Luna looked at her leg before she ended up laying down with a sigh. She was already hurt and couldnt fight back if something were to happen. "I dont doubt that you would, but I cant lose you after losing Amaru" she said. She lowered her ears as she shook her head. "The pack wouldnt be able to handle another loss. They would blame me and probably turn against me" she added. Shaking her head she looked more worried than anything.

He settled down beside her. He layed his head iver her shoulder, gently licking her neck. "I think your the strongest leader I've ever met." He said kindly. "As long as the lost isnt you, then we'll make it through, together." But no matter what he said, his mind jept running back to the loss of Amuru, and the looming threat of Fighter. But no matyer what, he wouldnt let anyone hurt his beloved Luna.

Luna sighed. "If he was really helping or trying to plan with Nicco, we could exile him" she thought as she lowered her head, feeling rather defeated. She heard movement outside the den, but saw Fang sitting at the den entrance. Already he was doing well, and much like Amaru, he would watch Luna's den and be sure none entered without warning. She gave a small sigh as she closed her eyes, hoping that this mess was all a nightmare, and the only thing that wasnt a dream was being there with Hondo.

Hondo knew that if they exiled him, things would get worse. "At least if we keep him here we can have eyes in him. If we exile him we wint know where or what he is doing." He said. He coyld tell Luna was exhausted. "Here," he said, nodding towards their moss nest. "You need some sleep." He finished layingg down and inviting her over.

Luna gave a somewhat annoyed growl as she knew that Hondo was right. When she laid down in the nest, she felt a little better, but not by much. Her mind wouldnt stop racing as she tried to think of how to deal with Fighter, wanting to not lose anyone else in the pack to their foolish games. Her head jerked up when she heard someone coming into the den. "Relax young alpha" she heard a raspy voice say. "I could smell the wound on you when you made Fang your beta. Let me get that taken care of before it becomes worse" the figure said. She let out a sigh. "Kayleron you scared me" she told him before she let him work on her leg.

Hondo gave a low growl as the figure walked into the den. The raspy voice making him even more anxious. Until he realized that Luna knew him did he decide to stop. He licked the wound on his muzzle, then got up and left the pair in tge nest, trusting Kayleron to heal his mate. He layed down at the entrance, looking over the pack, his eyes occasionally resting on the opening of the Delta's den.

Kayleron had seemed rather unfazed as he helped with Luna's leg. It hadnt taken him too long before the old male nuzzled Luna. "I am sorry you had to loose Amaru, but it was needed to rid us of Nicco. He would have ended the pack" he said as he left the den, leaving Luna to wonder what the old male meant. She heard rumors through her life that he caught glimpses of the future, but always assumed they were just rumors.

Once the wolf called Kayleron left, Hondo got up and stretched. He watched him go all the way to his den before going back over to Luna. He laid down next to her. "What was he all about?" He asked, knowing she was pondering over it. "He didnt treat you bad did he?" He said, his eyes floating back to the opening of their den. No one would hurt his Luna, ever again.

Luna smiled. "Kayleron wouldn't hurt me. He's the only healer the pack has had for years. He said if Nicco didn't die, more would have. He knew the sacrifice Amaru made today and just assured me we didn't do anything wrong" she told him.

He exhaled, and gave a sigh of relief, he hadnt wanted to hurt the older wolf, and now he didn't have to. It was still sad whenever she mentioned Amuru. He was the bravest wolf he had ever met, and he had made the ultimate sacrifice. He turned and looked Luna in the eyes. "So what now?"
