My breathing gets bad, heart races and I feel as if I'm about to collapse. It ain't fun. And I know I'm not just out of shape as I have always had this problem of getting out of breath and light head. Just never had. Smart watch to tell me my heart rate til now

I use Medibang Paint Pro on a surface pro x. And occasionally Krita. Page one art was done on my phone, and is being kept to show the progress I've made :)
