"So what did you end up doing after we stopped talking?" He asked Embry curious. It had been a couple months after Embry stopped talking to him. He noticed his partner had been acting weird and then it all fell apart one day at lunch. He was sitting next to his partner and with his friends when suddenly his partner spoke up with disgust in there voice and maybe a little bit of relief, "Your cheating on me aren't you?" they asked. Knox turned towards them shocked and bewildered while his friends looked back and forth between the couple. " W-what? I wouldn't do that! Come on! You know me well enough to know that I wouldnt! " he said hurt. He looked over at his friends to but there was a look of anger and maybe even disgust on most of there faces. "You hesitated! You are cheating on me!" They looked at him and Knox noticed a weird look in there eyes. " were done. " they added calmly before getting up suddenly and going to sit with there friends on the other side of the cafeteria. "What the heck man?! I thought you were cool but I never thought you would still that low." One of his friends told him sounding annoyed. Most of his friends from the time didn't talk to him ever again. He later realized how dramatic his ex was and that they were the one probably cheating on him. |

"Hm, pretty much nothing." He said in a sad tone. He had been depressed, even before he had stopped talking to Knox. He is working on it for the most part. He longs for a partner, someone to spend the rest of his days with and someone to feel so extremely close to. He dreams about it all the time. He wasn't lying though. Fo the most part he did nothing, he did think about Knox a lot. Wanting to reach out but didnt. |

"I'm guessing you didn't hear what happened between me and my partner a couple months after we stoped talking?" He asked. He was hoping he didn't and that his ex friends and ex hadn't spread lies to get at him for some reason. it was a month after the whole thing at lunch. He was walking past his ex's locker because unfortunately it was on his way to one of his classes. He was then and his former friend who had yelled at him together. 'guess they never really cares or lost feelings when we were togetherr cause clearly they moved on fast.' He thought to himself dismissing the thought and couple as he continues on to his class. |

"No, I didn't, what happened?" Embry said sounding a bit concerned. He kind of knew where this was going. Oh my god, did they break up? He almost let out a smile but then forced himself to keep a straight face. |

"They had been acting off a couple months after we stopped talking then one day they suddenly accused me of cheating at lunch in front of our shared friend group. There was something slightly off though about there voice. You could hear disgust in there voice but also a bit of relief. I don't know if was weird. anyway they ended up ending it leaving me confused and then one of our friends yelling at me. Most our friend group stopped talking to me and hung out with them alot. A month later I noticed them with the same 'friend's who helped at me at there locker together." Knox said summarizing the whole thing that happened. " I later thought they didn't care to begin with or eventually lost feelings while we were still together. " he added. 'God this feels like poison or something like that saying all this outloud.' He had told his mom that his partner ended things but never went into the details. |

"Aw man, that sucks. I dont understand how and why anybody could treat someone like that. I really don't, its bullshit." He said almost in an angry tone in the end. "How could someone treat a person like you that badly." He thought he said that in his head but ended up saying it out loud. They were now pretty close to the music room. Em sped up, getting to the door before Knox. He opened it for him, smiling. |

"Yeah. I guess so. It was kinda unexpected and they never seemed like a person who likes making a big deal of situations. There history anyway at this point." Knox said before shaking his head briefly to clear his head. He heard Embry say something but didn't quite catch what it was. " I'm sorry what was that you said? " he asked unsure if Embry had said anything aftwards. He walked through the door smiling back to Embry. |

They both walked into the class, most other students already being there. Embry's heart sped up just a bit but he felt less pressure on him with Knox also walking in with him. There were two seats in the back open. "Cmon knox." He said quietly looking at Knox and motioned his head to the back off the class. He made his way to the back and sat down. |

Knox saw the seats that Embry was motioning to and walked over to the other open seat. Knox noticed that he seemed a lot less nervous then he normally would be walking into a new class with Embry near. 'I can't possible.like him like that. Can i?' He thought to himself before the professor started taking attendence. |
