Shizuka

The people of this city are consumed by hatred and resentment, their hearts hardened by the harsh realities of life. Kindness and compassion are rare commodities, replaced by a pervasive sense of apathy and indifference towards one another.
In this desolate city, criminals roam freely, their presence felt in every corner. Shizuka has become a breeding ground for lawlessness, with gangs and thieves ruling the streets. Innocent citizens live in constant fear, their lives overshadowed by the constant threat of violence and theft.
Perhaps even more disheartening is the city's justice system, which fails to provide any semblance of fairness or retribution. The highest killers, those who have taken lives without remorse, receive a mere slap on the wrist. A sentence of ten years is a mockery of justice, a mere whisper of punishment for the irreparable damage they have caused.
