If you purchase them, they are yours for good until you decide to get rid of them, gift them, etc. However the event shop is only opened with event specific decor during certain times of the year.

I was thinking more in terms of what the shop itself stocks. For example, if I don't get any of the decor, will they come back next year or do they retire and get replaced with new stuff??
