"I'm okay for now," Mayhem yawns, gently licking the puppies to soothe their whines.

Aster nodded and layed around her again, like how River used to do it, but in a more protective manner. " What are you planning next, Mayhem.. now that you have the pups to look after? I could look after them for you every now and then if you want so you can spend some time with River"

"Not sure." Mayhem laid her head on her paws, looking over at her four now asleep puppies. She smiled. The dog was happy.

River came in with two fresh kills. " Ater I want to be alone with Mayhem, please" he said gently, but in a tired sounding voice as he walked uo to them

" Of course, Alpha" Aster said standing up and walked out of the den.

When Aster was out, River walked and layed down, wrapping himself around Mayhem " im so proud of you" he said licking her back.

Mayhem turned her head and nuzzled at River. "What're we going to name them?"

River thought it through " what about Basil ( male), Verin( male) Cyan( female), and Shadow( Male)" he looked over at the pups and licked them gently.

"What about Raven (male)?" Mayhem nudged the darker colored puppy.

" I love it" River said taking Raven in his mouth and nnosed him " Hi Raven"

By the times River ate, the other three entered and went to say their hellos to the little ones.

Mayhem stretched out. She wanted to go walk in the rain, but knew she had to stay right there until they were older.

River growled as they lowered their heads to see the pups better " Guys.. back off, please" he had wrapped himself around Mayhem and the pps so that they could stay warm "Im not leaving,Mayhem." he nuzzled her lovingly before taking his daughter Verin and played with her.
