Are we allowed to make a custom in the custom maker and use the image as our pack avatar? I don't really like having a blank pack avatar (it makes me feel annoyed) and I don't really have the time to draw one just yet!

Yup! That's allowed, as long as you have something along the lines of '(c) Wolfplaygame' in your bio, notes or in the image. ^^
Though wp already puts it on the custom images, so you don't have to worry about that.
