Lucas turned and saw her sprinting towards him and quickly jumped away from her, latching onto a side railing. "Hah! Well, well! Looks like the little hero can keep up, after all!" He tugged on his hood before slipping over to the other side and landed on the ground near a small group of people and casually walked, slowly getting closer to more people.

She had thrown out an arm to try and catch him, only to huff as he just got out of reach. Seeing him soon poof off, she exited via fire escape only to soon spy his hood. She moved slowly, almost like a cat chasing it's pray before she leapt at him, ideally trying to tackle him,

Lucas turned as he heard something approach him and flinched when he saw her. He turned around completely and held out his arms before grabbing her and holding her still. "Don't try and sneak up on me, little hero." He said before seeing the people around them gossib and whisper before he glared at them and they flinched and ran off. He then let her go immediately when they ran off. "You still haven't won, miss." He whispered to her, "just have to keep me stuck in one area for an hour." He then started to walk away from her.

She growled softly and struggled against him, meeting his gaze and glaring at him furiously. She kept the civilians in the corner of her eye, making sure they were safe. She tilted her head curiously as she listened to him. Yet as he tried to leave, she grabbed his arm again and pulled him back.

Lucas felt his arm being pulled and stopped moving. That was when he was suddenly pulled back and he blinked from surprise and looked at her. "Yes?" He asked as he used his other hand to scratch his cheek from his misatempt to flee. "Is there something you want?" He asked as he straightened his posture but saw more people come over to see what was happening. "If you're thinking I'm going to hurt anyone here, I won't." He told her with a heavy sigh.

*I want you to promise that. You will not hurt anyone.* She met his gaze before she let him go. *You know I don't trust you, and honestly I doubt you can change my mind.* She turned and joined the crowd, keeping them calm and helping those who were new to the city and already lost,

"Still haven't captured me, mistress." Lucas hummed before he jumped up and vanished in the shadows of the night. He then ran throughout the city and stopped after he slipped down a small hallway and sat down in the darkness. He closed his eyes and raised his hands and put them over his face and took a small nap. (Leaving the roleplay here for today, got to get some sleep. Sorry!)

She rolled her eyes and kept walking. She ran a hand through her hair as she returned back to her apartment. Thankfully after a long day, she lived in the ground floor. She stepped inside and lied onto her couch, soon drifting off to sleep. no worries! Good night!)

Lucas awoke the next morning and shook his head to move away from the drowsiness in his eyes as he stood up and stretched. He looked around but didn't find much to do. He moved a hand to his face and took off his mask. It was too early for anyone to see his face, plus there was no one around to take a picture of him, so he sat back down and enjoyed the feeling of the cold as it slowly blew on his face.

The next morning, she groaned as rays of sunlight hit her face. She climbed into her feet, wincing at the stiffness in her body. She took her mask off and showered, changing into her waitress uniform once she was finished. While she didn't want to go to work today, the rent was coming up and she was almost good for the upcoming month. She left her apartment and headed off to her diner.
