I'm planning on editing some wolf stock photos that I bought from Lakela on DA (Her bio says 10 points for each photo and I sent her 170) as well as some photos from the DA artist CastleGraphics. Castle says on her homepage that her artwork is available for commercial use just as long as she gets 5% of anything above 50 dollars (if its actual money being used)

Is this okay? Or will my work be removed? Even though I know it's allowed, I am still asking because a mod removed my profile picture the other day saying I "didn't give credit to the original artist" and that "I cannot use a google image"..lol.. All credit was in my bio and it wasn't a google image it was a dawnthieves image that I edited myself. I was told that I could use dawnthieves (by SixBears) as long as it isn't commercial use because it says on their homepage that commercial isnt allowed. So I just don't want that happening again with these new photos. And seeing as how this isn't dawnthieves that I will be using, it should be okay. Specially since I payed.

Lakela's stock isn't allowed to be used as we only allowed free to use, properly credited stock that are uploaded by the stock owner here on Wolfplay

Dawntheives is fine as long as it isn't being sold, as you were told by SixBears

Okay, so what your saying is even though the stock artist says that its okay for commercial use, we still aren't allowed to use it, even if we give them credit and show picture proof that we paid for it?

Oh, and with that being said, is there /any/ stock artist that we are allowed to use for adopts/ pfps or is it stock in general that isnt allowed?

As I recall when I messaged you about using Dawnthieves, credits must be given to the original photographer, not just to the website. I didn't say Dawnthieves was unallowed. :)

There is a list in the Artwork forums of stock sources that cannot be used.
