next wolf party event for a first generation one, though

1: Just born that way - "runs" in the family.

2: Lives in a little cave by Hidden Falls

3: probably Boxer - a red panda with no tail. Known each other long enough that I can't remember ^^
