To increase pack happiness, make sure none if your wolves have the same dominance. Also, check their affinity. If they aren't excellent, they will bring your pack happiness down. All your pack happiness does is make your wolves heal better, so dont worry about it affecting anything major if its low.

As for play, this is a premium feature. You need to be a premium member to play with wolves
