yup anytime i do pasta or taco dishes and use garlic and actually chop it I can smell it on my hands for 2-3 days no matter how many times I scrub them

Oh my hands were SO sticky from all the oils and such coming off of that. I've washed them like 3 times and they still smell like a garlic farm xD

Ive done that a few times Ven, Id love to say I have the patience to peel and chop garlic but I really dont. Plus the texture of raw garlic while cutting it freaks me out.

Listen... I was determined to not cheat and utilize the internet too mush this was to be guided by the ancestors and only the ancestors and I was determined to see it through xD Next time I have a cooking adventure though I need to do some research in order to avoid unnecessary anguish and suffering. Perhaps the added love and care with the garlic will add flavor though?
