Yes, you can breed a wolf with the Infatuation boost anytime. You have to wait until the next wolf party event for a first generation one, though

I'd easily say this could go for 700+ mushrooms. Depending on the amount of art, the boxes and stuff.

I'd say probably this as well, 700-750 should be about the lowest you should go for
