Mayhem fell asleep, but was awoken in the middle of the night, and hurriedly nudged River to wake him up. It was happening.

River blinked " babe? Whats going on.. you are supposed to be sleeping...Its too early" he went back tot sleep.. or at least tried to.

Mayhem grumbled and kept nudging him. "Its happening,"

River growled as he got up " ok ok.. let me get Areis to help you." he walked out of the den and found Aries. " You are seriously needed now. Mayhem thinks its time. "

" Oh great.. this will be fun" Aries said walking into the den and walked to Mayhem " Come on.. in the corner" he said pushing her away from River.

Mayhem knew. Maybe she had some secret sense, but the dog knew the puppies were coming now. She made her way over to the corner, and before anything could be done one small body was huddled up against her.

Aries stayed by her to make sure the pups would be ok. " come on.. no way close to being done, Mayhem"

River walked out of the den t give them privacy and went to go hunt

Mayhem whined, closing her eyes to brace. A good twenty minutes later the second had been born and was next to its sibling. She huffed, and hoped that was it, but she knew it wasnt.

Aries nuzzled her " come on.. " he said " I dont think ive seen a female have this many pups. " he muttered " Mayhem come on, dont give up on me just yet. Please."

Aster then came in " Looks liek you need a paw, Aries" she said walking to and laying beside Mayhems stomach " three mor eon the way, Mayhem" she said

Mayhem sighed, looking at Aster. Another one would follow soon, and she gently licked their heads.

" shhh take short quick breaths, Mayhem. Your doing great." Aster said nuzzling her. " Almost there, Mayhem.

Aries rolled his eyes but stayed quiet and did his job.

River returned and peeked into the den " is she doing ok, Aster?"

" Shes doing a fabulous job. three down two to go, Alpha. YOu can come on in if you want. Might help calm Mayhem down a tad"

River sighed ans layed by Mayhem and licked her head " you can do it babe."
