| @nirvana Well they have bigger blinds here. So I go 42" faux wood blinds for $140 for 2 of them. Its so my cats can't tear them up. And $70 an hour for installation. |

| Not sure I like paying $780 to live in the hood. But. Its a nice enough apartment on the inside. A few months before I moved in it was $425. When I moved in it was $625. Now its $775 |

| Apothecary Eww. For the blinds we have to pay for the labor and the blind which comes around 120 bucks. Recently we got our dog and he tore up a blind when we weren't home. (We didn't have crate yet). So we just paid for own blind and installed it ourself. We paid 5 dollars for the blind instead of the 120 dollars |

| I have to pay $70 for them to come replace my blinds AND i had to pay for the blinds. They definitely nickel and dime. But its not the apartment. Its the management company. They changed management companies. Raised the rent. |

| Wow. My apartment complex fixes whatever that happens unless it's a blind or a hole in the wall. Everything else they fix with no charge. Like recently my dishwasher starting leaking and they fixed it. |

| No need for any payment. I have a bunch of each! But thank you though! @Mladyskyler I have to pay for them to come fix things. @Nirvana I just turn my tv up till I can't hear it and record it. If she ever complains about me I have proof otherwise. I work 60-80 hours a week. I think I'm about to move my computer setup to my living room. |

| I am a downstairs neighbor in my apartment and my upstairs neighbors stomp around and flick their cigarette butts through their porch crack onto ours. Their bedroom is right above ours and at like 2-4am they are stomping so loud. |

| Apothecary Oh my. Well I used to have this neighbor that would stomp after 10 pm and I would use a broom and smack the ceiling. Cause after awhile I got tired of going up there to ask them to be quiet. Then I would get petty enough to use a Bluetooth speaker and put it near a vent with loud music or on loop of someone yelling shut up. |
