I switched courses during high school and since then have dropped out of another two, and right now I'm headed for a programming course that has nothing to do with arts at all
I miss doing workshop work, though, I remember one time I was hammering a pinecone to get flakes to then hot glue on canvas, those were good days

In my case this was during high school (in my country in the typical education progression you pick a course and I picked arts) so it was a very mixed bag but there were a few kids that really shined... it was just that most didn't and had picked the arts course to avoid "harder" subjects
