Omg my sis hair is so cute. I gave her pig tails then split each pig tail into 1 big section and 2 small sections either side. Big section is bubble braid and little sections are 3 strand braids. So cute.

According to the updates in the news on July 17th, it states:
"The PVP Battle notice will only show if there is battle available from someone who is not in your faction."

If you're seeing a PVP battle notice against someone in your faction, I believe it is considered a bug and should be reported in the bug boards. :)
