To breed your wolves, click on one of their wolf links/names and scroll to Manage Your Wolf. From there, you can hit "Breed" and choose to either breed them to a wolf within your pack or set them up for public breeding, or private breeding if you are a Premium member.

If you are trying to breed to another wolf, make sure that it says "Breed to" directly below the wolf picture. The price should show, and the wolves that you can breed to them should show in the selection area.

If the features are indistinguishable, such as a silhouette, then I believe it's allowed.
