'My Custom Design' Bug

I cannot add a folder in my custom design. The game keeps saying 'Folder added' but I don't see it.
I recently deleted a folder and decided to add a new one. I don't know how I actually got this weird bug-thingy. Maybe it's a glitch? Not sure. I think it's a bug.
I hope this gets fixed soon.

Have you tried making a Custom design and adding it to the new folder? The folders don't show unless there's something in them.
