Added new rule yesterday.

Please wait for at least 2 players to claim after your turn before claiming again. Make sure to not repeatedly claim every turn.

Ideally I would prefer 3 players, but we'll see how it goes. If you notice yourself posting too often, wait to give other people a chance, but 2 turns is the rule of thumb.
